  1. Do not attempt to disassemble the appliance or to remove feet, seals, screws etc.

  2. To reduce the risk of fire in the oven cavity:

a. When heating food in a plastic or paper container, check the oven frequency to avoid any risk of fire.

- In case of doubt, please contact the supplier of the utensil to know whether it is microwave resistant or not.

  1. Do not prepare food in receptacles with too narrow an opening, as this might cause these receptacles to explode.

  2. Liquid or other food must not be heated in sealed containers (such as receptacles with lid or feeding bottle with dummy) since they are liable to explode.

  3. Should the symbol be indicated on a certain surface, you need to be careful when handling the product. This symbol means: CAUTION, this surface may get very hot during use.

  4. Eggs in their shell or whole hard-boiled eggs must not be heated in the microwave oven as they might explode.

  5. Microwave heating of beverage can result in delayed eruptive boiling, therefore care has to be taken when you handle the container.

  6. CAUTION: Do not fry food in the oven. Hot oil can damage oven parts and utensils and even result in skin burns. Do not warm up greasy foods in the microwave oven, as it might catch fire.

  7. Pierce foods with heavy skins such as potatoes, whole squash, apples and chestnuts before cooking. Otherwise they might explode.

  12. Do not place the preparation directly on the glass tray, but put it in a microwave resistant receptacle.

  1. Food containing a mixture of water and grease should be left 30 to 60 seconds in the oven when switched off to allow the mixture to come down to avoid bubbling, especially when a beef cube is added.

INSTALLATION

  1. Make sure that all the packing materials are removed from the inside of the door.
  2. Check the oven for any damage, such as misaligned or bent door, damaged door seals and sealing surface, broken or loose door hinges and latches and dents inside the cavity or on the door. If there is any damage, do not operate the oven and contact a competent qualified service.
  3. This microwave oven must be placed on a flat, stable surface able to hold its weight (approximately 14 kg) and the heaviest food likely to be cooked in the oven.
  4. Do not place the oven where heat, moisture or high humidity are generated, or near combustible materials.
  5. Do not cover or block any openings on the appliance. Do not remove the feet.
  6. For correct operation, the oven must have sufficient airflow. Allow 30cm of space above the oven, 10cm at the back and 8cm at both sides.
  7. The socket must be readily accessible so that it can be easily unplugged in case of emergency.
  8. Do not use the oven outdoors.

  3. Move the microwave oven away from the receiver.
  4. Plug the microwave oven into a different outlet so that microwave oven and receiver are on different branch circuits.

  1. Arrange food carefully. Place the thickest areas towards the outside of the dish.
  2. Watch the cooking time. Cook for the shortest amount of time indicated and add more as needed. Food severely overcooked can smoke or ignite.

UTENSILS GUIDE

  1. We advise you to use utensils that are specially conceived for microwave cooking as they allow energy to pass through the container and heat the food.
  2. Microwaves cannot penetrate metal, so metal utensils or dishes with metallic trim should not be used.
  3. Do not use recycled paper products when microwave cooking, as they may contain small metal fragments which may cause sparks and/or fire.
  4. Round/oval dishes rather than square/oblong ones are recommended, as food in corners tends to overcook.

OPERATION

1. Setting the clock

When you plug in the microwave oven, the display will show "0:00", a beep will sound once and the appliance will be on standby. Its setting range is 0:00-23:59.

  1. When on standby, press "STOP/CLEAR/CLOCK" and "00" will flash.

  2. Turn " " to set the hours. The range is 0-23.

  3. Press "START" to confirm the clock.

  4. Turn " " to set the minutes. The range is 0-59.

  5. Press "START" to confirm. ":" flashes.

To modify the clock: proceed as mentioned above.

Note:

1) If you do not set the clock after having plugged in the unit, the clock will not work. 2) If you press "STOP/CLEAR/CLOCK" while setting the clock, the setting will be cleared.

2. Microwave Cooking

Select the microwave power level and set the cooking time as you wish. There are five power levels available. Press "MICROWAVE" several times to choose the power.

  1. Press "MICROWAVE", the display will show "P100" first, indicator "●" will appear. Press again until the desired power level is displayed. If you press "STOP/CLEAR/CLOCK", the unit will go back to standby.

  2. Turn " 🔍" to set the cooking time. The max. time is 95 minutes.

  3. If "STOP/CLEAR/CLOCK" is pressed, the unit will go back to the previous state.

  4. Press "START" to start cooking. The " indicator will flash.

  5. If you press "STOP/CLEAR/CLOCK", the unit stops working. If you press "STOP/CLEAR/CLOCK" again or if no button is pressed for more than 5 minutes, the appliance will go back to standby. If you want to continue the programme, press "START" within 5 minutes, the unit goes on working and the time counts down. If you want to check the microwave power level during use, press "MICROWAVE". The display will show the power level for 3 seconds and then return to the countdown state.

  6. During cooking, each time you press "START" the cooking time will increase by 30 seconds.

  7. When cooking is finished, five beeps will sound and the appliance will go back to standby.

3. Grill Cooking + Microwave and Grill Combination Cooking

By pressing the "GRILL" key you can select 3 cooking programmes: grill cooking programme G-1 and microwave and grill combination cooking programmes C-1 and C-2. For C-1 and C-2, the appliance will work in cycles: it will work 18 seconds on microwave power and then 15 seconds on grill power for C-1, 12 seconds on microwave power and then 21 seconds on grill power for C-2.

  1. Press "GRILL" several times to choose the grill power. "G-1", "C-1" and "C-2" will be displayed in order. At this moment, " ' (for G-1) or " " and " ' (for C-1 and C-2) will be displayed.

  2. Turn " 🔍" to set the cooking time. The maximum time is 95 minutes.

  3. Press "START" to start cooking. "U U' (for G-1) or " " and " U U' (for C-1 and C-2) will flash. Time counts down. If you press "STOP/CLEAR/CLOCK", the unit stops working. If you press "STOP/CLEAR/CLOCK" again or if no button is pressed for more than 5 minutes, the appliance will go back to standby. If you want to continue the programme, press "START" within 5 minutes, the unit goes on working and the time counts down. If you want to check the grill setting during use, press "GRILL". The display will show the chosen grill setting for 3 seconds and then return to the countdown state.

  4. During cooking, each time you press "START" the cooking time will increase by 30 seconds.

  5. The buzzer sounds five times when cooking is finished.

4. Defrost by weight (DEF 1)

  1. Press "DEFROST" once to choose the defrosting by weight function. "*** will appear." dEF1 will flash.

  2. Turn " 🔍" to set the weight. "100", "200", "300", "400", "500", "600", "800", "1000", "1200", "1400", "1600", "1800" and "2000" will be displayed in cycle. "g" will appear.

  3. Press "START" to start defrosting. "XXXX" is flashing and "g" will go out. Time will count down. If you press "STOP/CLEAR/CLOCK", the unit stops working. If you press "STOP/CLEAR/CLOCK" again or if no button is pressed for more than 5 minutes, the appliance will go back to standby.
