IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS. READ CAREFULLY AND KEEP FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
- This product shall not be used by children. Keep the product and its cord out of reach of children.
- This product can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the product in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
Children shall not play with the product. - A damaged power cord may only be replaced by the authorised service agent in order to avoid hazards.
- The product is not suitable for continuous operation. Do not operate the product continuously longer than 1 minute. Let the product cool down before next use.
- Always disconnect the product from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
- Switch off the product and disconnect from supply before changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.
- Use the product only for its intended purpose and with recommended accessories and components. Improper use or wrong operation may lead to hazards.
- Care shall be taken when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying the bowl and during cleaning.
- The product is designed for the preparation of normal household quantities in the home, or in household-like, non-commercial environments. Household-like environments include staff kitchens in shops, offices, agricultural and other small businesses or for use by guests at bed-and-breakfast establishments, small hotels and similar residential facilities.
- Clean the product and all other accessories after each use.
- Follow the instructions in the chapter Cleaning and care.

- Read this user manual thoroughly before first use and pass it on with the product. Pay attention to the warnings on the product and in this user manual. It contains important information for your safety as well as for the use and maintenance of the equipment.
- Never leave the product unsupervised while it is switched on.
- Do not place heavy objects on top of the product.
- Never immerse electrical parts of the product in water during cleaning or operation. Never hold the product under running water.
- Do not under any circumstances attempt (e.g. damage in power cord, product is dropped, etc.) to repair the product yourself. For servicing and repairs, please consult an authorised service agent.
- The mains voltage must match the information on the rating label of the product.
- Only unplug from the power socket can separate the product completely from the mains. Please be sure that the power plug is in operable condition.
- Avoid damages to the power cord that may be caused by kinks or contact with sharp corners.
- Keep this product including power cord and power plug away from all heat sources like for example, ovens, hot plates and other heat-producing products/objects.
- Only unplug from the power socket by the plug itself. Do not pull on the cord.

Never pour boiling liquids or very hot food products into the blender! Allow them to cool down to a lukewarm temperature.
- Never operate the product when it is empty.
- Do not hold on to the inside of the blender during operation. The blades are extremely sharp!
- Do not open the lid when the product is in operation. Otherwise food products may fly off at high speed!
- Never insert any cutlery or stirring objects into the blender while the product is in operation. There will be a considerable risk of injury if you touch any very fast rotating blades!
- Do not allow the product to operate unsupervised.
- Make sure that the motor unit and supply cord do not become wet.
INTENDED USE
This product is suitable for simple mixing of liquid and solid foods only. Any other use may result in damage to product or injuries.

BEFORE FIRST TIME USE
After unpacking, please refer to chapter Cleaning and care.
USING THE BLENDER

Remove the lid.

Fill the blender jar.

Put the lid on until it locks into position.
Caution: Never use this product to mix with hot oil or fat.

Place the ready filled and locked blender jar onto the motor unit. Turn the blender jar until it is latched onto the motor unit.
Built-in safety interlock
This feature ensures that you can only switch on the product if you have correctly assemble the blender on the motor unit. If the blender is assembled correctly, the built-in safety lock is unlocked.

Connect the power plug to a suitable power outlet.

Choose from one of the speed settings.

Do not operate the product continuously longer than 1 minute. Let the product cool down before next use.

FILLING DURING OPERATION
Turn the filling cap anti-clockwise and remove it.
9 Fill with ingredients.
10 Re-insert the filling cap into the lid opening section and turn it clockwise. Caution: Never use this product to mix with hot oil or fat.
11 Turn the control knob to 0 and remove the blender jar from the motor block.
12 Open the lid and pour out the content.
TIPS FOR USE
- To achieve the best results for pureeing solid ingredients, only insert these into the blender in small portions rather than filling a large amount at once.
If you are working with solid ingredients, cut these into small pieces (2-3 cm). - Start with a small amount of liquid when blending liquid ingredients. Then gradually add more liquid through the lid opening section.
You can stabilise the product correctly if you place your hand on top of the locked blender. - It may be useful to use the pulse mode when blending any solid or very thick food products, as this will prevent the cutting blade from becoming clogged.
CLEANING AND CARE
- Warning! Never immerse any electrical parts of the product in water or in other liquids during cleaning. Never place it under running water.
- When cleaning, never use petrol or solvents, and do not use any abrasive cleaners or cleaning aids.
- Always clean the jar after each operation, first fill the jar half with warm water and operate at the pulse setting for several times.
13 Set the switch to position "0", unplug the power cable from the wall socket.
14 Clean the blender with a long-handled cleaning brush so that you do not injure yourself on the cutting blade. Warning! The cutting blade is very sharp.
15 Clean the lid and blender jar under hot running water with a damp sponge and mild dishwashing detergent. Dry all of the pieces completely before using again. Note: Detachable parts are dishwasher safe.
16 Clean the product's exterior surfaces with a slightly damp cloth and then dry them thoroughly. Make sure that no water enters the product interior (for example, through the switch).
