How to turn on the device?

Press the HOME button to turn on the device. To turn it off, hold HOME for 1 second.

How to connect a phone via Bluetooth?

Go to SETUP > Bluetooth to register your phone. Enable Bluetooth on the phone, search for the device (named DNX775RVS) and confirm pairing.

How to use Apple CarPlay?

Connect your iPhone to the black USB port using the KCA-iP103 cable (optional). Touch the Apple CarPlay icon on the source selection screen to start.

What to do if the screen does not turn on?

Check the fuse and vehicle power (ACC or ON position). If the problem persists, consult an authorized Kenwood dealer.

How to clean the screen?

Use a soft dry cloth (like a silicone cloth). Never use solvents, alcohol, or direct sprays that could damage the screen.

Can I play DVDs?

Yes, the device plays Video DVDs, VCDs, and Audio CDs. Insert the disc into the slot after opening the panel by pressing the ▲ button and then DISC EJECT.

How to set the clock?

Press MENU then touch SETUP > User Interface. Select Clock and choose Manual or NAV-SYNC (GPS synchronization) to set the time.

What to do if GPS cannot find the position?

Make sure the vehicle is outside, away from tall buildings or trees. The first acquisition may take a few minutes. Once signals are received, subsequent acquisitions will be faster.

How to update navigation maps?

Visit www.garmin.com/kenwood to purchase an updated map. Follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the update to an SD card.

How to reset the device?

There is no reset button. You can disconnect the vehicle battery for a few minutes, but this will erase settings. For persistent issues, contact an authorized Kenwood dealer.
