FUTURE REFERENCE EN- EN 1 - Getting Started
- Remove the appliance from the box.
- Remove any packaging from the product.
- Place the packaging inside the box and either or dispose of safely. Safety and Notice Read and understand all instructions before you use this product. If damage is caused by failure to follow the instructions, the warranty does not apply. Safety Warning
- Never place this apparatus on other electrical equipment.
- Keep this apparatus away from direct sunlight, naked Fames or heat.
- Never look into the laser beam inside this apparatus.
- Ensure that you always have easy access to the power cord, plug or adaptor to disconnect this apparatus from the power.
- The apparatus shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing and no liquid-lled objects, such as vases, shall be placed on the apparatus.
- To ensure complete disconnection from the power input, the mains plug of the apparatus shall be disconnected from the mains.
- The mains plug of the apparatus must not be obstructed OR must be easily accessed during intended use.
- Minimum distances 10 cm around the apparatus for sufcient ventilations.
- The ventilation should not be impeded by covering the ventilation openings with items, such as newspapers, table-cloths, curtains, etc.
- No naked ame sources such as lighted candles should be placed on the apparatus.
- Attention should be drawn to environmental aspects of battery disposal.

10. Only use attachments/accessories specied by the manufacturer.
11. Use only with the cart, stand, tripod, bracket, or table specied by the manufacturer or sold with
the apparatus. When a cart is used, use caution when moving the cart/apparatus combination to avoid injury from tip-over.
12. Unplug this apparatus during lightning storms or when unused for long periods of time.
13. Refer all servicing to qualied service personnel. Servicing is required when the apparatus has
been damaged in anyway, such as power-supply cord or plug is damaged, liquid has been spilled or objects have fallen into the apparatus, apparatus has been exposed to rain or moisture, does not operate normally, or has been dropped.
14. Apparatus shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing.
15. Do not place any sources of danger on the apparatus (e.g. liquid lled objects, lighted candles).
16. Where the MAINS plug (or AC/DC adaptor) or an appliance coupler is used as the disconnect
device, the disconnect device shall remain readily operable.
17. Make sure there is enough free space around the product for ventilation.
18. Batteries (battery pack or batteries installed) shall not be exposed to excessive heat such as
sunshine, re or the like.
19. The rating label is placed on the back side of apparatus.
CAUTION Danger of explosion if battery is incorrectly replaced. Replace only with the same or equivalent type. WARNING Do not ingest the battery (chemical burn hazard) The remote control supplied with this product contains a coin/button cell battery. If the coin/button cell battery is swallowed, it can cause severe internal burns in just 2 hours and can lead to death. Keep new and used batteries away from children. If the battery compartment does not close securely, stop using the product and keep it away from children. If you think batteries may have been swallowed or placed inside any part of the body, seek immediate medical attention. Care for your product
1. Always unplug the appliance when not in use and before cleaning.
2. Do not play music at excessive volume levels as damage to hearing and or the equipment may occur.
3. Do not use this unit in wet or damp conditions.
4. Always disconnect the unit from the mains power supply before cleaning. Clean the appliance with
a soft, damp, lint free cloth. Do not use abrasives or harsh cleaners. Care of the environment Your product is designed and manufactured with high quality materials and components, which can be recycled and reused. Your product contains batteries covered by the European Directive 2006/66/EC, which cannot be disposed with normal household waste. Please inform yourself about the local rules on separate collection of batteries because correct disposal helps to prevent negative consequences for the environmental and human health.- EN 3 - What’s in the box Check and identify the contents of your package:
- Micro USB cable When this crossed-out wheeled bin symbol is attached to a product it means that the product is covered by the European Directive 2002/96/EC. Please inform yourself about the local separate collection system for electrical and electronic products. Please act according to your local rules and do not dispose of your old products with your normal household waste. Correct disposal of your old product helps to prevent potential negative consequences for the environment and human health. The lightning symbol inside an equilateral triangle warns the user of the presence inside the product of uninsulated hazardous electric voltages powerful enough to represent an electrocution risk.- EN 4 - Description of Parts
Locations of Remote Control
- Risk of product damager! Make sure that the power voltage corresponds to the voltage printed on the back label.
- Risk of electric shock! When you unplug the AC power cord always pull the plug from the socket. Never pull the cord.
- Before connecting the AC power cord, ensure you have completed all other connections. Place the unit in the desired position and unravel the mains cable. Insert the cable into the supply socket and switch on if applicable. Auto standby When playing media from a connected device, the Tower automatically switches to standby if:
- No button is pressed for 10 minutes,
- No audio from a connected device for 10 minutes. Battery power
- Be sure that the batteries are inserted correctly to avoid damage to the appliance. Always remove the batteries when appliance will not be used for a long period of time, as this will cause leakage to the batteries and subsequently damage to your set.
- Use batteries of the same type. Never use different types of batteries together.
- Do not throw the battery into the re, or exposed to sunshine or the like.
- If the liquid contained in the batteries comes in contact with eyes or skin, wash the area immediately and carefully with clear water and consult a doctor. Unit power supply (mains 230V/50Hz) Connect the power cable plug to the (230V) wall outlet.
- Before using the unit, check that the local mains supply is compatible with the unit 230V (50Hz).
- Do not plug or unplug the power cable when your hands wet.
- When planning not to use this unit for long periods of time (i.e., Vacation etc.) disconnect the plug from the wall outlet.
- When disconnecting the power cord from the wall outlet, grasp the plug; do not pull the cord in order to avoid shock risks caused by the damaged cable. Operation Press the POWER/MODE button to turn on the unit. Press and hold the POWER/MODE button for 2 seconds to turn off the unit. Adjusting the volume Turn the volume knob clockwise to increase the volume. Turn the volume knob anti-clockwise to decrease the volume. Check the display to conrm the volume setting. Mute function Press the MUTE button on the remote control; the volume is muted and the volume level number will begin to ash on the LCD display. Press this button again to cancel the mute function. FM Radio Mode If you are not already in FM mode, press and release the POWER/MODE button repeatedly to go to FM mode (check the display). If you were listening to an FM station when you switched the radio off, then this station will be- EN 6 - automatically selected when you switch the radio back on. Tuning to an FM Station Press the PLAY/PAUSE/SCAN button to scan up the frequency band. Press the NEXT/PREV button to ne tune each frequency in 0.05MHz increments. Note: If reception is still poor, try moving the radio to another location. Storing an FM Station Preset Your radio can store up to 20 FM radio stations in its preset memories for instant access to your favourite stations.
1. Tune the radio to the FM radio station that you wish to preset.
2. Press and hold the PROG/REP/PRESET button for approximately 2 seconds until ‘P01’ is displayed.
3. Use the NEXT/PREV button to move to the preset location to which you would like to store the
radio station (1-20).
4. Press and release the PROG/REP/PRESET button to conrm.
Note: If there is already an existing FM station stored under a preset, it will be over-written when you store the new station. Tune to an FM Station Preset In FM mode:
1. Press and release the PROG/REP/PRESET button.
2. Use the NEXT/PREV button to move to the preset location and station that you would like to listen
to (1-20); the radio will instantly tune to that station and begin to play. Bluetooth Mode You must follow several steps to connect your mobile phone:
1. Activate Bluetooth from your mobile phone (please refer to your phone’s user manual)
2. Press the POWER/MODE button to turn on the unit, then press the POWER/MODE button
repeatedly until the “BT” indicator appears on the LCD display. It is now ready to pair automatically.
3. Use your mobile phone to search for a Bluetooth device named “MIC200”.
4. Your mobile phone will locate“MIC200”, and may display connection options. Please connect to it
using the password of “0000” (if any). Once the device is successfully connected, the Bluetooth indicator “BT connected” appears on the LCD display. Pairing name: MIC200 Automatically Connecting with Your Phone Pairing is only needed the rst time the unit and phone are used together. Once the unit and phone have been paired, they will automatically connect whenever the unit is on and Bluetooth is activated on the phone. The next time you power on, the unit will automatically connect to the most recently connected phone. Playback from Bluetooth Device After successful Bluetooth connection, press the PLAY/PAUSE/SCAN button to play. Press the PREV or NEXT button to skip the tracks backward or forward. To pause or resume playback, press the PLAY/PAUSE/ SCAN button again. Press and hold the PLAY/PAUSE/SCAN button for 2 seconds to disconnect Bluetooth. Set the Time and Alarm In Standby Mode
1. Press and hold the MENU/INFO button until 12H or 24H begins to ash.
2. Use the NEXT/PREV button to scroll to ‘<12H>’ or ‘<24H>’. Press the MENU/INFO button to

Note: Press the MENU/INFO button repeatedly to turn on/off the alarm 1 and alarm 2 function. ‘AL’ symbol in the top of the display, together with the digit ‘1’ or ‘2’ as appropriate, will conrm when an alarm has been set. AL 1------Alarm 1 ON AL 2------Alarm 2 ON AL 1 + AL 2 ----Alarm 1 & Alarm 2 are both ON Stopping the Alarm When the alarm sounds, press and release the POWER/MODE button. Alternatively, you can press and release the ‘SLEEP/SNOOZE’ button on the remote control (see Snooze function below). Note: If you press the POWER/MODE button to stop the alarm, the alarm symbol will remain on the display and the alarm will sound again at the same time the next day. Snooze When the alarm sounds, you can press and release the ‘SLEEP/SNOOZE’ button on the remote control. ‘Snooze’ will be displayed, followed by the snooze time countdown, until the alarm sounds again about 9 minutes later. Turning off the Alarm In standby mode, press the MENU/INFO button repeatedly until the AL 1 or AL 2 indicator disappears. Sleep Timer You can set your radio to turn off automatically using the sleep timer. You can choose from Sleep off, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80 and 90 minutes. With your unit switched on (not in Standby mode): Press the SLEEP/SNOOZE button on the remote control to cycle through the various sleep time options, such as Sleep off, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80 and 90 minutes. Note: To cancel the sleep timer, follow the steps for setting the sleep time but stop when ‘Sleep ’ disappears. Playing a compact disc (CD) NOTE: Never touch the laser lens inside the CD compartment. Clean the laser lens using a CD cleaner disc if it becomes dirty.

2. Press the POWER/MODE button repeatedly to select the CD function.
3. Press the EJECT/+10 button to open the CD door and insert a CD into the tray with the printed

” sign will appear on the LCD Display. The same track will play repeatedly.
2. Press the REPEAT button a second time to repeat all tracks. The “All
” sign will appear on the LCD display.
3. To cancel REPEAT PLAY, press the PROG/REP/PRESET button repeatedly until the relevant sign
disappears. Random play Press the REPEAT button 3 times during playback. “RAND” appears on the display. All the tracks on the CD will play in a random order. Program function The Program feature may be used to program up to 20 tracks to play in a selected order.
1. While in Stop mode only (CD is not playing), press the PROG/REP/PRESET button. The LCD

3. Press the PROG/REP/PRESET button to select and store the track into memory.
4. Repeat step 2 to 3 to select up to 20 tracks.
5. To play the selected tracks (in the Program mode), press the PLAY/PAUSE/SCAN button.

3. Press the EJECT/+10 button to open the CD door and insert a CD into the tray with the printed
label side facing up. Press the EJECT/+10 button again to close the CD DOOR and the disc will rotate for a few seconds, then automatically play the 1st track.

Press the PLAY/PAUSE button to begin random playback. To cancel the random function, press the PROG/REP/PRESET Button repeatedly until the relevant sign disappears.- EN 9 - Program play The tracks on the disc can be programmed to play in any order (up to 20 tracks can be programmed). Note: this can only be done while in Stop mode.
1. Press the PROG/REP/PRESET button while in Stop mode. “PROG P01” will appear on the display.
2. Press “PREV” and “NEXT” button to select the desired tracks, then press the PROG/REP/PRESET
button to store into memory.
3. The rst track number is now stored into memory, and the program number changes to “P02”,
waiting for your next selection.
4. Repeat steps 2 – 3 to program additional tracks.
After programming is complete, press the PLAY/PAUSE/SCAN button, and program play begins from the rst programmed track. The player stops automatically once all programmed tracks have been played (press the STOP/SELECT button to cancel the programmed tracks memory). Playing Music Via USB This device has been developed in line with the latest technical advances in the USB eld. However, given the wide range of USB storage devices of all types that are currently on the market, we unfortunately cannot guarantee full compatibility with all USB storage devices. For this reason, in rare cases, there may be problems in playing back les from USB storage devices. This is not due to device malfunction.
1. Press the POWER/MODE button repeatedly until ‘USB’ appears on the display
2. Connect a USB storage device directly into the USB port. The display briey indicates the total
number of tracks. Playback will automatically start after a few seconds.
3. For instructions on how to operate the control buttons, please refer to MP3 DISC SECTION

- Always directly connect a USB storage medium to the USB port to prevent malfunctions.
- The USB port is not designed for charging external devices.
- Important: Switch the device to a different operating mode before you remove the USB storage device. Equaliser Function With your unit switched on (not in Standby mode): Press the MENU/INFO button repeatedly to cycle between off, Eq1 , Eq2, Eq3, and Eq4. Note: you can set the Equaliser function to Normal, Pop, Classic, Rock, and Jazz according to your individual preference. USB Charging (5V Out) The USB port is designed for charging external devices, such as smart phones. AUX input jack
1. Press the POWER/MODE button to turn on the unit.
2. Press the POWER/MODE button repeatedly to select Aux In mode. ‘–AU-‘ will appear on the LCD
3. Connect the AUX connect wire from the line out jack of your personal player (e.g. portable MP3
player) to the AUX input jack.
4. Start playback from your personal player.

Remark: The maximum connection distance is around 10 meters. Please place your Bluetooth speaker as close as possible to this device to avoid connection getting disturbed. WARNING! Risk of hearing impairment
- Set a low volume on the playback device before connecting the headphones to the sound source.
- Avoid excessive volume, particularly over extended periods or frequent use. Excessive volume can result in permanent hearing impairment. About the disks Handling Do not touch the underside of disks. Hold disks by the edges to avoid leaving ngerprints on the surface. Any dust, ngerprints or scratches may cause a malfunction. Never afx a label or sticky tape to the disk. Storage Put disks back in their case after use. Never expose disks to direct sunlight or heat sources. Never leave disks inside a car parked in full sunlight. Cleaning Use a clean, soft, lint-free cloth to clean the disk, working from the centre outwards in a straight line. Do not use solvents such as petrol, thinners, commercially available cleaners or antistatic sprays for vinyl disks.- EN 11 - Remarks: Don’t discard the electrical and electronic appliances in the regular waste disposal.
- Take them to a collection point.
- Some components in these appliances may be hazardous to health and the environment.
- In order to save energy when the unit has no sound output for a while, the unit will be switched to stand-by automatically. It can be switched ON by using the POWER selector again.
- If there is an incoming call while MIC200 is connected to your cell phone for music playback, it will pause at once when you answer the call and resume after the call ended. (Sometimes it will pause after end the call, it depend on your cell phone.)
