FEATURES

The fireplace should be placed in a standard fireplace hole of 560mm height, 410mm or 460mm width. Its features:

  1. Real fire effect
  2. Warm wind
  3. Economiser (Energy saving)

ASSEMBLING

  1. The fireplace should be at least one metre from furniture, curtain or any other object.
  2. Before connecting, please check whether the supplied voltage is the same as the one of the fireplace.

FRAME OF A FIREPLACE

  • This heater is suitable to be assembled in the frame of a fireplace. The fireplace should be at least 160mm depth. If the hole is not standard or if it is a decorative fireplace, the distance should also be kept.
There are two uprights at the back of the appliance to make it level. When adjusting, unscrew the uprights and, once the fireplace is level, tighten the screws again.

APPLYING:

The fireplace can be used without the heater function, which means you can appreciate the marvellous fire effect throughout the year.
As the effect is produced by two small lights and a very weak engine, it is energy saving. You can set the fire intensity depending on the room dimensions.
- Warm air is produced when the heat passes through the wind wheel and comes into the room through the protecting grid below the small iron grid.

CONTROLLING

This equipment has a power switch, an Economiser switch and a fire adjustable switch.

POWER SWITCH

The appliance can operate in 5 different modes.

FIRE ADJUSTABLE SWITCH

You can enjoy the fire effect even if the heater has been switched off.
The fire adjustable switch enables you to set the fire and light intensity.
- When in the minimum position, the fire effect and the light have a weak intensity.
- To get a higher heat, turn the switch clockwise.

ECONOMISER SWITCH

  • When you chose middle heat or high heat (in low heat position energy saving does not operate), this sensible heat output controller will automatically open or close the heating element in order to keep selected heat.
First turn the Economiser switch clockwise to the highest heat (9).
  • When the room temperature reaches the requested level, turn the switch anticlockwise to lower the heat and switch off the heating elements.
  • It keeps the necessary room temperature and saves energy.

MAINTENANCE

WARNING: Always disconnect the appliance before cleaning or maintenance.

Replacing the bulb

Below the fire source there are two lights. Move down the front glass plate (there are 2 screws on the slide at the part of the glass), carefully put it aside. Lightly press the middle part of the glass; lift the glass toward the front and up then move away. When taking the light bulb, firstly press the lampstand, then rotate anticlockwise and take out.

Type of bulb

REMOVING THE PROTECTION GRID

Clean the reflector with a cloth slightly damped with soapy hot water, then wipe with a soft and dry cloth.
  • Do not use detergents or cleaning products.
