2. Errore file Audio

This is a precision electronic appliance; avoid using it in the following cases:

  • Listening to high volume for a long time could damage your hearing.
  • Do not close the ear to the loudspeaker during step setting and volume adjustments, and in particular keep the volume down at the ignition
  • Near strong heat sources, such as central heating plants or stoves.
  • In very humid places such as bathrooms, swimming pools, etc.
  • In very dusty places.
  • In places subject to strong vibrations.
  • Position the appliance in such a way that there is always enough room for free air circulation (at least 5 cm).
  • Do not block the air inlets.
  • If any liquid enters the appliance, unplug it immediately from the socket and take it to the nearest TREVI authorised service centre.
  • Before switching on the appliance, always check that the power cable and the connection cable are properly installed.
  • The apparatus shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing water. No objects filled with liquid, such as vases, should be placed on the unit.
  • No naked flame sources, such as lighted candles, should be placed on.
  • Power adaptor must be connected to a socket close to the device and must be easily accessible.
  • If you notice eccessive heat on the device or power adaptor, disconnect the plug from the main power socket immediately.
  • Do not pull the power cord

Use a slightly damp soft cloth for cleaning. Do not use solvents and abrasive substances. IMPORTANT This device is designed for home use (not professional use). This appliance has been carefully built to ensure long-lasting perfect performance. However, should any inconvenience occur, please contact your local authorised TREVI Service Centre. TREVI follows a policy of ongoing research and development. Therefore products may have different features from those described.

XF 3400 PRO Installing the Batteries Remove the battery cover from the Remote Control and put 2xAAA size batteries inside the compartment. The diagram inside the Battery Compartment shows the correct way to install the batteries. ENGLISH TRANSPORTATION For transportation, use the upper handle, slightly fold the appliance and use the two rear wheels. POWER This unit works with rechargeable lead-acid 12V 9A and with power adapter 20V 4A. When the battery is low or the device does not turn on, turn the main POWER switch (22) to the "OFF" position, connect the power supply cable to the socket (20) on the device and plug into a power outlet to recharge. States of the signaling LED indicator light Battery charging: - LED indicator BLUE: the device is connected with the adaptor and battery is being charged. - LED indicator GREEN: Charging finished, the battery is charged. - LED indicator RED: Battery is low. Caution: Do not connect the appliance to sockets with a voltage other than that indicated. BASIC FUNCTIONS

- Set the POWER switch (22) to "BAT" - "I" to turn on and use the device with its internal battery. - Set the POWER switch (22) to "OFF" - "0" to completely switch off the device. - Set the POWER switch (22) to "DC" - "II" to turn on and use the device with DC adapter. BATTERY CHARGE - Set the POWER switch (22) to "OFF" - "0" to recharge the battery; the charging function and the LED indicating charging status will start immediatly. For a longer battery life it is recommended to disconnect the mains power cable after 10 hours max of recharging. STAND-BY You can switch the system to standby mode using the button (46) on remote control; Press it again to Switch On the unit. Caution: - In standby mode the battery is NOT recharged and the device has a minimum battery consumption. - The Stand-by function works only when the main POWER ON/OFF switch (22) is in position "I" or "II". - In stand-by function there is no LED indicating. - For long periods of inactivity it is necessary to disconnect the mains cable and recharge the battery periodically.

MODE SETTING FUNCTION

To change the mode function, press more 'times the MODE key (6) on the unit or press M button (24) on remote control to select: BLUETOOTH (the display BLUE), USB/SD (only if the USB socket (15)/Micro SD (14) is connected to a memory, the display shows for a few seconds "USB" or "SD"), AUX-IN (the display shows "LINE").

ADJUSTING THE VOLUME

1. Turn the Main Volume control (7) to increase or decrease the overall volume of playback, or use the buttons (40) and (43) on the remote control; 2. Press the MIC button (13) and turn the knob (7) to adjust the volume of the signal on the MIC1 and MIC2 inputs. The regulation acts on the two inputs simultaneously.14 XF 3400 PRO PRE-EQUALIZER This unit has a pre-set audio equalization system. Press the EQ button (10) on the unit or the EQ button (44) on the remote control repeatedly to select one of the 5 audio equalizations available and which best suits the current sound reproduction.

SETTING TONE TREBLE AND BASS

Press the TREBLE/ BASS button (1) and turn the knob (7) to adjust the treble, or use the direct buttons T - (32) and T + (33) on the remote control. Press the TREBLE/ BASS button (1) again and turn the knob (7) to adjust the bass tones, or use the direct buttons B + (31) and B - (35) on the remote control.

Press the MIC button (13) twice and turn the knob (7) to increase or decrease the echo effect on the microphone, or use the direct buttons EC + (29) and EC - (30) on the remote control Note: the echo only works on microphone inputs. MIC TONE Press the MIC button (13) three times and turn the knob (7) to adjust the high tones of the microphone, press the MIC button (13) again and turn the knob (7) to adjust the bass tones. Note: The TREBLE/BASS effect acts solely on microphone inputs.

FLAME DISCO-LIGHT EFFECTS

Press the LIGHT SW button (8) several times to select the Moving Disco-Light effect, each press will correspond to a lighting effect. VOICE ANNOUNCEMENT Press and hold MODE button (6) on unit or M button (24) on remote control to switch ON/OFF the voice announcement. BLUETOOTH FUNCTION 1. Switch On and press the MODE (6) on unit, or M button (24) on remote control to select the Bluetooth function, the display shows "BLUE";

2. In the Bluetooth mode, the "BLUE" on display will start flashing, the system automatically enters pairing mode;

3. Activate the Bluetooth feature on the external device;

button (4) on the unit or (41) button on remote control to start playing, to use PREV button(3) or NEXT (5) on unit, or the keys : (25) and 9 (42) on remote control to select a song. TWS FUNCTION OPERATION (True wireless stereo technology) TWS technology enables user to make wireless connection between two speakers which are same model and compatible with TWS. In TWS connection, two speakers will be automatically grouped to be a Stereo- Speaker System which outputs the left and right channel.

Notice: Two speakers must be same model and both compatible with TWS.

1. Please switch on both speakers and select "Bluetooth" mode;

2. Press and hold NEXT button (5) on the unit, you will hearing a "beep". It becomes the main speaker (left chennel), which will automatically search and connect with another speaker (right channel). After connection, you will hear a "beep"; 3. Connect mobile phone or Bluetooth player to the speaker by Bluetooth. After connection, you can play music with the TWS Stereo- Speaker System. TWS function operates in TWS mode, manipulations to the main speaker will be simultaneously effected in another speaker. For example, volume adjustement, previous and next song selection, play and pause, power on and off. Note: - If the 2 loudspeakers are not paired, switch off both devices and repeat steps 1, 2 and 3. - The TWS function only works between equal speakers or with other speakers that use the same micro processor or solution ENGLISH15 XF 3400 PROENGLISH

P/P (4) button on the unit or the key(41) on remote control, the display will show "PAUS"; press it again to resume playback; 4. Press NEXT(5) button on unit or key : (25) on remote control while listening to switch to the next track. Press PREV(3) button on unit or 9 (42) on remote to go to the previous tracks;

5. Using the numeric keypad (45) on remote control you can directly enter the number of the song you want to play;

Note: - The player may not support some USB/SD devices, this is due to the incompatibility of some processors. - To avoid harmful interference, always connect USB devices directly to the unit, do not use extension cords. - From the computer to format the USB memory/SD FAT (16 or 32). AUX-IN

1. Press the MODE button (6) on the unit or press M button (24) on the remote control and select the "LINE" function;

2. Connect any unit equipped with audio output, through a cable 3.5mm jack to the AUX (16) input;

3. Use the external device from their commands.

USING THE WIRELESS MICROPHONE

1. Remove the cover at the back of the microphone, insert 2 "AA" size batteries paying attention to the polarity indicated and close the cover;

2. Turn on the microphone by switch upward.

3. Adjust the volume by pressing the MIC button (13) and turning the knob (7);

4. If the power indicator flashes when the microphone is turned on, the batteries are low, replace them immediately.

Note: - The effective range of the wireless microphone is 15m. Do not use over that range. - Do not use two microphones working on the same frequency or crosstalk and interference will occur. - If you use more wireless microphones at the same time, they must be set to different frequencies and should be kept away at least at 30m. - Don’t put the device too close to a DVD/CD/VCD player as they have strong frequencies and might affect the microphone.

POSSIBLE LIMITATIONS USE

- - This device may operate on unauthorized frequencies in the region where the user is located. We recommend that you con- tact the competent authorities and request the necessary information relating to the frequencies authorized in your region for wireless microphone systems. In some cases, a ministerial license may be required for the use of this appliance. For possible requirements, contact the competent authorities. The user assumes exclusive responsibility for the acquisition of the license for radio-microphones and licensability depends on the classification and application of the user and on the frequency selected. (Legislative Decree 269/2001 art.6 paragraph 3). The frequencies used by this product are authorized only on Italian territory and may not be usable in other countries. It is recommended to contact the competent authorities and request the relevant information. European countries which product has restrictions: Regno Unito: IMPLEMENTED. Spagna: LIMITED IMPLEMENTATION. Francia: LIMITED IMPLEMENTATION, for professional users. Danimarca: LIMITED IMPLEMENTATION, tuning range. Malta: LIMITED IMPLEMENTATION, individual license required Irlanda: NOT IMPLEMENTED

XF 3400 PRO VOICE RECORDING This unit and 'capable of recording the vocals on the USB memory or SD card when using the supplied microphone. The device will automatically create a folder called "Record" inside the USB memory and it will store all log files.

1. Switch On the unit;

2. Insert a USB memory or a SD Card into the socket;

3. Select the USB or SD functon by MODE button (6) on the unit, or the M button (24) on the remote control;

4. Press REC button (26) on remote control to start recording, the display will show "REC" and the time signature will start;

5. Press again REC button to stop recording. The unit will play, automatically, the recorded file.

Note: - You can record only the voice. - When the "Recording" function is activated, some appliance controls are inhibited, they will resume their normal function when the recording is stopped. TROUBLESHOOTING If a problem occurs, follow the steps in the table below. If the problem still can’t be solved, please contact your retailer. Warning: Only high-qualified personnel should perform this operation!

The appliance should not be plugged to the mains socket when performing this operation!

1. Remove the screws that secure the slot panel battery;

2. Remove the metal panel;

3. Disconnect the battery and remove it;

4. Replace the battery with one of the same characteristics and capacity.
