What to do if the motor does not start?
First check the mains power and plug. If the cable is damaged, disconnect immediately and have it replaced by a WOLF service center. Never patch the cable.
Why are the blades overheating?
The blades may be blunt or lack lubrication. Lubricate the blades after each use with maintenance oil. If the problem persists, contact a WOLF service center.
How to adjust the cutting head?
Make sure the motor is off and the blades are stopped. Push the lock button, pivot the head to the desired position (5 stops), then release the button. Check that the head is properly engaged.
Which extension cord can I use?
Use an extension cord of type HO7 RNF with a minimum cross-section of 3x1.5 mm² and a maximum length of 25 meters. Attach it to the safety cable clip to prevent accidental disconnection.
How to maintain the blades?
After each use, clean the blades with a dry cloth or brush, then spray them with maintenance oil. Never rinse with water or use a high-pressure cleaner.
The device vibrates strongly, what to do?
Abnormal vibrations may indicate damaged or incorrectly fastened blades. Turn off the motor and disconnect, then check the blades. If necessary, contact a WOLF service center.
What are the essential safety instructions?
Always wear protective goggles, hearing protection and gloves. Do not trim in the rain, do not wear loose clothing, and hold the device with both hands. Always disconnect before maintenance.
How to store the hedge trimmer?
Use the provided storage case. For wall storage, attach the case to the wall using the drilling template (page 136 of the manual). Store in a dry place, out of reach of children.
What is the warranty period?
The warranty is 24 months for private use and 12 months for commercial use, from the date of purchase. Keep the warranty card and proof of purchase.
