In order to avoid danger and act in accordance with the security directives, the device and the connection cable may solely be repaired by professional personal. In case repair is necessary, please contact our customer-service via mail or phone.
- Before cleaning, please unplug the connection cable and let the device cool off.
- For security reasons, the device may not be cleaned using liquid substances, or even submerged in it.
- The device may be operated by children from 8 years onward and by people with diminished physical, mental or sensory, or people with lack of experience and/

or knowledge, if they are being supervised or have been instructed concerning the device's save operation and have understood the resulting risks.

- Maintenance and cleaning may not be done by unsupervised children.
- Children under age of 8 years are to be kept away from the device and connection cable.
- Keep children away from the packaging material. There is risk of suffocation.
- Before the device's first operation, please check the complete device as well as its connection cable and components for defects

and damage, which could impair the device's security. Should the device have been dropped on the floor or the connection cable having been pulled at, damages not visible from the outside may have incurred. In this case, please do not start up the device.

Attention: Do not touch the welding wire or sili-

cone lips. Danger of burns!

  • Unplug the power plug:

  • During disturbances while using the device

  • After each use
  • Before cleaning

  • Do not unplug the main plug by pulling at the connection cable,

but by pulling the plug directly.

  • Neither the main plug nor the connection cable may come too close to a hot cooking plate or open fire.
  • If the device is operated incorrectly or is alienated, no liability can be assumed.
    The device was conceived to be used at home or for similar tasks like

  • In kitchens, for staff in stores, offices and similar branches
    In agricultural business

  • By guests in hotels, motels and other accommodations
    -In bed and breakfast accommodations

The device was constructed for intermittent service, which means it has to cool down for approximately 20 seconds after each use, before welding can begin again. After an operating period of 10 minutes it has to cool down for 2 minutes in order to prevent overheating.

PREPARATION OF SACHET

  1. Put the prepared food in the sachet. Please take care to keep the opening of the sachet completely clean and dry.
  2. The sachets may be filled up to 6 cm beneath the sachet's opening.
  3. If necessary, dry off the food with a towel in order to remove remaining liquids.

PREPARATION FOR WELDING

  1. Plug in the main plug.
  2. Open the vacuum sealer's lid.
  3. Place the open side of the filled sachet on the anchor points. The sachet's opening must be clean and placed crease-free on the

silicon lip.

  1. Fold the lid down.
  2. Push the lid down tight on the outer edges until it audibly snaps shut on both edges.

VACUUMING AND WELDING

  1. Press the button on the right hand side ("Vacuum & Seal").
  2. The right indicator light will light up while the sachet is being vacuumed.
  3. When vacuuming is complete, the sachet's opening will be sealed automatically. The left indicator light lights up.

  4. When the process is complete both indicator lights will go out and the sachet can be removed.

  5. For removing the sachet, please press the release buttons and open the lid.
  6. For cancelling the process press the stop-button.

ONLY WELDING

  1. Press the left button ("Seal only").
  2. The left indicator light will light up while the sachet's opening is being sealed.
  3. When the process is complete the indicator light goes out and the

sachet can be removed. For removing the sachet, please press the release buttons and open the lid.

  1. For cancelling the process press the stop-button.

Tip: If the welding seam is contaminated by liquid, pull out the sachet a bit, if required clean the sachet's opening and seal the sachet again. The sachet's opening may not be wet. This grants a save sealing of the sachet.

  • Before repeated sealing, the device has to cool off for approx. 20 seconds, to avoid overheating.
    After operation, turn of the device and unplug it.

Place the roll holder in the intended openings on the back of the vacuum sealer and clasp it on to the device.

  1. Place a foil roll in the roll holder.
  2. Unroll as much foil as you require for packaging of the desired ingredients, plus about 5 cm.
  3. Use the integrated cutter to cut the foil sachet from the roll. Take care to cut in a straight line.
  4. Open the vacuum sealer's lid.
  5. Place the open side of the piece of foil on the anchor points.
  6. Shut the lid.
  7. Close the lid and clasp it on the outer edges until it audibly snaps shut on both edges.
  8. Press the left button ("Seal only").
  9. The left indicator light will light up while the sachet's opening is being sealed.

  10. When the process is complete the indicator light goes out and the sachet can be removed. For

removing the sachet, press therelease buttons and open the lid.

The individually cut vacuum foil sachet can now be used to vacuum ingredients.

CABLE SPOOL

Beneath the device a cable spool is placed for storing of the connection cable.

REPLACEMENTSACHETS

Vacuum foil sachets with a one-sided nobs structure can be used. This nobs structure enables an optimal vacuuming process. The width may not be over 30 cm.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

The vacuum sealer should be cleaned after each use and dried as described. Insufficient and improper maintenance of the device may diminish the device's functionality.

  • Unplug the device before each cleaning.
  • Because of electrical security reasons the device may not be cleaned with liquids or even immersed in those.
  • If required, wipe the casing with a slightly moistened towel.
  • If residues have formed on the welding wire or the silicon lip, let the device cool down and carefully remove the residues.
