A Basic TV HDMI input will not transfer the TV audio signal to the Sound Bar. The Bar 40 Sound Bar will only receive TV audio through HDMI-ARC (with CEC turned ON), Optical or Analog connection.

(ii) the maximum antenna gain permitted for devices in the bands 5250-5350 MHz and 5470-5725 MHz shall be such that the equipment still complies with the i.e.p. limit;

(iii) the maximum antenna gain permitted for devices in the band 5725-5850 MHz shall be such that the equipment still complies with the e.i.r.p. limits specified for point-to-point and non-point-to-point operation as appropriate; and

(iv) the worst-case tilt angles(s) necessary to remain compliant with the e.i.p. elevation mask requirement set forth in Section 6.2.23 shall be clearly indicated.

(v) Users should also be advised that high-power radars are allocated as primary users (i.e. priority users) of the bands 5250-5350 MHz and 5650-5850 MHz and that these radars could cause interference and/or damage to LEAN devices.

ENGLISH - WARRANTY - U.S.

Kilipsch Group, Inc. (KGI) warrants to the original retail purchaser that this product is to be free from defective materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year on electronics and three (3) years on woofer, cabinet and non-electrical mechanics, from the date of purchase, if it is properly used and maintained. If this product proves defective in either material or workmanship, KGI, at its option, will (a) repair the product, or (b) replace the product, at no charge for parts or labor. If the product model is no longer available and cannot be repaired effectively or replaced with an identical model, KGI at its sole option may replace the unit with a current model of equal or greater value. In some cases, modification to the mounting surface may be required where a new model is substituted. KGI assumes no responsibility or liability for such modification. To obtain a repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty, please return to dealer first, if possible, and the dealer will direct you accordingly for repairs or replacement. You will be required to submit a copy of the original receipt.

Return shipping for exchanges/repairs is the sole responsibility of the original retail purchaser.

Limitations:

• This limited warranty does not cover failure of the product resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, mishandling, or wear from ordinary use or environmental deterioration.
