How to reset the detector?

For a reset, press the button for 5 seconds and release it within 3 seconds when the indicator flashes quickly. For a factory reset, press the button 10 times quickly.

What are the prerequisites to use the sensor?

You need a Matter-compatible app and a Matter-compatible Thread Border Router.

What batteries are needed?

The sensor uses 2 CR2450 batteries (included). Observe polarity during installation.

Can I use this sensor outdoors?

How to install the sensor?

How to clean the detector?

What is the detection range?

Motion and Light Sensor P2 detects human motion and condition of ambient light. When detecting human

movement or changes in ambient light conditions, Motion and Light Sensor P2 will send notice to the Aqara Home app through or link to other devices based on Thread.

• A Matter-compatible Thread Border Router is required for use.

Quick Setup

1. Please make sure you have a Matter-compatible app and a Matter-compatible Thread Border Router.

Please note: If the indicator is not breathing, press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds until the LED indicator starts blinking and release it. The device will enter the pairing mode.
