When the device is switched on, as soon as a power level is selected, the electronic circuits produce induced currents in the bottom of the container which instantly restores the heat produced to the food.
DANGER OF ELECTRONIC INTERFERENCES:

This device generate electromagnetic fields at short range. It has been developed to respect applicable standards and to avoid interfering with other electronic devices. Make sure that other nearby electronic devices such as pacemaker are not located within 305mm (12").
PEOPLE EQUIPED WITH PACEMARKERS OR ACTIVE IMPLANTS.
The hob complies with electromagnetic standards. This induction hob therefore fully meets legal requirements (directives 89 / 336 / CEE). It has been designed so that it does not interfere with working or other electric appliances provided that they respect the same regulations.
This induction hob generates electromagnetic fields in its very close environment.
RISK OF EXPLOSION :

Pans
Your induction cooking appliance is able to recognize most containers.
Container test :
Place your container on the cooking hob with the power level set on the 300W position:
If the indicator 300W remains fixed, your container is compatible, if it flashes, your container is not recognized and cannot be used.
The induction-compatible containers are:
- Containers in enameled steel with or without non-stick coating.
- Containers in cast iron with or without enameled bottom. An enameled bottom prevents the glass top of your appliance from being scratched.
- Stainless steel containers suitable for induction. Most stainless steel containers are suitable if they meet the container test. (saucepan, stockpan, frying pan, chip fryer, etc.)
• NOTE
Glass, ceramic or clay, aluminum (without special bottom), copper and some non-magnetic stainless steel containers are incompatible with induction cooking.
The level indicator of the selected power will flash to inform you.
You should choose pans with thick and flat bottoms, which guarantee more even cooking (the heat is better distributed).
Preserve and maintain your appliance

Before any intervention to disassemble the filter, it is ESSENTIAL to disconnect the power supply from the product.
Remove the filter and then clean the filter under the appliance with soapy water (or in the dishwasher) approximately every week. Put it back when it is dry before use your device again. This filter protects your device from dust and grease.

EN
Avoid hitting it with pans.
The glass top is very tough but it is not unbreakable.
Avoid rubbing containers on the top of the appliance. They can, in the long run, degrade the printing on the vitroceramic glass.
Avoid using containers with rough or dented bottoms.
They can retain and transport materials which may cause stains or scratches on the vitroceramic glass.
Centre your container on the cooking area.
Do not leave an empty container on the cooking hob.
Do not heat a closed tin can. It may explode.
Do not preheat food on the maximum set power level when you use a container with a non-stick inside coating (Teflon) without liquid or with very little fat.
The maximum power level is reserved for boiling and frying.
All these faults which do not lead to non-functioning or inability to be used, do not fall within the framework of the warranty.

CAUTION
Your device is easy to clean, here is some advice:
| Types of spots | How to proceed | Use |
| Slight | Dilute well the zone to clean with hot water then wipe. | Sanitary sponges |
| Accumulation of recooked spots | Dilute well the zone to clean with hot water, use a special scraper for glass to rough-hew, finish with the scraper side of a sanitary sponge, then wipe. | Sanitary spongesSpecial scraper for glass |
| Haloes and tracks of limes-tone | Apply some hot spirit vinegar to the spot, leave few minutes, wipe with a soft cloth. Use a domestic product. | Special vi-troceramic glass dough |
| Inlays following the over-flowing of sugar, aluminum or molten plastic | Apply to the surface a special product for vitroceramic glass, rather containing some silicone (protective effect). | Special vi-troceramic glass product |
