Safety Instructions

Read the operating instructions carefully before putting the appliance into operation and keep the instructions including the warranty, the receipt and, if possible, the box with the internal packing. If you give this appliance to other people, please also pass on the operating instructions.

• Use the appliance for private and its intended purpose only. The appliance is not intended for commercial use.
• Keep the appliance away from heat, direct sunlight and moisture.
• Do not immerse the appliance in water or other liquids.
• Switch the appliance off when changing accessories.
• Do not use the appliance with wet hands.
• For hygiene reasons, do not exchange this appliance with other people.
• Do not operate a damaged appliance.
• Do not repair the appliance by yourself. Please contact authorized personnel.
• Do only use original parts.
• Store the appliance out of the reach of children. Children may not play with the appliance.
• For the safety of your children, keep any packing parts (plastic bags, cartilage, Styrofoam etc.) out of their reach.

Handling of Batteries

Do not charge!

Do not short circuit!

Do not disassemble!

Danger of explosion! Do not expose batteries to intense heat, such as sunlight, fire or similar.

Insert correctly!

• Batteries can leak and lose battery acid. If the appliance is not used for long periods, remove the battery.
• Batteries are not to be disposed of together with domestic wastes. Dispose of the used batteries at the relevant collection bin or at your dealer's.

Inserting the Batteries (Batteries not Included)

1. Slide down the lower part of the housing.

NOTE:

In order to prevent water from entering the casing, a rubber seal is located beneath the battery cover. This rubber seal may be accidentally removed when opening the battery cover! Always check the correct fit of the seal!

1. Insert 2 batteries of the type AAA / R03, observing correct polarity. Refer to the markings in the battery compartment.
2. Close the battery compartment cover until it locks into place.

Attachments and their Function

Lady Shaver (1)

Removes hairs everywhere on the body. The shaving head exactly adapts to all parts of the body. Different than in the epilator mode, the hairs are not removed at the roots. Additionally, the lady shaver prevents shaving spots.

i NOTE: Lady Shaver attachment for long hair

Use the long hair attachment to trim the hair to a certain length.

• Pay attention to skin irregularities such as stem warts. These should not be touched with the long-hair cutter.
• Avoid the use of skin-irritating substances, such as alcohol-based deodorants, immediately after hair removal.

Attachment for Facial Cleansing (5)

For thorough deep cleaning:

Prevents dull complexion and skin impurities.

• Persons with sensitive skin might experience skin irritations/swelling. If necessary, test the appliance on another part of the body first, e.g. under your arm.
• Do not use the appliance in direct proximity of your eyes. The skin there is thinner and more sensitive.
• Do not press the attachment too firmly onto the skin, this may lead to injuries.

Precision Trimmer (4)

Style and trim hair on sensitive body sites such as face, bikini zone and armpits very precisely and gently.

NOTE: Precision trimmer attachment for long hair

• Use the long hair attachment to trim the hair to a certain length.

• You may choose 3 different cutting lengths. Note the guides in the attachment and at the precision trimmer.

• Shave in the armpit area and in the bikini area: The skin in this area is sensitive. Always tighten the skin with the other hand, to avoid injury.

• Pay attention to skin irregularities such as stem warts. These should not be touched with the long-hair cutter.

• Avoid the use of skin-irritating substances, such as alcohol-based deodorants, immediately after hair removal.

Using the Appliance

1. In order to change an attachment, switch off the appliance. "0" appears on the switch.
2. Loosen the attachment by twisting it counter clockwise and pulling it off. Put on a new attachment and tighten by twisting clockwise until it snaps into place.
3. Turn on the appliance.
4. Gently run the attachment past the treatment area.
5. In order to prevent injuries, check the progress of the treatment continuously at short intervals.
6. Turn off the appliance after use.

Cleaning

CAUTION:

• Do not immerse the appliance in water: the electronic components can be damaged.
• Do not use a wire brush or any abrasive items.
• Do not use any acidic or abrasive detergents.

• The shaving foil of the lady shaver may not be cleaned with the brush.

• Always switch off the appliance before cleaning. Remove the batteries.

• Clean the attachments in a mild soap solution. Rinse them with water afterwards.

Let the attachments dry completely before you put them back in place.

NOTE:

• To clean it more easily, you can remove the shaving head of the lady shaver.
  To remove the hairs, you can use the brush.

• Regularly apply 1 - 2 drops of acid-free oil to the shaving head and the long-hair cutter.

• Clean the appliance with a slightly moist cloth. Make sure that no humidity or waters seeps into the appliance!

• Dry the appliance well after cleaning with a dry and soft cloth.
• Use a disinfectant spray for hygienic cleaning.
