SAFETY NOTES
• After unpacking, make sure the appliance is intact, complete with all its parts as shown in the illustrative guide and with no sign of damage. If in any doubt, do not use the appliance and contact an authorised service centre.

CAUTION! Remove any communication material such as labels, tags etc. from the appliance before use.

WARNING! Risk of suffocation. Children shall not play with the packaging. Keep the plastic bag out of the reach of children.
- This appliance must be used only for the purpose for which it was designed, namely as an air styler for home use. Any other use is considered not compliant with the intended use and therefore dangerous.
- Before connecting the appliance to the mains supply, make sure that the voltage and frequency indicated on the technical data of the appliance correspond to those of the mains supply. The rating is on the appliance or on the power supply unit, if any (see illustrative guide).
- This appliance can work automatically at a frequency of 50 Hz or 60 Hz.
- This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
- DO NOT use the appliance with wet hands,
damp feet or barefoot.
- DO NOT pull the supply cord or the appliance itself to remove the plug from the socket.

- DO NOT expose the appliance to humidity, to the effects of weather (rain, sun, etc.) or to extreme temperatures.

- If the supply cord is damaged it must be replaced by an authorised technical service centre, so as to prevent all risks.
- When the appliance is used in a bathroom, unplug it after use since the proximity of water presents a hazard even when the appliance is switched off.
- For additional protection, the installation of a residual current device (RCD) having a rated residual operating current not exceeding 30 mA (ideal 10 mA) is advisable in the electrical circuit supplying the bathroom. Ask your installer for advice.

- This appliance shall not come into contact with water, other liquids, sprays, steam. For any cleaning and maintenance operation refer to the instructions in the relevant chapter.

USE

WARNING! This appliance is not to be used if it has been dropped or if there are visible signs of damage.

WARNING! DO NOT use this appliance near bathtubs, showers, basins or other vessels containing water. Never place the appliance into water.

ATTENTION! RISK OF SCALDING. Let the accessories cool before detaching them from the appliance after use.

WARNING! Risk of fire. DO NOT use flammable products on hair or on the appliance.
USEFUL TIPS
- As you gain experience in using your air styler, you will understand how long your own hair needs to be held in place to obtain the effect you want.
- Every time you use your appliance, make sure your hair is clean and free of any trace of lacquer, mousse or gel.
- During heating, use and cooling, place the air styler on a smooth, heat-resistant surface.
- While styling your hair, be careful not to bring the appliance too close to the sensitive areas of your face, ears, neck and skin.
• After use, let your air styler cool down completely before putting it away.
PREPARING YOUR HAIR
- Wash your hair as usual.
HOW IT WORKS
This styler is air-driven, which means that it works on the same principle as an ordinary hairdryer: hot air leaves the main body of the appliance and passes through the accessory holes. Both during use and during the heating and cooling phases, place the styler on a flat, smooth, heat-resistant surface.
USE
Device with separate buttons for:
- On/Off (5)
• Air flow selection (4): 3 speed settings
• Air temperature selection (3):3 levels
SWITCHING ON / OFF
- Connect the cable (8) to the power supply.
- Switch the stylister on by pressing the ON/OFF button for a few moments (5).
- Select the required air flow and temperature.
When you have finished styling your hair, switch the appliance off by pressing the ON/OFF switch for a few moments (5).

The styler will work for a few more moments, then switch off completely.
Wait for the appliance to cool down. Unplug it and leave it to cool down completely.
The appliance stores the last setting in its memory.
Air flow selection button (4)
To select the required air flow, press the air flow selection button (4). The light blue LEDs indicate the setting being used.
○ = delicate air flow
∞ = medium air flow
○○○ = strong air flow
Air temperature selection button (3)
To select the required air temperature, press the air temperature selection button (3). The red LEDs indicate the setting being used.
○ = low temperature
∞ = medium temperature
○○○ = high temperature
Cold air setting:
Select air flow (4) only and set the required speed, making sure the temperature selection button (3) is OFF (no LEDs lit up).
ACCESSORIES
Choose the accessory you need for the style you want to create, insert it in the connection slot (1), and turn it slightly clockwise until you hear a "click". To release the accessory, press the relative button (2) and turn the accessory anti-clockwise.
Plug in the air styler.
Pre-styling concentrator (9): use this accessory straight after washing your hair, to remove any excess dampness.
Detangling brush (10)
- Use this accessory to untangle your hair before styling it.
- Use this accessory to give your hair volume and shape.
Oval brush (11)
38mm round brush (12)
Use this accessory to create soft styles and shape the ends.
Right or left coanda cone (13-14): Take a section of hair and position the cone near the ends. Your hair will start to wrap around the cone. Bring the stylister close to your head and hold it in place for a few seconds, or until your hair is dry.
To fix the curls, set the cold air function for a few seconds. Switch off to release. To change the direction of the air flow, replace the cone.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

WARNING! Always disconnect the appliance from the mains before cleaning or performing maintenance.

WARNING! Make sure all cleaned parts are completely dry before reusing the appliance.
If necessary, clean the appliance and accessories with a damp cloth. Do not use solvents or other aggressive or abrasive detergents as they may damage the surface. Check the appliance intake filter regularly, removing accumulated dust and hair.
CLEANING THE INTAKE FILTER
Hold the appliance by the handle, turn the removable filter cover (7) anti-clockwise and pull it towards the cable.
Use a dry cloth or brush to clean the intake filter (7a) inside the removable filter cover (7).
- Reposition the removable filter cover (7) in its seat, turning it clockwise to fix it in place.
The appliance has an automatic filter cleaning function too.
By simultaneously pressing and holding the air flow selection button (4) and the temperature selection button (3) for a few seconds, air is sent in the opposite direction.
The appliance switches off automatically at the end of the cleaning cycle.

This procedure does not need to be carried out every time the appliance is used.
NOTE: the dustier the area where the styler is used, the more frequently the filter must be cleaned.
TROUBLESHOOTING
In the event of abnormal LED illumination, contact an authorised service centre.
STORAGE

WARNING! Risk of fire. Wait for the appliance to cool completely before storing it.

WARNING! DO NOT wrap the supply cord around the appliance.

WARNING! Store the appliance so that no object may accidentally go into and damage it.
DISPOSAL

The packaging of the appliance is made of recyclable materials. Dispose of it in accordance with the environmental protection regulations.

Pursuant to Directive 2012/19/EU on waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE), the crossed bin symbol on the appliance or its packaging indicates that the appliance must be disposed of separately from other waste at the end of its useful life.
The user must therefore take the appliance to an appropriate recycling centre for electrical and electronic equipment. Alternatively, instead of handling the disposal, the user can hand over the appliance to the retailer when a new, equivalent one is purchased. The user can hand over electronic products measuring less than 25 cm to retailers of electronic products having a sales area of at least 400 m ^2 free of charge and with no obligation to buy. Appropriate separate collection for the subsequent procedure for the decommissioned appliance for recycling, which includes treatment and environmentally friendly disposal helps prevent adverse effects on the
environment and health and promotes reusing and/or recycling materials that the appliance consists of.

ASSISTANCE AND WARRANTY
The appliance is guaranteed for a period of two years from the date of delivery. Evidence shall be taken as the date indicated on the receipt/invoice (provided it is legible), unless the buyer can prove that the delivery occurred later.
In the event of a defect in the product which existed prior to the date of delivery, appliance repair or replacement is guaranteed free of charge, unless one of the two solutions is disproportionate to the other. The buyer has the obligation to notify an authorised Service Centre of the non-conformity within two months from discovering the defect.
The warranty does not cover any part that may be defective due to:
a. transport damage or accidental drops,
b. incorrect installation or an inadequate electrical system,
c. repairs or alterations made by unauthorised personnel,
d. poor or incorrect maintenance and cleaning,
e. product and/or product parts subject to wear and/or consumables,
f. failure to comply with the operating instructions and/or negligent or careless use.
g. Twisted or bent power cord due to negligence or pulled,
h. Presence of hair in the fan,
i. Failure to clean the cold air inlet filter causing the motor to overheat,
j. Accidental falling during use,
k. Obstruction at the cold air inlet and hot air outlet (front and rear grid),
I. Use of non-original maintenance components or accessories,
m. Use of chemical products to clean the appliance,
n. Use of hairspray or other sprays during use.
The list above is purely indicative and not exhaustive and in any case, this warranty shall not cover all circumstances that cannot be attributed to manufacturing defects of the appliance.
In addition, the warranty does not cover any case of improper use of the appliance and professional use.
All liability is disclaimed for any damage that may directly or indirectly be caused to persons, property and pets as a result of failure to comply with all the instructions provided in the “Instructions and Warnings Booklet” regarding appliance installation, use and maintenance.
This is without prejudice to any contractual warranty claims against the seller.
Methods of support
Appliance repairs must be carried out by an authorised Service Centre. If the faulty appliance is under warranty, it must be sent to the Service Centre together with a fiscal document that can confirm the date of sale or delivery.
