Citrus Juicer Instructions Manual

Read the instructions and warnings contained in this manual carefully and keep them for future reference. This manual contains important operating and safety instructions for the installation, use and maintenance of the product.

NGS Home reserves the right to make any technical or manufacturing modifications it deems appropriate, without the need for prior notification.

This appliance should be used only for the purpose for which it has been expressly designed, in another words, as a citrus juicer. Any other use shall be deemed to be improper and therefore dangerous NBS Home shall not be liable for any possible damage resulting from improper or incorrect use, in other words, use of the product which is not in accordance with these Instructions for use.

Safety Precautions

Certain basic precautions should be taken before using electrical appliances, including the following:

Using the citrus juicer

The two cones have been designed to squeeze the juice from citrus fruits of different sizes. Use the large cone to squeeze the juice from large citrus fruits. For smaller fruits, remove the large cone and use only the small one.

Change the size of the opening that lets the juice out by adjusting the position of the top strainer in relation to the bottom one. If you turn the handle control to the left, the size of the opening in the strainer will be increased, as is shown below

CORD STORAGE

The power cord can be wound around the slot located in the base for easy storage of the appliance when not in use. The plug also fits into the bottom of the base, as is shown in the top diagram.

SPECIFICATIONS

Noise level: should be lower than 90 dB at a distance of 1 metre. Before using the citrus juicer for the first time, clean it in accordance with the instructions in the "Cleaning" section. Connect the citrus juicer to the mains and adjust the position of the top and bottom strainers to obtain the opening you require. Cut the citrus fruit in half, place one half on the cone and press down with enough force to make the motor start. Keep pressing until the pulp has been squeezed from the fruit. The motor will stop as soon as you stop pressing.

Once you have finished juicing, unplug the appliance from the mains, remove the cone and the top and bottom strainers and pour the collected juice into the jig.

Do not use the citrus juice continuously for more than one minute.

Cleaning

• Remove the lid, cone, strainer and jug and clean them in water.
• Do not put them in the dishwasher or use abrasive detergents.
• Do not immerse the base or the power cord in water as there is a risk of electric shock.
• Dry all the parts with a dry cotton cloth and put them back in their place. Wind the cord around the storage slot for easy storage of the appliance.
