Please read this manual carefully before using the blender for the first time and keep it handy for any later consultation. This will ensure that you obtain the best results with the maximum safety.

Before using the blender check that the mains voltage is the same as that shown on the blender.

If the electricity socket and the blender plug are incompatible, change the socket for a suitable one by contracting a professionally qualified electrician.

We do not advise you to use adapters, plugs or extension cables. If such a device is indispensable, use only single or multiple adapters and extension

(Fig.1) cables that comply with current safety standards, taking care not to surpass the capacity shown on the adapter and/or the extension cable.

After unpacking, check that the blender is in a perfect condition; if in doubt, contact the nearest Service Centre.

The packaging (plastic bags, polystyrene foam, etc.) should not be left within reach of children, as it is a potential source of danger.

This blender should be employed solely for domestic use. Use for any other purpose is considered inadequate and dangerous.

In the event of the blender breaking down or malfunctioning, switch it off and do not attempt to repair it.

If the blender needs repairing, only use a Service Centre authorised by the manufacturer and request that original spares are used. If this advice is not followed, the safety of the blender may be compromised.

Do not change the cable. If it is broken or needs to be changed, contact a Service Centre authorised by the manufacturer. Do not use the blender when the cable or plug is damaged.

Then fit it to the blender body by aligning the positioning marks and pressing it in until you hear a click (fig. 6). Place the blender in the container, plug in the appliance and press the On/Off button to start beating the egg whites. Use the speed controller to select a speed (models B-615M and B-675 MA), or press the turbo function button. You may use the glass (13) or another type of container for beating the egg whites. Mincing function (mod. B-575 MA, B-675 MA) The mincer can be used for fruit and nuts, herbs, boiled eggs, dry bread, etc. Place the mincer blade (12) in the centre of the bowl (fig. 3). Place the ingredients you wish to mince in the mincer bowl. Place the mincer lid (10) on the mincer jug, making sure it is correctly aligned with the mincer blade. Insert the motor body (3) in the mincer lid (3) by aligning the positioning marks and pressing it in until you hear a click (Fig. 4). Plug in the appliance and press the On/Off button. Use the speed controller (7) to select a speed (models B-615M and B-675 MA only) or press the turbo button (2) for quicker mincing. When you have finished mincing the food, make
