MANTENIMIENTO
Please read these instructions carefully before assembling and using the equipment. They contain important information for your safety and for the use and maintenance of the exercise equipment.
Keep the instructions safe for future reference and maintenance tasks as well as for ordering spare parts.

ATTENTION:
This equipment must only be used for its intended purpose, i.e. physical exercise for adults.
■ Any other use of the equipment is prohibited and may be dangerous. The manufacturer is not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse of the equipment.
■ Use the equipment on a solid level surface.
■ The equipment must have at least 2 m of free space around it.
■ The equipment is designed in accordance with the latest safety standards.
■ This equipment is designed for home use only, with a maximum user weight of 136kg.
- Incorrect repairs and/or structural modifications to the equipment (E.g.: Removal of parts or non-original replacement parts) may endanger the user's safety.
■ Damaged components may endanger your safety and/or reduce the useful life of the equipment.
For this reason, damaged parts must be replaced immediately and the equipment taken out of use until it is repaired. Use only original BH spare parts.
■ If the equipment is in regular use, check all components thoroughly every 1 or 2 months, paying particular attention to retightening nuts and bolts.
■ Before beginning your exercise program, consult your doctor to make sure that you can use your exercise equipment.
Base your exercise program on the advice given by your doctor or trainer. Incorrect or excessive exercise can damage your health. Work at the recommended exercise level, do not overexert yourself.
■ Pay close attention to the instructions given in the training manual.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.-
Take the components out of the box and make sure that you have all of the pieces, Fig. 1:
The loose pieces are highlighted in black.
1- Seat
2- Backrest
3- Spring retainer
4- Seat adjustment hole
5- Arm (2)
6- Elastic resistance band (3 per arm)
7- Swivel pulley (3 per arm)
8- Arm bracket
9- Foot plate
10- Handgrip
11- Ankle strap

14- Red elastic resistance band (x3)
15-2 set of pulleys (x3)
16- Arm leg connection plate
ASSEMBLY.-
FITTING THE ARMS
The X-Forte bench is supplied almost fully assembled, it is only necessary to fit a bank of elastic resistance bands.
- To unfold the unit, follow steps 1-5.

- Secure the arm using the two bolts, along with their washers, and the Allen key supplied. (Fig. 2, 3)

To unfold the unit, follow steps 1-5 given in the previous section.
First, take the round tube with smaller foam pad and insert it into one of the three hole positions on the longer leg support tube (13). Then fit the smaller foam pad onto the other side of the round tube. Now carry out the same procedure for the round tube with the larger top foam pads for the leg support (13), inserting it into the smaller support.
Next, take the two leg support tubes with the foam pads and connect them by lining up the holes and inserting the lock pin so that the hook on the longer tube, marked with an arrow, faces outward.

The hook is used to connect the ring of one or more of the three red elastic resistance bands.
UNFOLDING THE UNIT.-
To unfold the unit, first place it on a flat surface (Fig 1) and remove the cover (12) (Fig 2). Use one hand to take the unit by the handle (Fig 3) and use the other hand to open it on the side that has the wheels (armless support) (Fig 5). Adjust the position of the seat (Fig 6)

Place the foot plate (9) with the lip facing upward, hook it into the slot on the front lower support tube. Lower the plate onto the floor. Make sure the plate is held correctly.

Important: Make sure that your feet are placed squarely on the plate when doing standing exercises. Do not step off the plate during the exercise or when you are attaching or removing the rings.

The position of the seat and backrest can be adjusted depending on the type of exercise. The positions for the backrest are marked with the letters A-E, whereas the seat has the numbers 1-5.

Technical diagram of a mechanical device with numbered components and directional arrows indicating motion or force directions.To change the position of the seat/backrest place one hand below the seat/backrest (Fig a) and use the other hand to press the spring (3) inward (Fig b), raise or lower to seat/backrest to the desired position and release the spring (3).
Make sure that the locating pins for the spring are inserted correctly into the holes on the support tube (Fig c).

Each arm has 3 elastic resistance bands.
Grey band – low level
Black band – medium level
Red band – high level
Each band has a ring which is used to hook onto the handgrip (10) or ankle strap (11). The handgrip/ankle strap can be hooked onto one or more of the three rings, helping to change the exertion level of the exercise.

Place the metal hook onto the ring of the handgrip. Then hook it onto the ring of one or more of the three resistance bands for the arm (Fig 1a)
After connecting the handgrip to the rings, it is advisable to position them above the arms to make it easier to start the exercise (Fig 1b)
Important: Connect the same resistance bands for both arms (Fig 1c).

Place the metal hook onto the ring of the ankle strap. Now place the ankle strap around the ankle and fasten it securely (Fig 1, 2).
Hook the ankle strap onto one or more of the three resistance bands (Fig 3).

The headrest (12) is used to support your head during exercises that are done lying face up. Fit the headrest by pulling the lock pin located at the back of the backrest (2) and insert it into the location tube, adjust it to one of the three available positions to suit your needs.
Important: Check that the lock pin is fixed securely before beginning any exercises.

- Remove the foot plate (9), the leg extension (13) and the headrest (12).
- Place the seat (1) and the backrest (2) into position 1A.
- Pull the handle upward bringing the support feet in.
Important: Leave a space between the support feet to ensure better stability.

MAINTENANCE
Check and tighten all the parts on your unit every three months. If you are unsure about the condition of any part, we recommend that you replace it with original spare parts. The use of other spare parts may cause injuries or affect the performance of the machine.
