PLACE FOR FUTURE REFERENCE! CAUTION! This product is not a toy for children! Keep out of the reach of children. Children are not aware of the dangers associated with handling electrical products. This product can be used by chil- dren aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capa- bilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concern- ing use of the product in a safe way29 GB/IE and understand the hazards in- volved. Children shall not play with the product. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision. Do not use the product if you notice any signs of damage, otherwise you may get hurt. Do not expose the product to high temperature or moist areas, otherwise the product may be damaged. If accidentally swallowed seek immediate medi- cal attention. Swallowing may lead to burns, perforation of soft tissue, and31 GB/IE death. Severe burns can occur within 2 hours of ingestion.

SION! Never recharge non-rechargeable batteries. Do not short-circuit batteries / rech argea- ble batteries and / or open them. Overheating, fire or bursting can be the result. Never throw batteries / rechargea- ble batteries into fire or water. Do not exert mechanical loads to batteries / rechargeable batteries. Risk of leakage of batteries / rechargeable batteries Avoid extreme environmental conditions and temperatures, which could affect batteries /32 GB/IE rechargeable batteries, e.g. radiators / direct sunlight. If batteries / rechargeable batter- ies have leaked, avoid contact with skin, eyes and mucous mem- branes with the chemicals! Leaked or damaged batteries / rechargea- ble batteries can cause burns on contact with the skin. Wear suita- ble protective gloves at all times if such an event occurs. In the event of a leakage of bat- teries / rechargeable batteries,33 GB/IE immediately remove them from the product to prevent damage. Only use the same type of batter- ies / rechargeable batteries. Do not mix used and new batteries / rechargeable batteries. Remove batteries / rechargeable batteries if the product will not be used for a longer period. Risk of damage of the product Only use the specified type of battery / rechargeable battery! Insert batteries / rechargeable batteries according to polarity marks (+) and (-) on the battery / rechargeable battery and the product.34 GB/IE Use a dry lint-free cloth or cotton swab to clean the contacts on the battery / rechargeable battery and in the battery compartment be- fore inserting! CAUTION! DANGER OF INJURY! Be careful not to insert the product too deep into the nose or ears. Carefully insert only the tip of the blade into the front area of your nostril or ear. Remove the nose or ear hair with small circular movements. After using the trimmer, switch the product off by twisting the battery compartment cover

Cutting eyebrows Before setting the comb attachment

, decide the desired hair length (“Long” approx. 6 mm length, “Short” approx. 3 mm length). Set the comb at- tachment

(see Fig. C). Ensure that the comb attachment

is fastened audibly and sits tightly. Switch the product on. Move the comb in the op- posite direction to the hair growth, and from the outer tip of the eyebrow towards the nose.36 GB/IE To trim hair just above the skin surface, remove the comb attachment

directly over the skin in the desired area. Note: To trim only individual hairs, adjust the angle of the blade

and guide this against the individual hairs. Cleaning, care and storage Note: Always switch off the product before cleaning it. Do not use any corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents. This might damage the surface of the product. Clean the housing with a dry cloth. Take off the comb attachment

(see Fig. C) and clean the blade

carefully under the run- ning water (see Fig. D). Then fully dry the blade

before using the product again. Attention: The product is only protected against from splash water. Never immerse it in the water. Otherwise, irreparable damage may results. If there are still hair on the blade

, clean it with the double-sided cleaning brush
