Before use
Clean the mini chopper (see section Cleaning) before you use it for the first time.
Use
Position the motor part on an even surface. Put the bowl on the motor part and turn anticlockwise until the bowl engages on the motor part. Position the knife on the shaft in the centre of the bowl.
Add the ingredients to be chopped. Put on the lid and turn anticlockwise until it engages. The built-in safety lock makes sure that the appliance cannot be activated if the lid is not correctly positioned (which means that the lock on the back of the lid is completely engaged in the groove under the switch button).
The mini chopper is only for small portions as shown in the table below in order to get the best result and to make sure that the appliance is not overcharged:
| Ingredient | Preparation | Max amount | Approximate time |
| Parsley | Rinse and let drain | 20 g | 10 sec. |
| Onion | Peel and cut in bites of 2-3 cm | 100 g | 10-15 short pressings |
| Garlic | Peel and separate | 5 cloves | 5 sec. |
| Carrot, raw | Peel and cut in bites of 1 cm | 150 g | 5 short pressings and 15 sec. |
| Meat | Cut in bites of 2 cm | 100 g | 10 -20 sec. |
| Hazelnuts | Only the seed, not the shell | 100 g | 30 sec. |
| Chocolate | Refrigerator temperature, cut in bites of 1 cm | 40 g | 5 short pressings and 30 sec. |
IMPORTANT!
In order not to damage the knife and the container, the following ingredients should not be used in the mini chopper: Cereals, rice, ice cream, frozen raw materials, horseradish, spices, and coffee beans. Any consequential damages are not covered by the warranty!
Plug the switch to a wall outlet. The appliance is activated by pressing the button, and it will be on as long as the button is pressed (see printing on the appliance). Start with short pressings on the button and then let the appliance work continuously until the wanted result been reached. Please note that the mini chopper should run no more than max 1 minute at a time, after which it should cool for 3 minutes before you use it again.
It is possible to add further liquid directly through the inlet hole of the lid during use.
IMPORTANT!
The knife is extremely sharp and should be handled with care. Never take off the lid of the container and never remove it until the knife has come to a complete standstill!
Cleaning
Wash the bowl, the lid and the knife in warm washing-up liquid or in a dishwasher. If washed in a dishwasher, put the parts in the upper basket and never at the
bottom, where the heavy building-up of heat in certain cases may deform the plastic parts. Wipe the motor part with a soft, damp cloth or paper towel. Wipe the motor part with a damp cloth.
IMPORTANT!
Never rinse the motor part under running water or immerse it in water or any other liquid.
