Ob priklopu aparata na omrezejbe bo indicator na gumbu POWER pricel rdece utripati. Utripanje indicatorja pomeni, da je aparat v stanju pripravljenosti. Ob prisisku gumba aparat priñe z delovanjem in indicator sveti neprekinjeno. Ce kadar koli med delovanjem ponovn opritsnemo gumb POWER, se aparat postavi v mirovanje in indicator priñe utripati.

Z gumbom SELECT izbiramo velikost ledenih kock. Indikator nad S (mala) in L (velika) prikazuje, katera moznost je izbrana.

FULL Prizgan indicator nad ICE FULL pomeni, da je v kosari za led maksimalna količina ledu. Ko je maksimalna količina ledu dosežena, se aparat postavi v stanje mirovanja. Za ponovni zagon aparata odstranite led iz posode.

Prižgan indicator nad ADD WATER pomeni, da v rezeroarju za vodo ni dovolj vode. Ko v rezeroarju ni dovolj vode, se aparat postavi v stanje mirovanja. Za ponovni zagon aparata

odstranite košaro za led in dodajte vodo do oznake MAX ter pritsnite POWER.

Important:

Before using the appliance for the first time, carefully read this instruction manual and save it for future reference. Also save the warranty statement.

Attention: Before connecting the appliance to power mains, make sure it rests for at least 2 hours. Failure to do so may result in compressor failure.

The appliance should be transported in an upright position.

Danger

Make sure the appliance is standing in an upright position on a level surface, and that there is at least a 15-centimetre clearance between the appliance and other objects and walls adjacent to it, to allow adequate ventilation. Do not cover the ventilation slots. Do not move or cover the appliance during operation. Do not touch the appliance with wet hands. Do not submerge the appliance in water or any other liquid.

After use and before cleaning, disconnect the appliance from the power mains.

Do not wash the appliance with water hotter than 80^ .

Warning

Before connecting the appliance to the power mains, make sure the voltage indicated on the bottom of the appliance matches the voltage of the power mains in your home.

Do not use the appliance if the plug, power cord, or any other component is damaged.

If the power cord is damaged, it may only be replaced by Gorenje, Gorenje's authorized service and repair center, or an adequately trained professional.

This appliance may be used by children aged 8 years and above and by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, if they are supervised during the use of the appliance or if they have been provided relevant instructions regarding the use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved.

Do not let the children play with the appliance.

Do not leave the appliance to operate unattended. If you leave the room where the appliance is located, disconnect the appliance from the power mains.

Attention: The appliance is intended solely for personal household use.

Do not use the appliance outdoors. Keep the appliance away from sources of heat such as cookers, ovens or heaters. Do not expose the appliance to direct sunlight. Do not use the appliance in a room with high humidity. Do not use spare parts by other manufacturers unless they are expressly recommended by Gorenje. In case of use of such non-original attachments or accessories, the warranty shall be void.

Before switching on the appliance, make sure all components are correctly installed.

Always disconnect the appliance from the power mains after use.

Attention: Only use clean water without any additives for making ice cubes.

This equipment is labelled in compliance with the European Directive 2012/19/EC on waste electric and electronic equipment - WEEE. The Directive specifies the requirements for collection and management of waste electric and electronic equipment effective in the entire European Union.

Preparation for use

1. Remove the packaging.
2. Clean the appliance as instructed in the section "Cleaning".
3. Fill the water tank up to the MAX marking with clean uncontaminated water. Water in the tank should not reach the ice basket.

Fill the appliance with water at room temperature.

Use

Upon first use, it is recommended for hygienic reasons to discard the ice cubes made from the first two cycles.

After connecting the appliance to the power mains, the indicator on the POWER button will flash in red. Flashing of the indicator means that the appliance is in standby mode. Press the button to start the appliance. The indicator will be lit

continuously. If your press the POWER button at any time during operation, the appliance will switch back to standby mode and the indicator will start flashing.

Use the SELECT button to choose the size of the ice cubes. The indicators above S (small) and L (large) indicate the selected option.

If the indicator above the ICE FULL sign is lit, the ice basket is filled to capacity. When maximum amount of

ice has been reached, the appliance will switch to standby mode. Remove the ice from the basket to restart it.

If the indicator above the ADD WATER sign is lit, there is not enough water in the water tank. When there is not enough water in the water tank, the appliance will switch to standby mode.

To restart the appliance, remove the ice basket and add water up to the MAX sign and press POWER.

Depending on the temperature of the environment and water, the first ice cubes may be smaller.

Due to rapid freezing of the water, the cubes may appear cloudy, or opaque. This is a result of the air trapped inside the ice and it does not affect the quality of the ice.

After the appliance has been switched to standby mode, wait for at least 3 minutes before starting its operation. Failure to do so may result in compressor failure.

Replace the water in the water tank at least every 24 hours.

To prevent the development of mould and bacteria, we recommend leaving the cover open after use (7).

Cleaning

Before cleaning the appliance, stop its operation and disconnect it from the power mains.

Do not clean the appliance with scouring pads, caustic or corrosive cleaners or aggressive liquids like alcohol, gasoline, or acetone.

Clean the appliance with a soft damp cloth. Do not submerge the unit in water and do not clean it under running water or in a dishwasher.

Ice basket: Clean the basket with lukewarm water and some liquid detergent; then rinse and dry thoroughly.

Water tank: Use the drain (11) to empty the water tank.

Appliance interior and exterior (housing): Clean the appliance interior and exterior with a soft damp cloth. A diluted mixture of water and vinegar may be used.

Although the ice basket is full, the ICE FULL indicator will not light up and the appliance will not switch off.

The sensors only start to operate after three finished cycles. There is no signal for the sensor.

1. Disconnect the appliance from the power mains. Empty the ice basket and reconnect the appliance after 3 minutes. 2. Powerful light is disturbing the signal reception Move the appliance away from the source of light. 3. Internal appliance components have failed. Call Gorenje's customer service.

Trouble shooting

After the expiry of its useful life, do not discard the appliance with common household waste. Take it to an authorized recycling centre. This will help preserve the environment.
