In order to guarantee your safety and that of others, please read the instructions carefully before using this appliance. Keep the instructions in a safe place for future reference. Keep all the packaging until you are sure the appliance works properly.

When using electrical appliances, it is important to follow a series of basic safety precautions, including the following:
- This vacuum cleaner is intended only for indoor use on dry surfaces.
- Before plugging it in or unplugging the appliance, ensure that the on/off switch is in the "off" position.
- Always unplug the vacuum cleaner before connecting or disconnecting the hose or any accessories.
- Young children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- This product is not intended for use by young children or persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, unless they are supervised or helped by a person responsible for their safety. Children should supervised to make sure that they never play with this vacuum cleaner.
- This vacuum cleaner should be used as described in this manual. Only the manufacturer's recommended accessories should be used.
- Do not use the vacuum cleaner if it has fallen, if it is damaged or faulty, if it has been left outdoors or if it has been immersed in water. Do not use this appliance with a damaged or faulty power cord or plug. - Avoid putting objects into the appliance's openings. Do not use the vacuum cleaner if an opening is blocked, and never restrict the airflow. Keep all openings free of dust, lint, hair or anything else that may reduce the airflow.

- Never use the appliance without the filters being installed.
- Take great care when using the vacuum cleaner on stairs.
- Ensure the area in which the appliance is used it well lit.
- Store the vacuum cleaner in a cool, dry place.
- Turn the vacuum cleaner off using the on/off button (I/O) before unplugging the appliance.
WARNING
Before assembling, opening or emptying the canister, or before connecting/disconnecting any accessories, always switch the vacuum cleaner off and disconnect it from the mains supply.
IMPORTANT
The vacuum cleaner's performance is improved by washing the filter. Ensure the filter is completely dry before refitting it to the vacuum cleaner.
This vacuum cleaner is intended for domestic use only and not designed for commercial or industrial purposes.
MOTOR THERMOSTAT
The motor is equipped with a protective thermostat. If, for whatever reason, the vacuum cleaner should overheat, the thermostat will automatically cut the power to the motor and turn the unit off. Should this occur, switch the vacuum cleaner off and unplug it from the mains supply. Remove the dust canister and empty it. Clean the filters. Allow the vacuum cleaner to cool down.
USING THE VACUUM CLEANER
How to use the floor brush:
In order to clean the floor, please use the floor brush in the following manner:
1. Insert the telescopic tube (2) into the wand (3).
2. Insert the floor brush (1) into the telescopic tube (2).
3. Insert the flexible hose (4) into the unit's hose connector (6).
4. To disconnect the flexible hose from the unit, press the wand release button (5) and pull the hose (4) out.

Blowing function
You can use the vacuum cleaner to blow out clean air to clean places that cannot be reached using the flexible hose.
- Insert the flexible hose (4) into the blowing function outlet (7) until it is firmly in position.
- To disconnect the flexible hose, pull it (4) out.


Canister dust indicator
When the dust indicator shows red continuously, the dust canister is full. You should empty the dust canister.
Warning: When the dust indicator shows red continuously, stop using the vacuum cleaner to avoid burning out the motor.
Upholstery brush and crevice nozzle
- Upholstery brush (8): Insert into the wand (3) and use for cleaning small areas such as seats, sofas, curtains, etc.
- Crevice nozzle (9): Insert into the wand (3) and use for cleaning narrow gaps, etc.
Adjusting the suction power
To select the level of suction, adjust the power set button (10).
The larger the gap, the higher the level of suction.
For optimum performance, we suggest you select the lowest suction setting for use with clean curtains, blinds or fabrics.


Filter maintenance
When a large quantity of dust has accumulated, it should be removed it in the following manner.

1. Remove the flexible hose from the connector.

2. Open the clips on either side of the vacuum cleaner housing and lift the upper part of the appliance to remove the canister.

3. Remove the lid from the canister in order to take out the filter. Be careful not to let the filter dust fall into the canister.

4. Dispose of the dust.

5. Place the filter back inside the canister in the correct position.

6. Replace the upper part of the vacuum cleaner and close the clips on either side of the canister.
Accessory storage space
The upholstery brush and crevice nozzle can be stored on the back of the unit. Slot these two attachments into their corresponding storage spaces to ensure they are always on hand.
Power cord storage hooks
Wind the power cord around the storage hooks.
Storage
The flexible hose, the telescopic tube and the crevice nozzle can be stored on the vacuum cleaner. This allows you to store everything in a clean and tidy manner.
Keeping the vacuum cleaner in optimum condition
To ensure good suction power, after the unit has been used, clean the filter following these steps:
- Switch the appliance off and unplug the cord from the mains supply before replacing the filter.
Take the filter. - Wash the filter with warm water. A neutral detergent may also be used. If detergent is used, rinse the filter thoroughly.
- Let the filter dry naturally.
WARNING:
- Do not wash the filter with boiling water or in a dishwasher.
- Never dry the filter above a fire or a hot surface.
- Using the vacuum cleaner when the filter is wet may result in damage to the motor.
IMPORTANT
- Never rinse the vacuum cleaner with water, since this may result in damage to the unit.
- Never use the vacuum cleaner to clean liquids or wet surfaces, since this may damage the unit.
- Never use the unit to pick up the following materials: water or other liquids, desiccants, large quantities of sand, broken glass or needles, since this may damage the unit.
- Never cover the ventilation slots, since this increase the risk of fire due to the build up of excess heat.
