This section contains safety instructions that will help protect from risk of personal injury or material damage. Failure to follow these instructions voids any granted warranty.
1.1 General safety
- This appliance complies with international safety standards.
- This appliance can be used by people who have limited physical, sensory or mental capacity or who do not have knowledge and experience, provided that they are supervised or they understand the instructions with regard to safe use of the product and potential dangers.
- Children should not play with the appliance. Cleaning and maintenance works should not be performed by children.
- This appliance cannot be used by children.
- Keep the appliance and the power cable out of the reach of children.

- Do not use it if the power cable, blades or the appliance itself is damaged. Contact an authorised service.
- Only use the original parts or parts recommended by the manufacturer.
- Do not attempt to dismantle the appliance.
- Your mains power supply should comply with the information supplied on the rating plate of the appliance.
- Do not use the appliance with an extension cable.
- Do not pull the power cable when unplugging the appliance.
- Unplug the appliance when left unattended and wait for it to stop completely while installing/ removing accessories or before cleaning.
- Do not touch the plug of the appliance with damp or wet hands.
- Do not use the device for hot food.
- To prevent overheating, do not use the appliance continuously for more than 10 seconds. Leave to cool for 1 minute in between each 10 seconds of operation.

- Do not operate the appliance without the ingredients in the bowl.
- Remove bones and stones from food to prevent the blades and the appliance from getting damaged.
- This appliance is not suitable for dry or hard foods as this will quickly cause the blades to become dull.
- Follow all warnings to prevent injuries due to incorrect use.
- When emptying the container, during cleaning and grabbing chopping blades with bare hands serious injuries could result due to incorrect use. Use the plastic section trying to hold the chopping blade.
- After cleaning, dry the appliance and all parts before connecting it to mains supply and before attaching the parts.
- Do not immerse the appliance, power cable, or power plug in water or any other liquids.
- Do not operate or place any part of this appliance on its parts on or near hot surfaces.

The values which are declared in the markings affixed on your appliance or other printed documents supplied with it represent the values which were obtained in the laboratories pursuant to the pertinent standards. These values may vary according to the usage of the appliance and ambient conditions.
3 Usage
3.1 Intended use
This appliance is intended only for household use; it is not suitable for professional use. It is designed for chopping and whisking small amounts of solid food only.
3.2 Initial use
Clean the appliance parts before initial use (see 4.1).
3.3 Blending and chopping with the blending shaft
- Place the plastic container (3) on the non-slip rubber base (5) on a stable and flat surface.
- Hold the blending shaft (6) from its plastic part and place it onto the fixed shaft found at the centre of the container.
- Put the ingredient you want to process into the plastic container (3) (in small pieces).
- Place the middle cover (2) on the plastic container.
- Make sure that the tabs on the middle cover are fully seated on the plastic container.

WARNING: If the lock tabs do not fully seat on the plastic container, the blades may get damaged.
- Place the motor unit (9) on the middle cover (2) by rotating it anti-clockwise.
- Plug in the appliance.

Press the operating switch (11) to blend or chop the ingredients.
-
Press the operating switch for 1 to 2 seconds interruptedly.

The appliance has two speed levels, which are "slow" and "fast", depending on the pressing power.
- When you are done with the appliance, unplug it and wait for the blending shaft (2) to stop completely.
- Rotate the motor unit (9) clockwise and remove the middle cover.
- Remove the blending shaft (6) from the plastic container by holding it from its plastic part.
3 Usage
- Take the processed food from the plastic container.
3.4 Blending and chopping with the blending shaft
- Attach the blending shaft (7) to the end of the motor unit (9) by turning it clockwise.
- Fit it into its place, do not apply too much force.
- Put the ingredients to be processed into the measuring beaker (in small pieces).
- Immerse it into the measuring beaker.
- Plug in the appliance.
- Press the operating switch to operate it at the desired speed level.

You can get better results if you make circular movements with the appliance during processing.

When you are done with the appliance, unplug it and wait for it to stop completely.

Remove the blending shaft (7) from the motor unit (9) by turning it anti-clockwise.
3.5 Whisking and blending with the whisker
- Attach the whiskers (1) into their places on the whisker head (4) by turning them clockwise.
- Fit them into their place, do not apply too much force.
- Attach the whisker head (4) to the motor unit (9) by turning it clockwise.
- Fit it into its place, do not apply too much force.
- Put the ingredients to be processed into the measuring beaker or a deep bowl.
- Plug in the appliance and immerse it into the measuring beaker.
- Press the operating switch to switch on the appliance.
3 Usage

You can get better results if you make circular movements with the appliance during processing.
- When you are done with the appliance, unplug it and wait for it to stop completely.
- Remove the whisker head (4) from the motor unit by rotating it anti-clockwise.
- Remove the whiskers (1) from the whisker head (4) by pulling them.

Each press on the operating switch that lasts 1 to 2 seconds is a "PULSE".

Pressing the operat ing switch for 1 second is enough for soft foods like onions and parsley.
4 Cleaning and care
4.1 Cleaning
- Unplug the appliance before cleaning.
- Wait for the relevant part of the appliance to stop.
- Use a slightly damp cloth to clean the motor unit, operating head and outer parts of the appliance.
- You can clean the blending shaft with lukewarm water and some dishwashing liquid.

WARNING: Inner part of the blending shaft should not get into contact with water.
- Dry all parts of the appliance after cleaning.

WARNING:
Never use gasoline, solvent, abrasive cleaning agents, metal objects or hard brushes to clean the appliance.

WARNING: Never immerse the motor unit, the middle cover or the whisker head in water or any other liquid.

WARNING: Be careful while cleaning the blending shaft (6). Hold it from its plastic handle as much as possible.

You can wash the measuring beaker, the blades and the whiskers on the upper shelf of the dishwasher.
4.2 Storage
If you do not intend to use the appliance for a long time, store it carefully.
- Unplug the appliance before lifting the appliance and its cable.
- Store the appliance in a cool and dry place.
- Keep the appliance out of the reach of children.
4 Cleaning and care
4.3 Handling and transportation
- During handling and transportation, carry the appliance in its original packaging. The packaging of the appliance protects it against physical damages.
- Do not place heavy loads on the appliance or on the packaging. The appliance may get damaged.
- Dropping the appliance may render it non-operational or cause permanent damage.
