Please read these instructions carefully before using the appliance.
Check that your mains voltage corresponds to that stated on the rating plate of the appliance before using it.
Never leave the appliance unsupervised when in use. Keep out of reach of children or incompetent persons.
From time to time check the cord for damages. Never use the appliance if cord or appliance shows any signs of damage. All repairs should be made by a competent qualified electrician. Should the cord be damaged, it must be replaced by a competent qualified electrician.
Only use the appliance for domestic purposes and in the way indicated in these instructions.
Never immerse the electric part of your appliance in water or any other liquid for any reason whatsoever. Never place it into the dishwasher.
Never use the appliance near hot surfaces.
Never use the appliance outside and always place it in a dry environment.
Never use accessories that are not recommended by the producer. They could constitute a danger to the user and risk to damage the appliance.
Never move the appliance by pulling the cord. Make sure the cord cannot get caught in any way.
Make sure to stand the appliance on a flat surface.
Always unplug the appliance from the power supply, when not in use and especially when you clean it, remove accessories or when you empty the jug.
Only use this appliance for cooking purposes.
It is absolutely necessary to keep this appliance clean at all times as it comes into direct contact with food.
Make sure the motor block is correctly placed on the jug before starting the appliance.
Pay attention not to get injured, as the blade is very sharp.
The appliance is designed for the preparation of small quantities of food, which have to be consumed rather quickly. It is not designed for the preparation of large quantities at once.
Caution: your appliance has a security device that avoids excessive starting. Do not try to overrule this device, as it could be very dangerous for you.

Competent qualified electrician: after sales department of the producer or importer or any person who is qualified, approved and competent to perform this kind of repairs in order to avoid all danger. In any case you should return the appliance to this electrician.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

This appliance is not for professional use. You should follow the requested breaks. Failure to follow this instruction carefully may result in damage to the motor. Please refer to the rating label for the maximum continuous usage time (KB xx min where xx is the allowed maximum usage time). The breaks should last at least 10 minutes.

MOUNTING AND USE OF THE MINI-CHOPPER (SEE PAGE 4)

Attention: for your own safety and a good functioning it is absolutely necessary to respect the mounting described hereunder.

• Place the rubber ring on a flat surface, then insert the container in the ring (1).
• Mount the desired accessory (blade or mixer fitting) on the guide (2a or 2b). Therefore you only have to push the axle of the guide in the hole of the desired accessory until it clicks. To remove the guide, proceed inversely. By this handling pay attention not to cut yourself and not to lose the guide, as it is useful for both accessories.
• Then place the all in the container paying attention that the guide is correctly placed in the hole at the bottom of the container (3).
• Place ingredients in the container.
• Place the lid on the container respecting the positioning of its openings-out (4). If necessary, turn the lid until it is correctly placed on the container.
• Place the unplugged motor block on the container (5) respecting the positioning of the openings-out. If the motor block is not mounted correctly, it will be impossible to start the appliance.
• Plug in.
  To start press the motor block with your hand holding the container with the other hand.
  To remove food, unplug and proceed the other way round, but pay attention not to hurt you, as the blade is very sharp.
• Caution: do not put the bowl in the dishwasher and do not pour too hot liquids in it. Never put the bowl in the microwave oven.

USE ADVICES

• Your appliance is not intended to work for long periods. So if your preparation requires more than 1 minute continuously, it is absolutely necessary to follow breaks. The breaks should last at least 2 minutes to allow the motor cool down.
  We advise you to chop the food by fits and starts and if necessary to mix them with a spatula between two chopping sessions following the safety instructions.
  If you chop pieces of meat, cheese, we advise you to cut them into small pieces of 1 to 1.5 cm in order to obtain a homogeneous and fine chopping. Otherwise, you should obtain pieces in your preparation.
  The mixer fitting has to be used only to mix liquids or non-solid food. Do not use it to knead pastas but for example it is very useful to beat eggs white.

CLEANING

• Unplug from outlet before cleaning.
• You can wipe the motor block with a lightly damp cloth. Never immerse it in water or any other liquid. If this happens, do not plug it in, let it dry for at least 24 hours before using it again. If this is not enough, bring your appliance back to a competent qualified electrician.
  To clean the blade, the container and the lid, use soapy water, rinse with clear water and dry. Pay attention not to hurt you, as the blade is very sharp.
  To make the cleaning easier, you can disassemble the parts that are in contact with the food, and the rubber ring around the container (if necessary you can soak it).

implication of both suppliers and users. For this reason, as indicated by the symbol the rating label or on the packaging, your appliance should not be disposed of as unsorted municipal waste. The user has the right to bring it to a municipal collection point performing waste recovery by means of reuse, recycling or use for other applications in accordance with the directive.
