USER MANUAL Ecosenzo Plus ABL930SR BESTRON
- This appliance is not intended for professional use, but is intended for domestic and similar use, such as in sta kitchens, in shops, oces and other working environments, by guests in hotels, motels and other residential environments, in Bed & Breakfast type environments and farms.
- Always place the device on a stable and level surface.
- Check whether the mains voltage corresponds to the mains voltage indicated on the rating plate of the appliance before connecting it to an earthed socket.
- Certain parts of the device may become hot. Do not touch it to avoid getting burned.
- The device must be able to dissipate heat and must therefore not be covered. Keep it sufficiently free.
- Never immerse the appliance, the cord or the plug in water or any other liquid and do not hold it under running water.
- Do not pick up the device if it has fallen into water. Immediately pull the plug from the socket. Don’t use it anymore.
- Make sure your hands are dry when you touch the device.
- Make sure that the appliance, the cord and the plug do not come into contact with heat sources such as a hob or oven fire.
- Remove the plug from the socket when you are not using the device. Pull the plug, not the cord.
- Check regularly whether the cord is still intact. If the device is damaged, do not use it anymore, but take it to the manufacturer or a technical service center for repair.
- The appliance must not be operated by means of an external timer or by a remote control system.
- Switch off the device before moving it.
- Do not use the device if the filter is damaged or incorrectly installed. This could damage the device.
- Do not use the device to vacuum the following objects: - glowing or burning objects - glass splinters or other sharp objects - remains of plaster, cement, stone, soot and the like - liquids or damp dirt.
- Do not use the vacuum cleaner on wet rugs and carpets.
- Never insert objects into the exhaust openings.
- Make sure that the suction and discharge openings are open and the filter is not clogged. Blockages cause overheating.
- Keep suction nozzles and tubes away from the body. You can cause serious injuries, for example to eyes or ears.
- Switch off the appliance and remove the plug from the socket if you ex- perience any malfunctions during use, empty the appliance, clean the16
appliance, install or remove an accessory, or have finished using it.
- This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the dangers.
- Children are not allowed to clean or maintain the appliance unless they are over 8 years old and supervised.
- Keep the appliance and the cord out of the reach of children under the age of 8.

1. Remove all packaging materials.
2. Insert the telescopic tube into the combination nozzle and insert the hose into the other end of the tube.
Press the button on the tube to make it longer or shorter.
3. Insert the other end of the hose into the hose connector on the vacuum cleaner until it clicks into place.
Check whether the dust collector is properly clicked into place on the vacuum cleaner. VACUUM
1. Select the correct position of the combination nozzle. You can choose from the brush setting for hard
floors (parquet, laminate, etc...) or the setting for soft floors (carpet, carpet, etc...).
2. Pull the cord out of the vacuum cleaner up to the yellow marking and plug it into a wall socket.
3. Press the on/off button and start vacuuming.
- You can reduce the suction power by temporarily opening the closable air opening. This prevents textiles from being sucked into the hose.
- You can lift the device by the handle.
- To avoid damage, never extend the cord beyond the red marking. ACCESSORIES This vacuum cleaner has a 2-in-1 attachment supplied. Use this as a crevice tool to clean radiators, cracks, window frames, holes and the like. Use it as a small brush to clean delicate or uneven surfaces, furniture, blinds and the like.
EMPTYING THE DUST COLLECTOR
If the dust collector full indicator turns red, empty the dust container immediately.
1. Remove the hose by pressing the two side buttons on the connection piece.
2. Remove the dust collector by pushing the release button, see figure 2A on page 2.
3. Hold the Dust collector above a waste bag and let the bottom cover fall open by pressing the button, see
images 2B and 2C on page 2.
4. Remove any stuck debris by hand or a small brush.
5. Close the bottom cover until it clicks into place and place the dust collector back on the device until it
clicks into place. NB: It is possible that the indicator turns red while the dust collector is not yet full. Then check the nozzle, hose and tube to see if they are clogged.18
CLEANING THE FILTERS
For optimal results, you should clean or replace the filter after every 2 to 3 vacuuming sessions, or more often if it appears that the filter is visibly clogged. This also prevents the engine from overheating.
1. First empty the dust collector, see previous chapter.
2. Open the filter cover, see Figure 3B on page 2.
3. Remove the dust separation system from the dust collector, see figures 3B and 3C on page 2.
4. Remove the filter from the dust separation system, see image 3D on page 2.
5. Rinse the filter and dust separation system thoroughly in lukewarm water. Let the filters dry thoroughly.
6. Reassemble everything in reverse order.
- Dry everything thoroughly so that moisture cannot enter the device and cause damage.
- Never clean the filters in the washing machine.
- Never dry the filters with a hairdryer.
CLEANING THE EXHAUST FILTER
Replace the exhaust filter at least twice a year, or more often if it appears that the filter is visibly clogged.
1. Open the exhaust filter cover by turning the wheel cover counterclockwise. Pull the exhaust filter out of
the device, see figure 4 on page 2.
2. Rinse it clean in lukewarm water. Let it dry thoroughly.
3. Replace the cleaned filter and turn the lid clockwise until it clicks into place.
- Dry everything thoroughly so that moisture cannot enter the device and cause damage.
- Never clean the filter in the washing machine.
- Never dry the filter with a hairdryer.
CLEANING THE VACUUM CLEANER
1. Clean the outside of all parts with a damp cloth and a cleaning agent suitable for plastic. Make sure that
no moisture gets inside the device.
2. Over time, dust and dirt can accumulate on the wheels, causing them to no longer turn properly. So clean
- Never immerse the appliance, the plug or the cord in water.
- Do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents or sharp objects when cleaning.
STORING THE VACUUM CLEANER
1. Remove the plug from the socket.
2. Press and hold the rewind button to automatically rewind the cord.
3. Slide the tube together.
4. Slide the combination nozzle into the mounting slot on the back of the vacuum cleaner to easily store and
retrieve the vacuum cleaner without having to take all the parts apart. NB: Guide the cord as you rewind it. Otherwise, the cord may become tangled or the plug may hit the back of the appliance. Hold the cord loosely in your hand at the marking and let it slide through your fingers in a controlled manner.19
