How do I connect the soundbar to my TV?

Use the included HDMI cable to connect the soundbar's HDMI-ARC port to your TV's HDMI-ARC port. Ensure CEC is enabled on your TV. Alternatively, use an optical or analog cable (not included).

Why is there no sound from the soundbar?

First, check that the soundbar is powered on and the correct input source is selected. Verify that your TV audio output is set to 'External Speakers' or 'ARC'. Also ensure the TV speakers are turned off in the TV menu.

How do I pair the wireless subwoofer?

Power on the soundbar first. Plug in the subwoofer; it will automatically pair within 30 ft. The subwoofer LED will turn solid (not flashing) when connected. If not, press the 'PAIR' button on the subwoofer rear panel.

How do I reset the subwoofer connection?

Press and hold the 'Sub Reset' button on the remote for 3 seconds. Alternatively, unplug both devices, wait 10 seconds, plug in subwoofer first, then soundbar.

Can I use Bluetooth to stream music?

How do I mount the soundbar on the wall?
