on and set to the same Zone and House Code (all LV loudspeakers are set to zone A as default).

4. The volume levels for all units in the zone should will now be synchronised.

If you do not synchronise the levels, the LV-SUB may emit too little or too much bass. (You can manually raise or lower the bass volume if you desire more or less bass. The controls for this can be found on the rear of the LV-SUB.) Note: - The LV-SUB FLAT volume is controlled in the network using the same remote control as for Audio Pro’s wireless LV loudspeakers. Set to same House Code and Zone as the speakers you want LV-SUB FLAT to play with - Manual default settings, such as subwoofer volume and crossover frequency, can be found on the rear of the LV-SUB FLAT.6

PAIRING WITH TXD200/LV-HUB TRANSMITTERS

WALLMOUNTING The feature to pair LV-SUB flat only works with the TXD200 and LV-HUB transmitter, and in combination with newer Living speakers with pairing functionality. LV-SUB FLAT also works with standard TX100 transmitter. By pairing, you lock your Audio Pro network from other peoples Audio Pro Wireless networks. In unpaired mode, the TXD200 and LV33 will work with all Audio Pro Wireless products. PAIR YOUR LV-SUB FLAT WITH TXD200/LV-HUB TRANSMITTER

1. Press Pairing button on transmitter for 2 seconds. LED starts to flash

(Button is located on rear amplifier panel). LED starts to flash Green, and display shows: Pr-

3. When LEDs on both transmitter and subwoofer goes to steady green,

the subwoofer is paired to your system. Note:

1. Pairing will not work with older Living speakers.

2. To unpair system (all speakers in same volume zone will be unpaired):

- Disconnect TXD200/LV-HUB from power. - While pressing the pairing button, reconnect TXD200 to power, and hold pairing button for 6 seconds. The units will now be unpaired. Prepare the included wallmounts first and attach to LV-SUB with enclosed screws suitable. Secure suitable screws in your wall according to drill guide. Use screw suitable for your wall material (screws not included) and the weigth of LV-SUB FLAT. Hang the subwoofer on to the screws secured in the wall. Keep lower rubber feet on, as they are used as distances to your wall. 346mm Drill guide:7 ADD MORE LV-SUBS FLAT TO YOUR WIRELESS NETWORK

PLACEMENT OF THE SUBWOOFER

Since the LV-SUB FLAT functions wirelessly, its placement is simple. Just connect it to the power socket and place it within range of the transmitter. For optimal bass reproduction, the subwoofer should be placed close to a wall or in a corner. Corner placement can result in a powerful bass, so try different places until you are satisfied with the bass reproduction.

ANALOGUE CONNECTION TO STEREO/RECEIVER

You can make standard connection from the LV-SUB FLAT to any stereo/receiver equipped with a sub-output. Connect with a cable from the sub-output to the Line In on the rear of the LV-SUB. MAKE SURE: that you have switched input selector to WIRED. You can add an unlimited number of LV-SUB FLAT subwoofers to the network, as long as they are positioned within the transmitter’s range All the LV-SUB FLAT will receive signal from transmitter using the same House Code. You can have multiple subwoofers in one room or individual subwoofers in several rooms.8 HOW TO CHANGE HOUSE CODE ON THE LV-SUB HOW TO CHANGE ZONES FOR THE LV-SUB PUSH SHORT TO TOGGLE BETWEEN HOUSE CODE 1, 2 OR 3 (ALSO SHOWN ON FRONT DISPLAY) The House Code selector is located on the rear panel of the LV-SUB FLAT. Set the same number (1, 2 or 3) as on the TX100/TXD200 transmitter. The House Code can be likened to a channel via which wireless signals are transmitted. Within the network, music can be sent simultaneously from 3 different audio sources. PUSH SHORT TO TOGGLE BETWEEN ZONES A, B OR C (ALSO SHOWN ON FRONT DISPLAY). The Zone selector is located on the rear panel of the LV-SUB FLAT. Set the same letter (A, B or C) as the other loudspeakers you wish to have in the same zone. A House Code (channel) can be divided up into a total of 3 zones. You can control the volume level of these zones indi- vidually using the remote control. You can, for example, have one volume level in the kitchen, another in the living room, and a third in the bedroom.9 ADJUST VOLUME SEPARATELY IN THREE DIFFERENT ZONES In order to be able to have the same music at different volumes in different rooms/areas, you can di- vide each House Code into 3 different volume zones. Each zone can have a different volume. This is very handy if, for example, you want to have one volume level in the living room and a lower volume in the kitchen. You can have as many LIVING speakers in each zone as you want, or just one pair. The zone volume is easily controlled with the remote unit. Note:

1. All LV speakers are default Zone A, and volume level 17.

2. Each House Code (1, 2 and 3) can be split into up to 3 zones (A, B and C).

3. You can have as many speakers you like on each House Code, and as many as you want in each zone.

A zone does not have to be one room, can be whole floor in house. HOUSE CODE 1 Speaker and transmitter set to same House Code (channel). ZONE VOLUMEZONE HOUSE CODEA B CMASTERVOLUMEINFO INFO Zone A Zone volumeZone volumeZone volume Zone B Zone C

To synchronize volume levels for all speakers in one Zone, press Zone volume button on the remote up or down. Press for the Zone set on speakers and subwoofer (A, B or C). Is the LED light on the LV-SUB FLAT blue? If light is red, try moving the LV-SUB FLAT and receiving speakers closer together. Does this turn the LED blue? Are you using more than one Audio Pro transmitter (TX100, TXD200 or LV-HUB)? Make sure that the transmitters aren’t running on the same House Code. If more than one trasnmitter uses the same House Code, interference may occur. Disconnect one, or change House Code. Are you using the same House Code on both transmitter and receiving speakers? Make sure the same House Code is set on both the transmitter and the speakers. How far apart are the transmitter and receiver? If distance between the transmitter and receiver is too far, the, connection might be lost. Try placing the transmitter and receiver in closer proximity, does this help? Are there walls between the transmitter and receiver? If your home has thick concrete walls, or walls of plaster with wire lath, the wireless range will decrease. Try placing transmitter and receiver in the same room, does this help? Are there more wireless networks in the area? If there are many wifi networks running in the area, wireless range can decrease.Try to change the channel on your wireless router to improve Audio Pro network range and your own home network wifi performance. (Audio Pro network transmits on channel 1, 6 or 11.) Is your computer connected to the internet via cable or wifi? The Audio Pro network can weaken a local wifi network (but not weaken itself). If possible, you should change channel on your wireless router, the Audio Pro network transmitts on channel 1, 6, or 11. Choose a new channel on your router, for example 3, 8 or 13. (in total there are 13 channels on the

2.4 GHz band.) If you cannot change the channel on your wireless router, try connecting computer via

Ethernet cable instead. Does this help? Are there Bluetooth units active in the area? Shut down all active Bluetooth devices. Does this help? Windows 7 and Mac OS, sound output When connecting Audio Pro transmitter to a computer using Windows 7 or Mac OS, you need to select the sound output. Go to: System settings, find sound settings, and select USB HEADSET as your sound output. (In older Windows OS there is no need for this, transmitters will take over automatically as the sound output device.)11
