Frequently Asked Questions - Mixtour Reloop

Which software is compatible with the Reloop Mixtour?
The Mixtour is designed for djay Pro and djay 2 by Algoriddim on iOS and Android. It is also compatible with VirtualDJ and Traktor Pro via ASIO drivers and mappings available on the Reloop website.
How do I connect the Mixtour to an iPhone or iPad?
Use the included Lightning adapter cable (or OTG for Android). Plug in the provided power adapter when using with iOS, as USB power alone may be insufficient.
Why is there no sound output?
Check that the Master and CUE VOL. levels are set correctly. Ensure the coaxial output is connected to your system. The VU meter switch should be set to Master (LED off) to see the signal.
How do I use the Auto Loop function?
Press the AUTO LOOP button to activate a loop of the set length. Press again to deactivate. Use SHIFT + AUTO LOOP to halve the loop length (Half Loop) and SHIFT + SYNC to double it (Double Loop).
What do the pad lights mean in Hot Cue mode?
In HOT CUE mode (switch set to C, green LED), pressing a pad sets or triggers a Cue point (C1-C4). In TRANSPORT mode (switch set to T, orange LED), the pads control transport functions (play, pause, etc.).
How do I sync the two decks?
Press the SYNC button to automatically match the speed of the active deck to the other deck. SHIFT + SYNC doubles the length of the active loop.
Can I use Spotify with the Mixtour?
Yes, if you have a Spotify Premium account. In the djay 2 app, you can access your Spotify library. An internet connection is required.
How do I update the Mixtour firmware?
Download updates from the official website www.reloop.com. Connect the Mixtour to your computer via USB and follow the instructions in the updater software.
What if the Mixtour is not recognized by my computer?
Check that the USB cable is working. On Mac, no driver is needed. On Windows, install the ASIO drivers from the Reloop website. Try another USB port.
How do I adjust the equalizer?
Use the three EQ knobs (high, mid, low) to adjust the sound of each deck. Turn right to boost the frequency band, left to cut it.
