Dear customer, Congratulations on the purchase of your unit. Please read the following instructions carefully and follow them to prevent possible damage. - Before use, check the voltage on the appliance label and only connect the appliance to sockets that match the voltage of the appliance. If you are not sure whether your connections meet the requirements, consult an electrician or your electricity provider.
- Always switch o the motor before inserting the plug into the socket.
- To prevent electric shock, never completely immerse the base of the unit in water or other liquids.
- If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, an authorised specialist company or a similarly qualied person.
- Do not bend the mains cable or let it hang over the work surface so that no one can get caught on it.
- Do not place the appliance near open stoves, hot ovens or easily inammable materials such as curtains or textiles.
- Place the unit on a stable, level surface before use.
- Children from the age of 8 years and mentally, sensory and physically impaired persons may only use the device if they have been informed in detail about the functions and safety precautions by a supervisor responsible for them beforehand and understand the associated risks.
- Make sure that children do not play with the appliance.
- Place the unit as close as possible to the power source so that you can unplug it quickly and easily when needed.
- Check the power cord regularly for damage. Do not use the device with a damaged power cord.
- Use the device only indoors and only for the specied purpose.
- Keep children away from the appliance and store it out of the reach of children.
- Do not use the device without contents and only under supervision.
- Do not touch moving parts with your hands during use.
- Keep the operating instructions and only pass on the device with the operating instructions.
- Use only original accessories.
- Unplug the machine before cleaning or when no longer in use.
- Switch o and unplug the machine before changing or removing moving parts.
- The device contains parts that are not accessible to the user. Do not remove any covers or attempt to repair the unit yourself. Repairs may only be carried out by qualied specialists.
- Do not connect the appliance to multiple sockets, external timers or remote- controlled sockets. Note: The device is designed for short-time operation only, i.e. it should not be operated continuously for more than 4 minutes. Afterwards, switch o the appliance and let the motor cool down before switching it on again.15

1. Press the release button and move the drive arm upwards.
2. Place the mixing bowl in the appliance base.
3. Fix the mixing bowl by turning it slightly counterclockwise until it is xed.
Note: Never use the mixing bowl without the splash guard on. Otherwise, food could splash out.
4. Place the splash guard on the drive arm from below. The ller opening with
ap should point in the direction of the speed regulator.
5. Carefully press the splash guard until it clicks into place.17
6. Select the appropriate attachment:
Dough hook: For heavy dough, e.g. bread dough Whisk: For whipping cream, beaten egg whites, etc. Whisk: For medium to light doughs/butter, e.g. batter for (pan) cakes.
7. Insert the attachment from below into the corresponding opening in the
drive arm. Make sure that the small prongs on the shaft of the attachment are inserted into the cross slot of the opening.
8. Carefully push in the selected attachment and turn it clockwise until it clicks
9. Press the release button and swing the drive arm into the operating position.
The device is now ready for operation.18
Disassemble the device
1. Press the release button and swing the drive arm up.
2. To remove an attachment, press it in gently and unlock it by carefully turning it

4. To remove the splash guard, pull it down. First pull the splash guard slightly
downwards at the rear.
5. Unlock the mixing bowl by turning it slightly clockwise.
6. Remove the mixing bowl.
7. Press the release button and swing the drive arm down to the operating

CLEANING OF THE MACHINE
To avoid the risk of electric shock, injury or damage:
- Disconnect the power plug from the socket before cleaning.
- Never immerse the base of the unit in water.

Cleaning of splash guard, dough hook, whisk and beater Note: The dough hook and beater are not dishwasher safe. The mixing bowl and whisk can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
1. Place the pieces in cold or lukewarm water to soften any dough residue. You
can also add a little washing detergent to the water.
2. Remove the softened dough residues with a cleaning brush.
3. Rinse the parts with clean water.
4. Allow the parts to dry completely before using them again.
