How to charge my NGS Roller Splash?

Open the waterproof cover (12), plug the Mini USB connector (11) into a USB port using the supplied cable. The red LED (2) lights up during charging and turns off when the battery is full. Close the cover securely after use.

How to pair the Bluetooth speaker with my phone?

Turn on the device by pressing the button (1). Activate Bluetooth on your phone and search for NGS Roller Splash. Select it to pair. The speaker will emit a sound and the blue LED will flash slowly once connected.

What if Bluetooth pairing fails?

Ensure the device is in search mode (blue LED flashes quickly). If no pairing is made within 8 minutes, the device turns off automatically. Reset the procedure by turning the speaker off and on again.

Can I use the speaker while it is charging?

It is not recommended to use the device while charging because the waterproof cover must be open. Use it preferably after a full charge and close the cover properly.

How to switch to FM radio mode?

Press and hold (2-3 seconds) the button (5) until you hear a beep. The speaker switches to FM mode. For automatic station search, press and hold the ▶ button (3) for 2-3 seconds.

Is the device water-resistant?

Yes, it is splash resistant, but it must never be immersed or used under running water. Always ensure the waterproof cover (12) is closed tightly before use in a bathroom.

How to answer a call hands-free?

When a call comes in, the music pauses. Press the button (5) to answer. Speak facing the microphone (6) about 30 cm away. Press (5) again to hang up; the music resumes automatically.

Can I skip to the next song with this speaker?

Yes, briefly press the > button (7) to go to the next track, or the < button (4) to go back to the previous one.

What if the speaker does not turn on?

Check that the battery is charged. Plug it into a USB source to recharge. If the red LED does not light up, try a different cable or adapter. If the problem persists, contact customer service.

How to redial the last number called?

Press the button (5) twice quickly to activate the redial function. The music pauses and the call is made hands-free. Press (5) to hang up.

CHARGING THE BLUETOOTH SPEAKER

1. Open the rubber seal cover (12).
2. Connect the Bluetooth speaker's mini USB socket (11) with the computer's USB port through USB cable.
3. The charging LED (2) will turn ON in red light; the rechargeable battery is in charging.
4. The charging LED (2) red light will turn OFF when the rechargeable battery is fully charged.
5. Disconnect the USB cable, and close the rubber seal cover (12) when it is done.

BLUETOOTH SPEAKER PAIRING / RECONNECTING

1. Press the button (1), a message sound; "beep" will announce from speaker and the mode LED (2) will blinking in blue; the device is turned ON and goes into searching / paring / reconnect mode for pair.
2. Now, turn ON the Bluetooth function on your mobile phone.
3. Search for "NGS Roller Splash" and select it to pair (for first time pairing or pairing a new mobile device).
4. The Bluetooth speaker will be reconnecting automatically if your mobile phone has been paired (Depend on the of mobile phone's type and configuration, manual reconnection may require on some devices).

5. If pairing is successful, a message sound; "beep" will announce from speaker and the mode LED (2) light will switch to slow blink in blue (once per 2 seconds).

6. Press the button (1) to turn OFF the Bluetooth speaker.

Note: During in searching / pairing mode, the Bluetooth speaker will power OFF automatically in 8 minutes if no device is connected.

BLUETOOTH SPEAKER CONTROL FUNCTION

1. In playing music, press ▶button (3) to pause music, press it once again to play.
2. Press and hold the >button (7) to increase the volume level.
3. Press and hold the <button (4) to decreases the volume level.
4. Press the >button (7) to play next music file.
5. Press the <button (4) to play previous music file.

HAND FREE FUNCTION

1. When there is an incoming call;
2. The ringing sound will up and the playing music will pause automatically.
3. Press button (5) to pick up the call if you want.
4. Now you have hand free function with the Bluetooth speaker.
5. Press button (5) again to hand up the call when finished. And,
6. The paused music will start to play automatically.

Tip: Speak to the MIC hole (6) direct with distance in 30 cm to get the best speakerphone performance when necessary.

REDIAL FOR LAST CALL FUNCTION

1. To redial for last called number by the Bluetooth speaker, even it is in music playing mode.
2. Press twice the button (5) to enter into redial function, the playing will pause and switch to hand free function for redial.
3. Press the button (5) again to hang up the redial call.

FM FUNCTION

1. Press and hold the button (5) about 2\~3 seconds, the Bluetooth speaker will send tone sound "beep" and enter the FM mode.
2. Press and hold the ▶button (3) about 2\~3 seconds will enter auto scan mode, the speaker will search and store radio signal auto.
3. Press the >button (7) to play next radio channel.
4. Press the <button (4) to play previous radio channel.
5. Press and hold the >button (7) to increase the volume level.
6. Press and hold the <button (4) to decrease the volume level.
7. Press and hold the button (5) about 2\~3 seconds, the Bluetooth speaker will send tone sound "beep" and enter the Bluetooth mode.

WATERPROOF HANDLING

1. The Bluetooth speaker can handle a brief jet of water on its surface. However, it should never be operated under running water and under no circumstance it should never be fully immersed in water.
2. Before use the shower Bluetooth speaker in bathroom, make sure that the waterproof rubber seal cover (12) it tighten closed at the right position.
3. After used in bathroom, always wipe the outside of the cabinet thoroughly if it becomes wet with moisture or water splashes. This will help to prevent the internal parts of the unit from entry of water and possible moisture damage.
