Safety and Precaution
Please read the manual carefully before using the product, please be aware of the risks and safety tips in the manual. The use of an electrical product can be dangerous if the user is not careful. Misuse and failure to observe the safety instructions does not jeopardize the company in the event of an accident. The user must use self-judgment and common sense to detect possible dangers.
Please check the regulations and laws in your country to find out where and how to use your product legally. You must comply with the rules and laws applicable to vehicles and pedestrians.
- Protective equipment
Always wear the following safety equipment:
- Approved and certified helmet according to your location.
- Long sleeve T-shirt and long pants
- Gloves
- Shoes with rubber soles, never drive barefoot or in sandals. Make sure you have your laces done, and keep them as far away from the wheels and the internal system as possible.
- Driver's tip
The user must not weigh more than 100kg , height and weight do not fully certify that the user will have full control of the vehicle. It is your responsibility to ensure that all users are fully aware of the risks. It is your responsibility to put a younger child in the vehicle, taking into account his or her skills, maturity and ability, and follow the rules. Please check the laws and regulations in your country before using the product. Look around when using the product, and pay attention to all possible risks. It is important to respect everyone's rights and properties. This product is not designed for jumping,acrobatic tricks and skidding.
Never drive near stairs, hills, swimming pools or other waterways. Please hold the handlebars with both hands. Never ride more than one person on the product. Keep your fingers and all other parts of your body away from parts that may become hot during use (brake, engine, chain). Never use the product with a music player that may distract you, or with your smartphone in your hand.
Never use the product to pull something, otherwise the components will be damaged and the battery will wear out. Never put the product in contact with water, electrical components can be damaged and create a dangerous situation.
Ride only on flat and solid surfaces. Avoid surfaces with gravel, holes, ice, which can cause loss of control of the product. Do not drive at night or in areas of poor visibility. Also do not drive indoors, in areas where carpeting and rugs may interfere.
To familiarize yourself with the bicycle, ride in a location away from traffic and free of obstacles/vehicles.
After each use, check that each part is in its proper place and is not damaged. Before each use, check the following points:
- Brakes are in good working order
- All components are in good condition and in their right places.
- Parts that were defective during the last use have been repaired or changed according to the manufacturer's conditions.
- Disconnect the battery from its location
People who have medical monitoring or treatment such as: people with heart disease, pregnant women, people not responsible, people with back or neck problems, should not use the product.
Using the charger
Before using the product, it is necessary to load the product. A long charge may be necessary before first use. Please rely on the indicator light on the battery. It is possible to charge your battery at any time to ensure constant power, there is no need to wait until the battery is completely empty to charge it.
Red LED = charging / Green LED = charged
Please do not use other brand chargers, they may damage the battery of your product. It is important to charge your battery at least once every 3 months, even if you do not use the product, to ensure a normal life cycle.
Avoid shocks and contact with water, as these factors are not covered by the warranty and may damage the battery.
The charger must be in perfect condition each time you use it, check the wires, the condition of the tips and connectors. If the product does not charge, the charger may be defective, in which case it is necessary to change it.
The charger should only be used by an adult, it is important to unplug it from both sides when not charging.
Battery
Please do not store the battery at too extreme temperatures. Below 0^ and above 30^ . If you do not use your product for 60-90 days or if the use is too sustained over time, the battery may not perform as well as it did at the beginning. This loss of autonomy is due to lack of use or extreme use and is therefore not covered by the warranty, the autonomy decreases over the months.
At the end of its cycle, the battery must be disposed of separately from the non-differentiated generic waste. Dispose of the batteries in the containers provided for this purpose. Battery recovery and recycling helps to protect the environment and conserve material resources.
- Maintenance
Please store your product in a dry, dust-free place and avoid leaving it for too long in a damp place or in the sun. To clean your device, use a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not use alcohol, petrol, kerosene or other corrosive chemical solvents to clean your device, as this will damage its appearance and structure.
Constantly check the condition of the components of your product, if any part is damaged, please replace it before using the product. If any part is not in working order, you may fall and injure yourself.
Transport
If you wish to transport your product, including its battery, by air or other means of transport, please contact the relevant local authorities and the carrier in advance to inform you of any prohibitions and limitations on transport. Lithium batteries are considered hazardous in many countries. Please make sure before travel that access and transport is permitted. International law prohibits the transport of lithium batteries by air.

Getting Started
- Adjust the handlebar grip in the correct direction. Hold the wheel and turn the handlebar handle forward. Make sure it is perfectly aligned with your seat and the dial of your bicycle.

- Once properly positioned, unscrew the 4 screws on top of the lock to open it.

- Insert your handlebars into the handlebar slot, then tighten the screws to secure the handlebars.

- Screw on the pedals


Ignition and use
- First, insert and turn the key into the key slot on the battery to turn it on.
- Turn on the control panel by pressing the Power button.
- Get on the bike and start pedalling, the electric assistance will start to help you, check your speed on the screen, if you exceed 25km/h or if you stop pedalling the electric assistance will automatically deactivate for your safety.
- When you are not on the bike, turn it to "OFF" by pressing and holding the Power button for 3 seconds.
- Then turn off your bike's battery by turning and removing the key from your battery.
Charger


Your device is charging. Please wait until the color changes.

When your device is charged, unplug it and also disconnect the charger from its power source.
Loading
You have two options:
- Insert the charger in the loading port
- Remove the battery and insert the charger into the charging port.
Screen
The screen allows you to get all the information about your bike. It displays the battery level, the speed level, the speed you are at and the number of kilometres you have travelled.

To turn on your screen, press the power button on the left side of your handlebars. To increase the speed level, press the top button. To decrease the speed level, press the lower button.
Press and hold the top button to turn on the front light of your bike.

TROUBLESHOOTING
| Problem | Possible cause | Solution |
| It does not work | The battery is not charged. | Charge the battery, check if the red light is on. |
| Connections or cables are disconnected. | Check that the battery is firmly seated in the product. | |
| It does not work continuously | The battery needs to be charged. | Charge the battery, check if the red light is on. |
| The battery is not fully charged. | Make sure the power cable is well connected. The battery may need to be replaced. | |
| It suddenly stopped working | Overload, cut-off | Overloading may result in product failure. Turn off the product, wait 15 seconds, then turn it on again. |
| Fuse burnt | Overloading can burn fuses; you may have to replace them. For this, contact the after-sales service. Prior to this, check the condition of all cables and connectors. | |
| It is moving slowly | The brakes are not properly adjusted. | Check the condition of the brakes and try to loosen. If this does not work, please contact the after-sales service. |
| It has overloaded | Check that the user weighs less than the previously recommended weight. Check that there are no objects obstructing the proper operation of the product. | |
| Bad driving condition. | Make sure you are on flat, dry, and constant ground. | |
| The tires / wheels are damaged. | Check the condition of the wheels of the product. |
