General information

After unpacking the appliance, check that it is in perfect condition and has not sustained any damage that could impair its functional safety. Should you notice any defects or if the appliance has fallen on the floor, do not attempt to use it, but call our customer service.

Improper repairs can lead to hazards for the user and the warranty may be deemed void. If individual parts are damaged, they must be replaced by the manufacturer, an authorized specialist company, or a similarly qualified person.

Store the appliance out of the reach of children.

Children under the age of 8 should stay away from the device or be under constant supervision.

Children over the age of 8 and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental abilities, or a lack of experience and/or knowledge of the appliance, should only use it in its intended normal operating position, under supervision, or after they have been instructed in its safe use and understand the dangers involved. Electrical safety

This symbol warns of an electric shock that may be caused by a defective appliance or by improper handling. This product may only be opened for necessary service work by an authorised technician.
- Use the juicer for a maximum of 15 seconds at a time and 2 minutes in total to avoid overheating.
- Connect the appliance only to alternating current as indicated on the type plate. Connect the mains plug only to an earthed socket.
- Uncoil the power cable completely before use.
- Disconnect the mains plug as soon as you have finished using the citrus juicer. Do not pull the power cable itself, as it could cause damage.
- Switch off the machine before plugging in or unplugging it.
- The appliance must not be operated with an external timer or a separate remote control system.
- Always disconnect the mains plug after use, before cleaning, or in the event of possible malfunctions during operation.

Do not submerge the appliance in water or any other liquid. Protect the power cable and plug from moisture.

The appliance is not dishwasher-safe. Removable parts can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
- Never place or use the appliance and power cable on or near a hot surface.
- The cable must not hang over the edge of the work surface.
- Do not use the appliance outdoors.
- Ensure that the appliance's ventilation slots are not blocked at any time.
- Do not put your hand in the appliance while it is in operation.
- Never insert body parts or metallic objects into ventilation slots, there is a risk of injury.
Before first use
- Remove all parts related to packaging and transport safety. Make sure that these parts are also kept away from children - they pose a risk of suffocation!
- Before initial operation and after prolonged periods of non-use, the appliance should be cleaned. When doing so, please make sure to note our instructions on cleaning and care.
- Disconnect the citrus juicer's power plug in case of malfunction, after use, before cleaning, and before inserting or removing the reamer.
- Place the citrus juicer on a level and dry surface.
Using the automatic citrus juicer
- Plug the power plug into a socket.
- Open the lid of the citrus juicer by pulling the latch towards yourself and flipping open the lid.
- The juice bowl has a closing spout. If you want to collect the juice in the juice bowl, press the spout upwards to close it. If you want the juice to pour
into a glass, press the spout down to open it.
- Cut the citrus fruit in half.
- Place one half of the citrus fruit on the reamer with the side you cut open facing downwards.
- Close the lid until the latch snaps into place, and place a container under the spout if necessary.
- Turn the appliance on and press the "Auto Juice" button. The reamer is automatically pressed upwards, and later also moves down again automatically. If there are problems with the power supply, or if you press the power switch before the reamer has returned to its initial position, press the "Reset" button. The reamer then returns to its original position.
- The juice flows through the spout into your container.
- Turn the appliance off after the fruit has been squeezed out.
- If you want to squeeze fruit again some time later, you can hygienically close the machine between pressing using the lid.
Cleaning and care
The citrus juicer should be cleaned and dried after each use as follows. Lack of or improper care of the appliance can impair the functionality of the appliance.
- Always disconnect the power plug before cleaning.
- Do not use abrasive cleaning agents which can damage the surfaces.
- Use warm water with a maximum temperature of 60^
- Never immerse the motor head in water or hold it under running water. Now, wipe the motor head clean. Only use a soft - dry or damp - cloth.
- For easier cleaning after use, briefly rinse the accessories with water. The reamer can be removed by pulling it upwards perpendicular to the appliance. The holding cone in the lid and the juice bowl can also be removed.
- Clean the accessories, either thoroughly by hand or in the dishwasher. All removeable parts are dishwasher-safe.
- Store the automatic citrus juicer in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
Juicing tips
Drink citrus juices while they're still fresh. The juice should never be stored in metal containers.
- Citrus juices are ideal for mixing. To get an extra shot of vitamin C, you can mix orange juice with lemon juice, for example.
- Freshly squeezed juices not only taste great on their own, they also turn cocktails into real flavour experiences.
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice also pairs wonderfully with hot tea, while at the same time strengthening the immune system.
Trouble shooting
If the device does not work properly, please check the following steps:
