How to adjust the browning level?

Turn the Browning control knob (No. 3) from position 1 (lightly golden) to 6 (very dark). The center position gives a well-golden toast. Experiment according to your bread.

What to do if bread gets stuck in the toaster?

First unplug the appliance, then carefully remove the bread without using sharp or metal objects.

How to clean the toaster?

Unplug and let cool. Clean the exterior with a soft dry cloth. Regularly empty the crumb tray (No. 2) located under the appliance.

Can I toast frozen bread?

Yes, insert the frozen bread, set the browning level, then press the defrost button (No. 5). The indicator lights up and the bread will be toasted with the selected level.

How to reheat already toasted bread?

Place the bread in the toaster and press the reheat button (No. 6). The indicator lights up and the toasting time is determined automatically.

What to do if the appliance does not turn on?

Check that the plug is connected and the lever (No. 4) is fully pressed down. Make sure the crumb tray is properly in place. If the problem persists, contact customer service.

How to store the power cord?

When the appliance is not in use, wrap the cord under the appliance in the compartment provided for this purpose.

Does the toaster stop automatically?

Yes, the lever automatically pops up at the end of the toasting or reheating cycle. You can also press the cancel button (No. 7) to stop at any time.

Operation and maintenance

Remove all packaging of the device.

Check if the voltage of the appliance corresponds to the main voltage of your home.

Rated voltage : AC220-240V 50Hz.

Place the device on a flat stable surface and ensure a minimum of 10 cm. free space around the device. This device is not suitable for installation in a cabinet or for outside use.

Use

The device is adjustable with the color controller (no. 3) of just crispy roasted to dark brown. To achieve the degree of browning desired, you can experiment with the setting. Also the quality and condition of the bread is also a factor. Dry and stale bread toasts more quickly, fresh and frozen bread take a little longer. Do not use a knife, cutlery or any other object to remove the bread from the device or to clean the device. If the bread becomes lodged in the toaster, unplug the appliance before attempting to remove it. Caution! Bread can burn.

Put bread slice in the bread groove (no. 1). You can place 2 slices in the device. Make sure the crumb tray (no. 2) is completely positioned in place before using.

Plug the power cord into the ground earthed outlet. Turn the color controller (no. 3) to your desired position. Position 1 is just crisp, position 6 is dark. The centre positions is golden brown. Press the carriage handle (no. 4) completely down and toast will begin.

Once the bread has been toasted to your selected color, the carriage handle will automatically jump up.

During toasting, you can check the color of the bread. If it is satisfying, you press the cancel button (no. 7) to cancel the operation at any time.

If the bread from the refrigerator perform the same operations, press the defrost button(no. 5).

The indicator will be illuminated. In this mode the bread will be toasted to your desired color.

If you want to reheat the cold toasted bread, press the reheat button (no. 6) and the indicator of it will be illuminated. In this mode toasting time is fixed, so long as time is running over.

The carriage handle (no. 4) will automatically spring up and end up the reheating process.

Cleaning

Remove the plug from the outlet. Allow the unit to cool completely before cleaning.

Wipe the outside with a soft dry cloth. Never use metal polish.

Pull out the crumb tray (no. 2) on the bottom of the toaster and empty it.

If the toaster is used frequently, accumulated bread crumbs should remove at least once a week. When the device is not in use or for storage, the power cord may be wound under the bottom of the toaster.

• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

- Bread may burn. Don't use this toaster near curtains or other combustible materials.

• If you wish to make a claim under the guarantee please return the entire machine in the original packaging to your dealer together with the receipt.

• Damage to accessories does not mean automatic free replacement of the whole machine. In such cases please contact our hotline. Broken glass or breakage of plastic parts are always subject to a charge.

• Defects to consumables or parts subject to wearing, as well as cleaning, maintenance or the replacement of said parts are not covered by the guarantee and hence are to be paid!

• The guarantee lapses in case of unauthorized tampering.
• After the expiry of the guarantee repairs can be carried by the competent dealer or repair service against the payment of the ensuing costs.
