CONNECTION TO THE MAINS
The appliance should only be connected to a grounded power outlet installed according to regulations.
SAFETY INFORMATION
- The plug on the appliance must be connectable to the power outlet. The plug should not be modified in any way. Do not use adaptors with appliances that have protective grounding. Plugs that have not been modified reduce the risk of electric shock.
- We recommend using the appliance only with a plug protected by a circuit breaker. Consult an electrician if necessary.
- Never touch the plug with wet hands.
- Always disconnect the appliance by unplugging it from the socket. Never pull the power cord.
- A faulty connection cable may only be replaced with a cable with identical connection values.
- Make sure that the cable is not a tripping hazard. The cable must not be bent, squeezed or pinched.
- Do not use an extension lead.
- Precaution: Keep packaging materials away from children, as they may be a source of danger, e.g. suffocation.
- To avoid electric shock, do not immerse the appliance in water or clean it with water.
- This product is not intended for use by children or other persons without assistance or supervision if their physical, sensory or mental condition hinders its safe use. - Children should not carry out any cleaning or maintenance on the steam cleaner unless supervised by an adult.
- Use the steam cleaner as described in this manual. Only use accessories recommended by the manufacturer.

- The cleaner includes a thermostat to protect against overheating.
- The accessories become hot during use; allow them to cool down before handling them.
- Never unscrew the safety cap of the tank while using the appliance. The tank is subjected to high pressure.
- The appliance must not be inclined at more than 45° during operation.
- Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.
- Use the appliance only in containers or tanks that are not filled with water or any other liquid.

Empty the water tank when the appliance is not in use.

Never fill the tank with any liquid other than water. Never add additives (such as perfumes, stain removers or alcohol-based products) as these could damage the appliance or make it dangerous to use.
- Before adding water, always unplug the appliance and let it cool down completely.
- Do not overfill the tank. Use the measuring jar and funnel included in the box with the appliance.
- Check that the water tank's closure cap has been screwed down fully before use.
- Carry the appliance only by the carry handle provided for this purpose.
- Do not touch any hot area on the appliance. It is normal for the cleaner to become hot during use.
- A little water may occasionally drip from the nozzle. This is perfectly normal and is due to condensation.
- The force and heat of the steam may have an adverse effect on some materials. Always check that a surface is suitable to be treated with the cleaner by first testing on a hidden area.
- If you give the cleaner to another person, always include these instructions for use with it.
- Only use the original accessories supplied with the cleaner.
- To avoid risk, never carry out repairs yourself. Contact the customer service centre and send the appliance to be repaired by an authorised technical service or by qualified technicians who use original spare parts.
- Before cleaning the product or carrying out any maintenance on it, always unplug the cleaner and wait for it to cool down completely.
SPECIAL GROUPS OF PEOPLE
- Exercise caution when using the appliance in the presence of children or the disabled.
- Never leave the steam cleaner unattended, especially if there are children or disabled persons in the same room.

UNPACKING THE APPLIANCE
Unpack the steam cleaner and all the accessories. Check that the content is complete. If possible, keep the box and inner packaging to protect the cleaner during transportation or if it needs to be returned in the case of making a warranty claim. Correctly dispose of any packaging material that is not needed. Contact your distributor immediately if, when unpacking the cleaner, you notice any damage caused during transport. The cleaner must not be used under any circumstances if it has suffered any kind of damage.
Warning: Keep the packaging material out of the reach of children. There is a risk of suffocation.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Before using the steam cleaner, attach the steam hose to it and then the desired accessory.
- Place the steam cleaner on a table. Unscrew the tank cap (Fig.1): To do this, first apply downward pressure to the cap, turning it to the left at the same time. Use the measuring jug provided for filling the tank with water.
- Use the measuring jug to fill the tank with water (maximum 350 ml), pressing the cap downwards and then twisting it to the right (Fig. 2 and 3)
- The amount of water should not exceed 320 ml; there would not be much steam otherwise.
- Screw the cap on tightly so the steam does not come out the bottom part.

1 2ATTACHING AND USING ACCESSORIES
- Attaching the straight nozzle (6) and the hose (3): attach the straight nozzle to the steam outlet at the front of the appliance, aligning the arrow on the nozzle with the line on the steam outlet. To do this, turn the nozzle 90° to the right and secure it to the appliance. Turn the nozzle 90° to the left when you want to detach it from the appliance. The hose is detached in the same way as the nozzle: turn it 90° to the left and pull it.
- Using the accessory for glass (7): attach the nozzle and cover it with the cloth for the fabric accessory (8). Use it on textiles, curtains, fabric sofas, for ironing and steaming out fine wrinkles.
- Use the straight nozzle (6) for: cleaning shelves, bathtubs, kitchens, etc. Remove the dirt with a cloth or warm water.
- Use the hose (3) for: narrow or awkward areas. Use it with the other accessories. During the first few moments, a little bit of water may come out as the tube is long; this is a normal occurrence.
Warning: The hose becomes very hot during use; please hold it at the end. - The steam cleaner can be used for cleaning without the accessories or can be fitted to other nozzles: place it at the opening of the nozzle and turn it 90° to the right to lock it in place.
- Use the round nylon brush (5) for: gas cookers, bathroom accessories, very dirty floor areas, work surfaces, kitchen utensils, windows and mirrors.
- Use the glass accessory (7) for: glass surfaces, glass doors, mirrors, floor tiles, wall tiles and stainless steel objects.
FILLING THE WATER TANK
Switch off the steam cleaner and unplug it. The steam cleaner should always be unplugged when adding water. Unscrew the tank cap, pressing it downwards and turning it in an anti-clockwise direction at the same time. Use the funnel and the measuring jug provided for adding water. Max. water capacity 350 ml.
Add only pure water, with no kind of additive, such as perfumes, cleaning agents, alcohol, etc., as they could damage the machine or make it dangerous to use. If the water is very hard (more than 2.5 mmol/l or 21° dH), we recommend that you use distilled water to avoid the formation of limescale.
Otherwise, boil the water first to extend the life of the cleaner.
Caution: Do not exceed the maximum amount when filling the tank. (350ml).
Screw the cap on firmly, turning it clockwise whilst applying pressure.
Tip: The heating time is less if you add warm water.
STORAGE
- Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool down.
- Be careful. The surface of the cap is hot: do not touch it until it has cooled.
- Do not open the cap until all the steam has come out.
- Empty the water tank to avoid sediment build-up, dry the outside of the appliance and then replace the cap.
Warning:
Do not force the cap open when there is still pressurised steam in the boiler!
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Use only the original accessories supplied with the appliance.
- To avoid risk, do not carry out repairs yourself. For any repair work, contact your authorised technical service and have it repaired by qualified experts who use original spare parts.
- Always switch off and unplug the appliance before cleaning or maintenance.
- To clean the appliance, wipe the body with a damp cloth.
- Do not use abrasive cleaning products or alcohol, as they could damage the body.
- We recommend that you rinse the tank after every 5 fills at the most, if the water hardness is more than 1.8 mmol/l (10° dH). You can obtain information about water hardness from your water supply company.
- To clean the appliance, we recommended that you fill the tank with water and shake it vigorously. This will remove any residue stuck on the bottom of the steam cleaner. Then, empty the water and let the tank dry fully before closing it.
- To prolong the life of your steam cleaner, use a limescale remover to clean the water tank approximately every 6 months. Put an anti-limescale tablet, or two at the most, into a litre of warm water (50°C) and fill the water tank with it. Let the solution act for around 30 minutes and then empty the water with the dissolved solids. Repeat the process if necessary and then rinse the tank with clean water.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Discarded electrical products should not be thrown out with household waste. You should take this appliance to your local recycling centre for safe disposal.
