Please read these instructions carefully before using the appliance.
Important: People (including children) who are not able to use the appliance in a safe way, due to their physical, sensorial or mental capacity or their lack of experience or knowledge, must never use the appliance except if they are supervised by a person responsible for their safety or if they previously received instructions concerning the safe use of the appliance. Close supervision is necessary to prevent children from using the appliance as a toy.
Check that your mains voltage corresponds to that stated on the appliance.
Never leave the appliance unsupervised when in use.
From time to time check the cord for damages. Never use the appliance if cord or appliance shows any signs of damage. Should the cord be damaged, it must be replaced by a competent qualified electrician (1). All repairs should be made by a competent qualified electrician (1).
Only use the appliance for domestic purposes and in the way indicated in these instructions.
Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid for any reason whatsoever. Never place it into the dishwasher.
Never use the appliance near hot surfaces.
Always unplug the appliance from the power supply when it is not in use, especially if you leave the appliance unsupervised or if you assemble or disassemble it, before cleaning it or when you empty the jug.
Never use the appliance outside and always place it in a dry environment.
Never use accessories that are not recommended by the producer. They could constitute a danger to the user and risk to damage the appliance.
Never move the appliance by pulling the cord. Make sure the cord cannot get caught in any way in order to avoid the appliance's fall.
Only use this appliance for cooking purposes.
This kind of appliance cannot function continuously; it is not a professional type of appliance. It is necessary to make temporary stops. Check the section « Important information » in the instruction manual.
It is absolutely necessary to keep this appliance clean at all times as it comes into direct contact with food. Check the section « Cleaning » in the instruction manual.
Attention, the blades of the stick attachment or the one of the chopper are very sharp, pay attention not to get cut when manipulating them (cleaning or change of the accessories).
Make sure the accessory is solidly and correctly tightened at the motor bloc before starting the appliance.
Make sure your hands and/or any kind of utensil stay clear of the recipient when the appliance is in use in order to avoid serious injuries. Never touch the accessories when the appliance is in use. Furthermore, never try to stop the movement of the blade in any way whatsoever. Unplug the appliance.
When mixing warm liquid, be particularly careful as a projection of warm liquid could cause serious burns.
The appliance is designed for the preparation of small quantities of food that have to be consumed rather quickly. It is not designed for the preparation of large quantities at once.
The chopper is designed to be used exclusively in its delivery state (bowl, lid and blades in good state) because it gives all the needed securities. Do not try to substitute one of those pieces by another one and if you have to replace one, contact your customer service.
(*) Competent qualified electrician: customer service of the producer or importer or any person who is qualified, approved and competent to perform this kind of repairs in order to avoid all danger. In any case you should return the appliance to this electrician.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
This appliance is not for professional use. You should follow the requested breaks. Failure to follow this instruction carefully may result in damage to the motor. Please refer to the rating label for the maximum continuous usage time (KB xx min where xx is the maximum usage time). The breaks should last at least 10 minutes.
WALL-MOUNTING BRACKET
To make the storage easier, your appliance is delivered with a wall-mounting bracket that you can fix directly onto the wall thanks to the screws and raw plugs provided. Therefore measure the space between the three notches on the backside of the mount and then make a hole in the wall at the desired height and slide the raw plugs. Place the mount facing the holes, the screws in the raw plugs and screw until there is the as least as possible play between the screw heads and the mount.
MOUNTING THE MIXER STAND
Attach the mixer stand on the wall stand. The stand mixer fits together in the three notches situated on the upper right part of the wall stand. To do so, put the upper notch first and then pivot the stand to fit together to the remaining notches.
SPEED SETTINGS
Depending on the accessory you are using, we recommend you to use the following speed setting.
STICK ATTACHMENT: speeds MIN to MAX
WHISK: speeds do not use speed MAX
CHOPPER: speeds MIN to MAX
Variable speeds: place the speed switch on the speed setting you want and then press on the switch.
USE OF THE STICK ATTACHMENT
With this accessory you can mix food as for example vegetables to prepare soups but also to mix liquids. It only has to be used in a vertical position with blades facing downwards.
- Make sure the appliance is unplugged from the power supply.
- Insert the stick attachment in the opening so that the black arrow on the stick attachment faces the white arrow on the appliance itself. Turn the stick attachment from a quarter of revolution counterclockwise until both black arrows face each other. Check the locking by pulling gently on the stick attachment.
- To disassemble the stick attachment, proceed inversely.
- Attention, the blades of the stick attachment are very sharp, pay attention not to get cut when cleaning them.

USE OF THE WHISK
With this accessory you can beat and mix in small containers.
In order to assemble the whisk, you have to assemble its setting ring on the appliance first.
- Make sure the appliance is unplugged from the power supply.
- Insert the setting ring in the opening so that the black arrow on the stick attachment faces the white arrow on the appliance. Turn the ring from a quarter of revolution counterclockwise until both black arrows face each other. Check the locking by pulling on it lightly.
To assemble the whisk you only have to insert it on its ring until you hear a click and to check its locking.
To disassemble, proceed inversely.
USE OF THE CHOPPER
With this accessory you can chop condiments, dried fruits or meat. To chop meat, it is recommended to cut it into small pieces first.
- Make sure the appliance is unplugged from the power supply.
- Beforehand place the blade in the container.
- Place the antisliding disk under the container.
- Insert the motor block in the opening of the lid so that both shafts, the white one on the appliance and the other black one on its lid are facing each other. Turn the chopper from a quarter of revolution counterclockwise until both black arrows are facing each other. Check the locking by pulling on it lightly.
- Place the lid on the container respecting the positioning of its openings-out. Turn it counterclockwise until it clicks. Check the locking by pulling on it lightly.
- Do not forget to remove the other accessories from the appliance.
It is necessary to hold the appliance by its handle when in use by placing it on an even surface and using the antisliding disk previously mounted on the appliance.
To remove the chopper, proceed inversely.
- Attention, the blades of the chopper are very sharp, pay attention not to get cut when cleaning it.
CLEANING
Always unplug the appliance from the power supply before cleaning it or before removing an accessory.
- Remove the accessories before washing them in soap water. Do not use scouring pads for the plastic materials. Rinse with clear water and let dry before each new use. Do not place them in the dishwasher.
- Wipe the outside with only a slightly moistened cloth.
Do not clean with any abrasive scouring pad or steel wool, as this will damage the finish.
- Do not immerse the motor bloc in water or any other liquid.

The user has the right to bring it to a municipal collection point performing waste recovery by means of reuse, recycling or use for other applications in accordance with the directive.
