- The battery has a limited service life. The remaining life gets shorter as the times of charging increase. If the battery becomes feeble even after the charging, this indicates the service life is over and you have to use a new specified battery.

- Please do not use or place batteries in places of high temperature such as in direct sunlight, as this will cause the battery to leak and overheat, lower performance and shorten the battery’s life.
- Please do not continuously charge for more than 24 hours. Cleaning and maintenance
- The mobile phone, battery and charger are not water resistant. Please do not use them in the bedroom or other excessively moist areas and likewise avoid allowing them to get wet in the rain.
- Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the mobile phone, battery and charger.
- Please do not use alcohol, thinner, benzene or other solvents to wipe the mobile phone.
- A dirty outlet will cause poor electrical contact, lose of power and even inability to recharge. Please clean regularly. Installation Installing the SIM Cards and the Battery An SIM card carries useful information, including your mobile phone number, PIN (Personal Identification Number), PUK (PIN Unlocking Key), IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber Identity), network information, contacts data, and short messages data. Note: After powering off your mobile phone, wait for a few seconds before removing or inserting an SIM card. Exercise caution when operating an SIM card, as friction or bending will damage the SIM card. Properly keep the mobile phone and its fittings such as the SIM cards beyond children’s reach.
1. Hold the End key for a while to power off the mobile phone;
2. Take out the back cover;
3. Insert the SIM card into the SIM card slot lightly with the corner cutting of the card
aligning to the notch of the slot and the gold plate of the card facing download, till the SIM card cannot be further pushed in; ENGLISH29
4. With the metallic contacts of the battery facing the metallic contacts in the battery slot,
press the battery down until it locks into place. Note regarding micro-SIM adapter used The slots for SIM cards are designed to accommodate only the consideration SIM format. The use of SIM (micro or nano) with its adapter and ‘not recommended as it can cause damage to the device and the micro/nano SIM itself.

- TREVI reserves the right to refuse free assistance in warranty on defective products that have ‘caused by the use of the SIM adapters for micro/nano-SIM.
- Do not insert memory card into the SIM card slot. Installing Micro SD Card The Micro SD card is a pluggable mobile storage card inside the mobile phone. To install the Micro SD card, insert the card into the card slot. To remove the Micro SD card, take the card out. Note: Nano SIM card with adapter ENGLISH30
1) The mobile phone cannot automatically identify the Micro SD card being inserted when
the mobile phone is powered on. You must power off the mobile phone and then power it on, so that the phone can identify the Micro SD card.
2) The Micro SD card is a miniature object. Keep it out of the reach of children for fear that
children swallow it!
3) Some card brands may not be compatible with the phone. The use an incompatible
memory may be damaged or the card memory itself.
4) The appliance only supports memory formatted in FAT. If you enter formatted cards
differently the phone will ask you to reformat the memory card. Charging battery CHARGING THROUGH POWER SUPPLY:
1. A device turned off, connect the Micro USB plug of the supplied cable to the Micro
USB phone (to use the supplied cable only).
2. Connect the USB outlet on the same power supply cable and plug the latter to a standard

4. When the battery is fully charged (the icon is no longer moving), disconnect the power
supply from the wall outlet and then disconnect the plug from the Micro USB phone. CHARGING THROUGH “CHARGING BASE” (CRADLE):
1. Connect the Micro USB plug of the supplied cable to the Micro USB base (24). Always
use the provided cable, other cable with Micro USB socket could not work with this unit.
2. Connect the USB outlet on the same power supply cable and plug the latter to a standard
wall outlet, the front Led base will be green.
3. Enter the phone turned off inside the base with the keypad facing frontally, the device
will switch on for a few seconds to show the battery icon with charging and the front LED of the base will turn red.
4. When the battery is fully charged (the icon is no longer moving) the Front led the base
will become green again. At this point you can remove the phone from the base and use it normally. You can also charge your phone by plugging it into a USB port of a computer using, simply, the supplied USB cable. Notes:
- Use only the Micro USB cable supplied.
- Use only the mains adapter supplied, different power supplies may damage the battery.
- You can use the device even when it is charging, but, for longer life battery, not recommended for use; Furthermore, using the apparatus, the timing of Charging may take longer. ENGLISH31

Then you can dial or receive a call Dialing Calls In the standby interface, press number keys to input the area code and the telephone number, and then press the Dial key to dial a call. To end the call, press the End key.
- Dialing an international call Press the ✳ key (12) twice can input “+”. Then input the country code, the area code and the telephone number. Finally, press the Dial key (17).
- Dialing a call to a number in the phonebook Enter the phonebook and use the up or down direction keys (19) to find the telephone number you want to call. Press the Dial key (10). The mobile phone automatically dials the chosen telephone number.
- Redialing the last number In the standby interface, press the dial key (10) to show the dialed calls. Press the up or down direction keys (19) to select a number you want to dial and then press the Dial key (10).
- Answering incoming calls Press the Dial key (10) or the Ok key (9) to answer an incoming call. Press the End key (17) to end the current conversation. To reject an incoming call, press the End key (17) or the Right soft key. Note: If the caller can be identified, the mobile phone will present the calling number. If the calling number exists in the phonebook, the mobile phone will present both the name
ENGLISH33 and the phone number of the caller. If the caller cannot be identified, the mobile phone will present the calling number only. You can answer an incoming call when using a function list or browsing the phonebook.
- Using the Headset It would enter headset mode automatically when you insert headset to the slot. Make sure to insert it well, or you can’t use it normally. Menu Features - Message The phone supports Short Messaging Service (SMS) and Multimedia Message Service (MMS). You can send text messages and manage the messages that you sent and received. In the message, select the option to see operate the other new menu. Write message New SMS: In this menu, you can edit and send new messages. The characters for every message can be up to160.The operations for editing messages are as follows. Inbox In the inbox, you can store all the received text messages, and it will display the names of the senders. In the case that the sender is not included in the phonebook, it will display the telephone number of the sender. Reply: Reply the short message Delete: Delete the short message. Call sender: Call the number in the short message. Mark: Mark the current message or mark all. You cannot receive new messages if the memory for messages is full. Delete unnecessary messages. Outbox Send in sending messages and failed message will be saved in the Outbox. Drafts Choose the completed Messages, press the up key and the down key (19) to select and press the left softkey to enter the Options. Sentbox Check all messages has sent. Templates There are 10 text messages preset in this mobile phone, and they can be edited or deleted, with not more than 40 characters apiece. Broadcast messages Broadcast messages are messages that your network operator broadcasts to all users within a particular area, such as weather forecast and transportation conditions. ENGLISH34 - Contacts The mobile phone can store up to 300 telephone numbers. The number of telephone numbers that an SIM card can store depends on the storage capacity of the SIM card. The telephone numbers stored in the mobile phone and in the SIM cards from a phonebook. After selecting a telephone number in the phonebook, select Options to perform the following operations: View: Press 5 to view it New: Create a new contact Write message: write a new SMS or MMS Delete: Delete the telephone number from the phonebook. Delete multiple: select some contacts to delete. Import/ Export: Copy, Import contacts, Export contacts Send vCard: SMS, MMS and Bluetooth Others: Speed dial- you can send 8 numbers on button 2 to 9, and once the number is set, you can hold the button to call that number. Memory status: Show saved contacts/ total contacts on phone and SIM card. - Call logs Missed Calls You can view a list of the latest missed calls. Note: When the mobile phone indicates that some calls are missed, you can select Read to enter the missed calls list. Navigate to a missed call and then press the Dial key (10) to dial the number that originated that call. Dialed Calls You can view the latest dialed calls. Choose dialed calls and then select a dialed call to delete, save, dial, or edit (or send a short message to it). Received Calls You can view the latest received calls. Choose received calls and then select a received call to delete, save, dial, or edit (or send a short message to it). Rejected Calls You can view the latest rejected calls. Delete all You can delete all calling records by this menu. Call Timers Choose call timers to view the last call time, the total time of all dialed calls and the total time of all received calls, and/or to reset all the time. GPRS Counter Access this menu to view the sent or received GPRS volume or to reset counter ENGLISH35 - Multimedia Camera The phone is provided with a camera, which supports the photographing functions. Roll the phone to align the camera to the picture and then press camera key (11) to capture photos. Pictures will be saved in the file system of the phone or the memory card. In the capture interface, you can press up or down direction key (19) to zoom in and zoom out; left direction key to switch camera or video; right direction key to activate flash or not. Images You can view the pictures or images through this function.
This function enables you to record dynamic pictures. In the capture interface, press right direction key to switch camera or video, Camera key (11) to record or pause. Audio Player Use this function to play audio files. By pressing the direction key (19) can you control the playing process of audio player: play/pause(Music key), volume(up and down key),switch to last song/next song (press left or right direction key). Video Use this function to play video files. By pressing the direction key (19) can you control the playing process of video player: play/pause(key-5), fast forward (press and hold right direction key) and rewind (press and hold left direction key), volume up and down(up and down key). FM radio You need an earphone to use this function, In FM radio interface, play/pause(FM key 15), last/ next channel(left and right direction key 19), volume up and down( up and down direction key 19). Recorder After accessing the sound recorder, you can press left soft key to perform the following operations: Start recording: select this function to record a new file. Audition or Press button 5 to play it. Record file list: recorded files are listed in this menu. Storage: to Phone or Memory card File format: AWR, MP3 and WAV - SOS Setting Press Options, you can see below optional: Activate SOS mode Edit number: input SOS numbers, 5 numbers can be set totally and the phone will auto- matically call these 5 numbers when SOS function activated. Save number: you need to select this option after input SOS number. ENGLISH36 Edit message: edit emergency message which will send to all SOS numbers once SOS mode active and SOS button is pressed. Alarm Sound: activate it or off, it will ring after SOS button is hold in several seconds. - Settings Number sound Dial number sound: when this option is on, it will be human voice once you press the numbers. Call in number sound: when this option is on, it will be human voice once you have incoming call. Profiles The mobile phone provides multiple user profiles, so that you can customize some settings to adapt to the specific events and environments. Customize the user profiles according to your preference and then activate the user profiles. The user profiles fall into four scenarios: Normal, Silent, Meeting, Outdoor. When you insert an earpiece to the mobile phone, the mobile phone automatically enters the Headset mode.

Call waiting: Open or close this function; choose query to check the current state of it. Call barring: Restrict the numbers which you will dial or receive. Hide ID: set Hide ID, Display own ID, Display ID by network. Others: Set Call time minute reminder, Vibration when connected, Flight mode etc. Connections You can set network related options. - My files The phone provides a certain space for users to manage files and supports the Memory card. The capacity of the Memory card is selectable. You can use the file manager to conveniently manage various directories and files on the phone and the Memory card. Open: Choose File manager to enter the root directory of the memory. The root directory will list the default folders, new folders and user files. When the mobile phone is powered on for the first time or when you have not changed the directory, the root directory contains the default folders only. - Application Internet You can search internet in this menu. Bluetooth Power: Open or close the function of Bluetooth. Visibility: Open or close the function of visibility. Paired device: it lists all paired device and also you can add new device. FAQs Causes Solutions Poor reception When you use your phone at poor reception areas, like near high rise buildings or base rooms, the radio wave cannot be transmitted. Avoid this as far as you can. When you use your phone at network traffic congestion, such as working time and off-duty time, the congestion can result in poor reception. Avoid this as far as you can. This is related to the distance to base station in question. You may to provide service coverage map. Echoes or noises The trunk line of network is in bad condition. It is a regional problem. Hang off the call and dial again. Choose another better line. In some areas, the call lines are in bad condition. Shorter standby time The standby time is relevant to network settings. In poor reception areas, turn off your phone temporarily. Replace the batteries Change with a new battery. When no signals are received, your phone will continue searching for base stations, thus consuming a large amount of battery power and reducing standby time. Use your phone at strong signal areas or Turn off the phone temporarily. Failed to turn on your phone The battery power is used up. Check the battery power level or charge the battery. SIM card error The SIM card is damaged. Contact your network service provider. The SIM card is not properly installed. Ensure the SIM card is properly installed. Failed to connect to the network The SIM card is invalid. Contact your network service provider. Beyond the GSM coverage. Consult the network service provider for service areas. The signal is feeble. Retry at a stronger signal area. Failed to make a call The call barring feature is used. Cancel the call barring settings. The fixed dialing number feature is used.
