1.6. Troubleshooting

H, Lo

'Hi' or 'Lo' is displayed when the temperature being measured is outside of the range of the instrument (see technical specifications).

E-2

'Er2' is displayed when the thermometer is exposed to rapid changes in ambient temperature. Let the thermometer stabilize to the working/room temperature for at least 30 minutes.

Er-3

'Er3' is displayed when the ambient temperature exceeds 0^ (+32^) or +50^ (+122^) . Let the thermometer stabilize to the working/room temperature for at least 30 minutes.

Er

Error 5~9, for all other error messages it is necessary to reset the thermometer. To reset it, wait until the instrument off, remove the batteries and wait for at least one minute. Reinsert the batteries and switch on. If the error message remains please contact the Service Department for further assistance.
