How to charge the Artica Patrol headset?

Connect the supplied USB cable to a computer's USB port and to the headset's charging port. The red light turns on during charging and turns blue when the battery is full. The charging time is approximately 2 hours.

How to turn the headset on and off?

To turn on, press the Power button for 3 to 5 seconds until the blue light flashes. To turn off, press for 5 to 6 seconds until the light stays on then turns off.

How to pair the headset with a mobile phone?

Ensure the headset is off. Press and hold the multi-function button for 6 to 7 seconds until the red and blue lights flash alternately. Enable Bluetooth on your phone and select NGS ARTICA PATROL from the list of devices.

What is the battery life?

The battery life of the Artica Patrol headset is approximately 5 hours in Bluetooth use.

What to do if pairing fails?

Turn off the headset, then repeat the pairing procedure. Make sure the headset and phone are within 1 meter of each other and that the phone's Bluetooth is enabled.

Can I use the headset in wired mode?

Yes, the headset has a 3.5 mm jack input for wired use with non-Bluetooth devices. Simply plug the audio cable into the designated port.

How to clean the headset?

Use a soft, dry cloth. Avoid liquids and do not clean the headset under water. Make sure to close the charging cover properly to prevent moisture ingress.

What is the Bluetooth range of the headset?

The Bluetooth range is approximately 10 meters in open space without major obstacles.

How to know if the battery is fully charged?

When the light changes from red to solid blue, the battery is full. The blue light flashes once every 8 seconds when the headset is connected via Bluetooth.

What to do in case of headset malfunction?

Welcome to use these Bluetooth stereo earphones, Artica Patrol. Please read this user's manual carefully before using it.

Before you use these Bluetooth earphones, please charge the battery of Artica Patrol fully.

USB cable charger

1. Plug USB cable into USB port of PC.
2. Plug another side of USB cable into charging port of the earphones.
   RED light on → Charging
   BLUE light on → Finish charging
3. It will take about two hours to finish charging.

Note: Close the charger port correctly to prevent potentially damaging liquids from entering the system.

1. The battery is recyclable.
2. Do not dispose of the battery in fire, as it may cause explosion.

PAIRING EARPHONES WITH BLUETOOTH DEVICES

• Please keep the headset and mobile phone within 1 meter when pairing.
  • Make the headsets enter pairing mode.

Make sure the earphones are turned off, if not, please turn it off first. Press multifunction button about 6–7 seconds, and release it till blue light and red light blink alternately.

• Activate your mobile phone's Bluetooth function and search Bluetooth devices within available range, and select "NGS ARTICA PATROL" from the list of devices shown after search.
  • After connect successfully, the blue light on the earphones flashes once every 8 seconds.

Note:

• If the pairing is not successful, please switch off headset firstly, and then re-pair according mentioned above.
• After pairing is successful, the headset and the mobile phone will remember each other, they will no need to repair next time.
• If you want to pair the headset with other devices, please pair it with the new device according mentioned above.

Limited warranty. Battery warranty. The battery is a consumer product, and as such it is under warranty for 12 months.
