Preparing fruit and vegetables
Warning!
Process ripe and unfrozen fruit and vegetables only. Unripe fruit and vegetables will block the filter very quickly.
- First, wash the fruit and vegetables.
- Remove stones from fruit. Remove large stalks.
- Chop up large fruit and vegetables so that they fit the filling shaft.
- Process only fresh fruit and vegetables because they are juicier.
- Peel fruit beforehand if it has thick and hard peel, e.g. pineapples, melons, oranges, grapefruits and raw beetroot. Remove the white skin from citrus fruits as it has a bitter aftertaste.
- The consistency of apple juice depends on the kind of apple used. The juicier the apple, the thinner the juice. Add a few drops of lemon juice to the apple juice to delay the juice from turning brown. Leaves and stems (e.g. stalks from leaf salad) can also be processed in this juicer.
- If possible, drink juice as soon as it has been prepared. Juices lose their flavour and nutritional value if they are exposed to the air for a while.
- Starchy fruits (e.g. bananas, papayas, avocados, figs and mangos) are not suitable for juicing in this appliance.
Extracting juice
- Place the assembled appliance on a smooth, clean worktop.
- Pull power cord out of the cord store or push into the cord store (1.) to the required length and engage (2.).
- Insert the mains plug.
- Switch on the appliance.
Setting 1 is particularly suitable for soft fruit/vegetables, e.g. water melons, grapes, tomatoes, cucumbers and raspberries.
Setting 2 is suitable for all kinds of fruit and vegetables.
Do not use the appliance for more than 10 minutes for all kinds of fruit and vegetables e.g. carrots, cucumbers, apples and pears.
If processing fairly large quantities, never use the appliance for longer than 40 seconds.
Then switch off the appliance.
Leave the appliance to cool down.
When the motor is running, put fruit/vegetables in the filling shaft.
- Only use the pusher when adding more ingredients. Never insert fingers into the filling shaft!
Apply only light pressure to the pusher.
This increases juice yield and protects the appliance.
- Switch off the appliance. Move the switch to 0/off.
Do not switch off the appliance until all the juice has run out.
Warning!
Before opening the appliance, wait until the motor has stopped.

Important information
- Empty the pulp container before the pulp reaches the edge of the filter tray.
- If the appliance vibrates during the juicing process, the filter is blocked or damaged. Switch off the appliance immediately.
Check the filter. No longer use a damaged filter!

Leafy greens (e.g., celery stalks) can also be processed in the juicer. The juice should be consumed as soon as possible after preparation, before it loses its flavor and nutritional value. The juicer is not suitable for processing very hard, fibrous, or starchy fruits and vegetables (e.g., sugar cane, bananas, papaya, avocado, figs, and mango).
Juice extraction
- Place the appliance on a stable, level surface. Plug the power cord into an outlet. Turn on the appliance. Speed 1 is for softer fruits/vegetables, e.g., watermelon, grapes, tomatoes, cucumbers, and raspberries. Speed 2 is for all types of fruits and vegetables. The processing time is 10 minutes for all types of fruits and vegetables, e.g., carrots, cucumbers, apples, and pears. During processing of large quantities, never exceed 40 seconds of continuous operation. After use, turn off the appliance. Wait for the appliance to cool down. Do not overload the hopper during operation. Use the pusher to guide the products. Never put your fingers into the hopper! Press the pusher gently. Assembly
Insert the strainer insert into the motor block. Insert the strainer into the insert. First check it for damage! - Attach the container for pulp to the motor block. Close the juicer with the lid. Insert the locks into the holes in the lid (1.) and press them down so that they lock into place (2.). - Place the container with the spout for collecting juice under the juice spout.
- If you prefer juice with foam, the foam separator should be removed from the juice container.
- To avoid splashing juice, close the container for collecting juice with the lid.
Insert the vegetables into the loading tube. Use the pusher only as intended!
Preparing fruits and vegetables
Attention!
Only ripe, non-frozen fruits and vegetables can be processed. Unripe fruits are very quickly clogged with juice.
Fruits and vegetables should first be washed. - Fruits with pits should be pitted. Remove large stems. Larger fruits and vegetables should be chopped so that they fit through the loading tube. - It is recommended to process only fresh fruits and vegetables. - Fruits and vegetables with thick or hard skins (such as pineapples, melons, apples, red beets) should be peeled before processing. For citrus fruits, the white pith layer under the skin should also be removed! The consistency of the puree depends on the variety of apples used. The juicier the apples, the more watery the juice obtained from them. To prevent apple juice from darkening too quickly, a few drops of lemon juice can be added. In this juicer, you can also process leaves and stems (e.g., stems of leafy salads). - After juicing, the juice should be drunk as soon as possible, as it quickly loses its taste and nutritional value. - This juicer is not suitable for processing very hard, fibrous vegetables and fruits, as well as fruits containing starch (such as sugar cane, bananas, papaya, avocado, figs, and mangoes).
Making juice
- Place the assembled juicer on a flat, stable work surface.
- Pull the power cord out of its storage compartment to the required length. Insert the plug into the socket.
Turn on the juicer. On the first speed, it is best to process soft fruits and vegetables such as melons, grapes, tomatoes, and berries.
The second speed is suitable for processing harder varieties of fruits and vegetables.
The continuous operating time of the appliance is 10 minutes for all types of fruits and vegetables, e.g., carrots, cucumbers, apples, and pears.
When processing large quantities of fruits or vegetables, the juicer should be switched on each time for no longer than 40 seconds. After that, the juicer should be switched off. Then let the juicer rest.
- While the motor is running, place the fruits/vegetables into the loading tube. To push the fruits and vegetables, use only the pusher. Never put your fingers into the loading tube! The pusher should only be pressed lightly.
This allows you to get more juice and protects the juicer from overload.
Turn off the juicer. Set the switch to the <0/off> position.
The juicer can only be switched off after all the juice has flowed out.
Attention!
Before opening the juicer, you must wait for the motor to stop completely.

Important information
The pulp container should be emptied before the pulp level reaches the rim of the strainer. If the juicer starts to vibrate, it means the strainer is clogged or damaged. Switch off the juicer immediately. Check the condition of the strainer. Do not use the juicer with a damaged strainer.
