How to pair the earbuds with my phone for the first time?

Take the earbuds out of the charging case. They enter Bluetooth pairing mode automatically. On your phone, search for Bluetooth devices and select EDIFIER TWS1 Pro. The LED flashes red and blue quickly during pairing, then blue slowly once connected.

How to skip to the next or previous track?

To skip to the next track, double-click the right earbud. To go back to the previous track, double-click the left earbud.

How to adjust the volume?

Press and hold the touch button on the right earbud to increase volume, and on the left earbud to decrease volume.

What to do if the charging case LED does not light up when charging?

Check that the charging cable is properly connected to the case and a power source. If the problem persists, try another cable or power adapter.

How to reset the earbuds if there is a pairing problem?

Place the earbuds in the case, then press the touch button on the left and right earbud five times in a row. The blue LED flashes quickly, then turns solid red when the reset is complete. You can also press and hold the button on one earbud for 8 seconds to clear the pairing memory.

Can I use a single earbud?

Yes, the earbuds can be used independently. When you take out a single earbud from the case, it connects to your phone automatically. For first use, ensure both earbuds are paired together (TWS).

What to do if the sound is choppy or cuts out?

Make sure your phone is within 10 meters of the earbuds and that no major obstacles (metal wall, etc.) are between them. Also check that the earbuds are sufficiently charged and the volume is set correctly.

How to answer or reject a call?

To answer a call, single-click the left or right earbud. To reject or hang up, press and hold the left or right earbud button.

How to clean the earbuds?

Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the surface of the earbuds and case. Do not use chemicals or sharp objects. Avoid letting moisture enter the openings.

What is the charging time for the earbuds and case?

The earbuds fully charge in about 1.5 hours. The charging case fully charges in about 40 minutes.

User guide

- Charge the earbuds

• You may hear a warning tone when the earbuds are at low battery level, please place the earbuds in the case for charging.
• Charging time: around 1.5 hours for a full charging

- Charge the charging case

• Indicator steady lit = charging Indicator off = fully charged
• Charging time: around 40 minutes for a full charging

When the charging case is opened/closed, the indicator will show the case's battery level; if the indicator flashes three times slowly: high battery level;

if the indicator flashes twice slowly: medium battery level;

if the indicator flashes once slowly: low battery level;

if the indicator flashes three times rapidly: excessively low battery level, please charge the case in time.

Warning: The rechargeable batteries that provide power for this product must be disposed properly for recycling. Do not dispose of batteries in fire to prevent an explosion.

- Power on when taken out of the charging case.

• Power off when placed in the charging case.

- For initial connection, the earbuds will auto-enter the pairing mode after taken out;

- When connected to other mobile phones, take the earbuds out and press and hold the touch button of the left or right earbud for around 2-3 seconds to enter Bluetooth pairing.

- Bluetooth pairing: red and blue lights flash rapidly

- Search for and connect to "EDIFIER TWS1 Pro", after pairing is successful, the blue light will flash slowly.

• TWS pairing of the left and right earbuds

• The left and right earbuds have finished TWS pairing before leaving factory.
- When the earbuds are in the charging case, respectively click the touch buttons of the left and right earbuds five times to enter TWS pairing mode, the blue light will flash rapidly.
• After pairing is done, the blue light will flash rapidly and then the red light will be steady lit.

- Clear pairing records

- When the earbuds are powered on and interconnected, and not connected with any Bluetooth device, press and hold the touch button of the left or right earbuds for 8 seconds to clear pairing records of both earbuds.

- Functional operation

Accept a call: single click the left or right earbud

Decline/end a call: press and hold the left or right earbud

Pause/play: single click the left or right earbud

Previous track: double click the left earbud

Next track: double click the right earbud

Volume up: press and hold the right earbud

Volume down: press and hold the left earbud

FAQs

When charging the charging case, the indicator is off.

- Please ensure the charging case is correctly connected with power source.

No sound

• Check if the earbuds are operating.
• Check if the earbuds volume are at an appropriate level.
• Check if the earbuds are correctly connected with mobile phone.
• Check if the earbuds are operating within a normal working range.

The call quality of the earbuds are not good.

• Check if mobile phone is in an area with strong signal.
• Please ensure the earbuds are within effective distance (10m) and no obstacle between the earbuds and mobile phone.

When playing music, cannot control pause/play/previous track/next track via the earbuds.

- Please ensure the paired device support AVRCP (Audio/Video Remote Control Profile) profile.

Maintenance

• If it is not used for long periods of time, please charge the product with lithium battery every three months.
• Keep the product away from humid places to avoid affecting internal circuit. Do not use the product during intense exercise or with much sweat to prevent sweat from dropping into the product to make damage.
• Do not put the product in places exposed to sun or with high temperature. High temperature will shorten service life of electronic components, damage battery and make plastic components deformed.
• Do not put the product in cold places to avoid damaging internal circuit board.
• Do not dismantle the product. Non-professional personnel may damage the product.
• Do not drop, strongly vibrate, strike the product with hard object to avoid damaging internal circuit.
• Do not use drastic chemicals or cleaner to clean the product.
• Do not use sharp objects to scratch product surface to avoid damaging shell and affecting facade.
