How to change the saw blade?
Disconnect the machine. Place the head in the upper position. Lock the blade with the stop button (18). Loosen the clamping screw (43) clockwise (left-hand thread). Lift the protective guard (6) and remove the outer flange (44) and the blade. Clean the clamping surfaces. Install the new blade respecting the rotation direction (arrow). Replace the outer flange and tighten the screw counterclockwise. Check the operation of the guard.
How to adjust the cutting laser?
To adjust the right angle: loosen the central screw (40), turn the laser, then retighten. For lateral adjustment: loosen the right (42) and left (41) screws, move the laser horizontally, then retighten.
How to make a miter cut?
Loosen the locking handle (11) of the rotating table and unlock the stop pawl (12). Set the desired angle (0 to 47° left or right). Retighten the handle. Then proceed as for a straight cut: secure the workpiece, activate the safety lock (26), press the switch (27), lower the head and push the saw through the workpiece.
How to adjust the stop?
Loosen the hex socket screws (49). Position the stop (25) so that it is perpendicular to the blade when the rotating table is at 0°. Retighten the screws.
How to use the depth stop for grooving?
Set the depth stop (50) to the desired depth and secure it with the lock nut. Lower the head to check the depth with a test cut. Make the groove avoiding any lateral pressure on the blade.
What are the maximum workpiece dimensions?
Refer to the table on page 4 of the manual. Dimensions depend on the type of cut (straight, miter, bevel). In general, for a straight cut, the maximum height is about 100 mm and width up to 216 mm. Use supports for long workpieces.
How to connect a vacuum cleaner?
Use an adapter (ref. 0910058010) to connect a 44, 58 or 100 mm suction hose to the suction tube (3). You can also use the supplied dust collection bag. Ensure the vacuum cleaner meets the flow and vacuum requirements (see technical data).
What to do if the saw vibrates?
Check that the saw blade is not deformed or improperly mounted. Replace it if necessary. Make sure the blade is correctly tightened and the inner flange is properly positioned. If vibrations persist, contact customer service.
How to transport the saw?
Lower the saw head and engage the transport lock (24). Lock the slide mechanism in the rear position with the fixing screw (13). Lift the machine by the transport handle (20) or, if not present, by the table extensions (16) fully inserted and locked.
How to clean the saw?
Disconnect the machine. Use a brush or vacuum cleaner to remove sawdust from adjustment devices, controls, ventilation slots, under the table insert, laser and lighting. Do not use aggressive detergents. Lightly oil the guide elements.
