CAUTION:
READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE
- Follow your doctor's recommendations in developing your personal fitness program.
- Know your limits and train within them. Always use common sense when exercising.
- Keep all children and pets away from this machine during use. As well as when this machine is unattended.
- Make sure that all the bolts are tight prior to each day's use.
- Use the machine on a flat and level surface.
- Wear proper clothing and shoes during exercise.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION:

Steps:
Spread up the front tube and rear tube until you hear "ka", then fix the knob in top of the meter.
Micro-adjust resistance:
The tension knob allows you to increase or decrease the amount of resistance during your workout.
OPERATIONS: Press the button under the LCD to select each function. Hold the button for 3 seconds to reset all values to 0. Triangles on the LCD point to activated functions. The computer turns off automatically after 4 minutes of inactivity.
SCAN: automatically displays each function in sequence.
TIME: counts exercise time from 0:00 to 99:59 in one-second increments.
COUNT: counts the number of strides taken during each workout.
TOTAL COUNT: counts the number of accumulative strides taken during workout.
CAL: calculates the estimated number of calories burned during workout.
REPLACEMENT OF BATTERY:
If the computer does not turn on when you begin exercising, the battery may need to be replaced.
- Grasp the LCD face panel and pull it straight up. The computer unit slide out from main unit.
- Remove the battery from battery compartment and replace it with a fresh AAA battery.
- Replace the computer unit in the main unit. Ensure the LCD panel is properly oriented.

EXERCISES:
This device can be used for both your legs and arms for an excellent aerobic workout. To use as a bicycle, place on the floor in a location where pedaling motion is unencumbered. Make sure surface is level and made of a non-slippery material. To use for your arms, place on level table or desk with non-slippery surface.
Leg Exercise
For use as a lower body device - secure the device on a non-slippery surface prior to use and sit comfortably in a chair with the device directly in front of you such that the knee joint is not flexed less than 90°. It is important that the user wears a rubber soled shoe when on this device so he/she does not slip off the pedals during the exercise.
- Once you have positioned yourself correctly in a sturdy chair, put your feet in the pedals and slowly begin pedaling the Mini Bike.
- For balance, you can hold either side of the chair/seat or place your hands on your knees.
- To increase or decrease resistance, turn resistance knob in appropriate direction.
Do not stand on the unit to exercise, only exercise at seated position. Make sure the seat does not move or pivot.

When using this device for upper body exercise, it should be placed directly in front of the user on a table top, and the user should be seated in a comfortable chair such that they can easily reach the pedals without hyperextension (over straightening) the elbow joint. This can be accomplished by either placing a seat cushion on top of the seat or by moving the device closer to the user. Hold the pedals in your hands and turn using shoulders, arms and wrists.
