Frequently Asked Questions - S300 BH FITNESS

How do I fold/unfold the S300 treadmill?
To fold the treadmill, remove the safety key and unplug the machine. Hold the deck firmly and lift it until it clicks into the locked position. To unfold, gently release the lock with your foot and lower the deck. Always ensure the deck is fully locked before use.
What is the maximum user weight for the S300?
The maximum user weight is 130 kg (286 lbs). Exceeding this limit could damage the treadmill and compromise safety.
How do I calibrate the heart rate monitor?
The heart rate monitor uses hand grip sensors or a compatible chest strap. For accurate readings, hold the grips with both hands and wait 5-10 seconds. If you use a chest strap, ensure it is tight against your skin and paired with the console according to the manual.
Which lubricant should I use for the running belt, and how often?
Use a silicone-based treadmill lubricant. Apply it every 3 months or after 300 km of use. Lightly lift the belt and spray the lubricant on the underside, then run the treadmill for 5 minutes to spread it evenly.
How can I reset the treadmill computer?
To reset the computer, unplug the treadmill for 30 seconds, then plug it back in. Alternatively, some models have a 'Reset' option in the settings menu. Consult your manual for the exact procedure if the issue persists.
Is the treadmill compatible with a chest strap?
Yes, the S300 is compatible with a heart rate chest strap that supports Bluetooth or 5.3 kHz transmission. Pair the strap with the console before starting a session to receive real-time heart rate data.
What should I do if the treadmill starts to slip?
Slipping usually means the belt is too loose. Turn off the treadmill, loosen the rear roller bolts, and adjust the belt tension by turning the screws evenly. If the belt still slips, check for wear and consider replacing it.
How do I adjust the treadmill's incline and speed?
Use the speed and incline buttons on the console. Press the '+' or '-' keys to change values gradually. You can also select a preset program that automatically adjusts these parameters during your workout.
What are the safety precautions before first use?
Before starting, consult your physician if you have health issues. Attach the safety key to your clothing, step on the belt only after the treadmill begins moving, and keep the area clear of obstacles. Never let children use the machine unattended.
How can I clean and maintain the treadmill?
Clean the console and frame with a soft damp cloth after each use. Vacuum under the treadmill weekly to remove dust. Check belt alignment and tension monthly. Apply silicone lubricant as described in the manual. Avoid using harsh chemicals.
