How to change the measurement unit (kg, lb, st)?

On the back of the scale, next to the battery compartment, there is a selection button. Push it to choose kg, lb or st.

Why does the display show 'Err' or an error message?

Wait for the device to turn off, then turn it on again. If the error persists, remove the batteries from the compartment for 10 seconds before reinserting them.

How to use the personal data memory function?

Turn on the scale, press the Set button. Select a location (P0-P9) with the Up/Down buttons, confirm, then set the gender, height and age in the same way.

Why are the body fat measurements unstable?

Make sure you are barefoot and dry on the contact surface. The scale must be on a hard, flat floor. The best time to measure is between 6pm and 8pm.

What to do if the scale does not turn on?

Check that the batteries are correctly inserted and still have power. If necessary, replace the batteries (2 x AAA 1.5 V).

How to clean the scale?

Use a damp cloth and mild detergent. Never use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads or steel wool.

Can I use this scale if I have a pacemaker?

No, the body composition scale is not suitable for people with pacemakers, nor for pregnant women.

Does the scale work on carpet?

For accurate measurements, always place the scale on a hard, flat floor, not on carpet or rug.

How to reset the scale?

Remove the batteries for 10 seconds, then reinsert them. This will erase all user settings.
