Assembly
- Turn the lever-fitted screw and metal disc (K) located underneath the base tube (I) anticlockwise and remove it.
- Unscrew and remove the plastic nut (M) and propeller cap (N) from the motor shaft (L).
- Insert the base tube (I) into the hole on the top of the base (J) . Place the metal disc (K) on the hole underneath the base (J) and insert the lever-fitted screw (K) , then turn it clockwise until it has been firmly secured. Turn the base (J) right side up and position it on the floor.
- 2 Turn the screw (H) on the motor-equipped tube anticlockwise to loosen it. Place the motor-equipped tube (G) on the base tube (I). Secure it in place by turning the screw (H) clockwise.
- 3 Insert the rear cover (O) onto the motor shaft (L). Place the plastic nut (M) on the motor shaft (L) and turn it clockwise. Do not overtighten it.
- Push the propeller (P) onto the motor shaft (L). Secure it in place by turning the propeller cap (N) anticlockwise. Should the blade be installed upside down, this can lead to malfunctions, such as vibration and noise. Check that the propeller (P) turns freely by pushing it with your hand. It must not come into contact with the back cover (O). If it does not turn freely, unscrew the propeller (P) to install it the other way round. Reposition the propeller (P) on the motor shaft (L).
- Align the clips (A) at the top and bottom of the front and rear covers (Q/0). Join the two covers by pushing until they click into place and then securing the lower clip with the screw (A).

NOTE: Make sure that the central logo detail on the front cover is facing the right way round, when standing in front of the fan.
- 6 Turn the height adjustment knob (E) anticlockwise to loosen it. Adjust the height of the fan. Turn the height adjustment knob (E) clockwise to lock the height.
Inserting the remote control batteries:
-
Whilst pressing down on the battery compartment cover, slide it in the direction indicated by the arrow to remove it.
-
Insert the 2x 1.5 V AAA batteries (not supplied), making sure to match the polarity, as indicated in the battery compartment.
-
Reposition the cover.
-
The remote control is now ready for use.

CAUTION! Remove the batteries whenever you do not plan on using the product for a long period of time.
