- Ensurethatfoodisalwaysheatedthoroughly. Thetimerequired forthisdependsonmanyfactorsincludingthequantityandtype offood. Anybacteriapresentinthefoodareonlydestroyedifthe foodisheatedatatemperaturehigherthan 70^ formorethan 10minutes. Allowthefoodtocookforlongerifyouarenotsure ifthefoodhasbeenheatedthrough.
- Donotuseharshabrasivecleanersorsharpmetalsscrapersto cleantheovendoorglass,sincetheycanscratchthesurface, whichmayresultinshatteringoftheglass.
- Thegapsbetweenthewindowsofthedoorareforventilation and coolingofthewindowsduringuse. This prevents the windows from getting too hot on the outside. Moisture/condensationordirt canget betweenthewindows through these openings. Tipson cleaning can be found on our website.
- Use oven gloves or a pot-holder to remove dishes and accessories fromtheappliance.
- Onlyusethetemperatureproberecommendedforthisoven(for applianceshavingafacilitytouseattemperature-sensingprobe).
- Removeallexcessspillageandutensilsbeforecleaning with pyrolyticselfcleaningfunction.
- If, for cleaning, the control shavetobesettoaposition higher than for normal cooking purposes (pyrolytic), the surfaces may get hotter than usual and children should be kept away.
- Thelampinthishouseholdapplianceisonlysuitablefor illuminationofthisappliance. Thelampisnotsuitablefor householdroomillumination.

Gas

Prolongedintensiveuseoftheappliancemaycallforadditional ventilation,foreampleopeningofawindow,ormoreeffective ventilation,foreampleincreasingthelevelofmechanical ventilationwherepresent.
CAUTION: The use of gas cooking appliances in the production of heat, moisture and product of combustion in the room in which it is installed. Ensure that the kitchen is well ventilated especially when the appliance is in use: keep natural ventilation holes open to install mechanical ventilation device (mechanical extractor hood).
- Theburnercomponentsarehotduringandimmediatelyafteruse. Donottouchthem, and avoid contact with non-heatresistant materials.

- Alwaysusethepansupportsandsuitablecookware.
- Alwaysplacethepanonthepansupport. Placingthepandirectly ontheburnercapcanresultindangeroussituations.
- Aluminiumtraysorfoilarenotsuitableascookingutensils. They canburnintotheburnercapsandpansupports.
- Thehobcanonlyfunctioneffectivelyiftheburnercomponents havebeenassembledusingtheguideridges.Ensurethat the pansupports Lieproperlyagainsteachotherandflatonthedrip tray.Onlythencanthepansbepositionedstably.
- Keepovenglovesorovenclothsawayfromtheflame.
- Donotusegriddleplatesorbakingplates.
- Cleantheburnerpartsregularlyforthesafeandcorrectoperation oftheburners.
- Missingrubberfeetfromthepansupportscancausescratches onthedriptrayorpoorcombustionoftheburner.lftherubber feetaremissiveing,pleasecontactourservicedepartment.
Inductioncookingzonesandcookingareas
- Donotplacemetalobjectssuchasknives,forks,spoons,and lidsonthesurfaceofthecookinghof;theymaybecomehot.

Assoonasyouremovethepanfromthehob, thecookingprocess willstopautomatically. Getintothehabitofswitchingoffthe cookingzoneorhobmanuallytoavoidunintentionallyswitching ontheappliance.

Decorativecover
- Always raisethedecorativecoverwhenusingthehob.Before liftingthedecorativecover,youshouldmakesureitisdry.
- Thedecorativeglasscovercanbreakthroughheating. Ensure that all burners/cookingzonesareswitchedoffandhavecooled downbeforeclosingthedecorativecover.
- If there is water on the decorative cover, dry it before opening. If you fail to do so, moisture may enter the unit.
