The device is suitable for mounting on standard flammable surfaces. Standard flammable surfaces include building materials such as wood and wood-based materials more than 2mm thick.

• To prevent fire or shock hazard, do not expose this appliance to rain or moisture.
• To avoid condensation to be formed inside, allow the unit to adapt to the surrounding temperatures when bringing it into a warm room after transport. Condense sometimes prevents the unit from working at full performance or may even cause damages.
• This unit is for indoor use only.

• This unit should be operated with an alternating voltage between 380V and 400V / 50Hz.
• Never exceed the maximum power indicated on this appliance!
• Never use or connect this appliance during thunderstorms: the unit can be destroyed due to overvoltage!
• Always unplug the unit when it is not used for a longer time or before you start servicing.
• The electrical installation should be carried out by qualified personal only, according to the regulations for electrical and mechanical safety in your country.
• Check that the available voltage is not higher than the one stated on the rear panel of the unit.
• The socket inlet shall remain operable for disconnection from the mains.
• The power cord should always be in perfect condition: switch the unit immediately off when the power cord is squashed or damaged. It must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard
• Never let the power-cord come into contact with other cables!
• This appliance must be earthed to in order comply with safety regulations.
• In order to prevent electric shock, do not open the cover. Apart from the mains fuse there are no user serviceable parts inside.
• Never repair a fuse or bypass the fuse holder. Always replace a damaged fuse with a fuse of the same type and electrical specifications!
• In the event of serious operating problems, stop using the appliance and contact your dealer immediately
• Please use the original packing when the device is to be transported.
• Due to safety reasons it is prohibited to make unauthorized modifications to the unit.

FUNCTIONS (PD-32A)

1. RESIDUAL CURRENT CIRCUIT BREAKER: this is a vital security device of the power distributor! When someone accidentally touches one of the mains conductors, a current leak through the body of this person could result in a lethal (deadly) shock. As soon as such current leakage in the installation is detected, the power distributor outputs will be disconnected. The maximum allowable current leakage is set to 30mA . Under normal working conditions the lever on the right should be in upward position. Important: the functions of this device should be tested every 30days by pushing the test button on top: as a result the outputs should be immediately disconnected from the mains.
2. INDIVIDUAL CIRCUIT BREAKERS: each of the 3 phases is secured by two C16 automatic circuit breakers. Under normal working conditions the lever should be in upward position.
3. VOLT METERS: each of the 3 phases have their individual 3-digit voltage meter.
4. AMPERE METERS: each of the 3 phases have their individual 3-digit ampere meter.
5. 32A INPUT: 1,5m long mains input cable (3x 32A, 5wire), equipped with CEE (3P + N + E) inlet plug.
6. 32A OUTPUT: CEE (3P+N+E) outlet socket (3x 32A, 5wire), can be used to feed-through up to 32A 3phase current. Make sure that the total input current will not be exceeded!
7. 16A OUTPUT PHASE1: two 230V/16A output sockets, connected to phase1 (L1)
8. 16A OUTPUT PHASE2: two 230V/16A output sockets, connected to phase2 (L2)
9. 16A OUTPUT PHASE3: two 230V/16A output sockets, connected to phase3 (L3)

FUNCTIONS (PD-63A)

6. 32A 3PHASE OUTPUT A: CEE (3P+N+E) outlet socket (3x 32A, 5wire. This output is secured by the 3 C32 automatic circuit breakers marked "A" on the front panel.
7. 32A 3PHASE OUTPUT B: CEE (3P+N+E) outlet socket (3x 32A, 5wire. This output is secured by the 3 C32 automatic circuit breakers marked "B" on the front panel.
8. 32A 3PHASE OUTPUT C: CEE (3P+N+E) outlet socket (3x 32A, 5wire. This output is secured by the 3 C32 automatic circuit breakers marked "C" on the front panel.
9. 32A 3PHASE OUTPUT C: CEE (3P+N+E) outlet socket (3x 32A, 5wire. This output is secured by the 3 C32 automatic circuit breakers marked "D" on the front panel.

INSTALLATION GUIDELINES

DANGER TO LIFE:

This unit may only be installed and electrically connected by an authorized and qualified electrician!

Electrical installation should strictly follow all safety rules and technical norms for electrical installations in your country!

The complete installation should be approved by an authorized expert before it will be taken into operation! Each change to an existing installation should be re-approved as well!

• MAINS INPUT: the unit should be connected to the mains via a 5pole 380-400V 32A CEE socket. The maximum overall power is 22.080Watt which may never be exceeded!
• OUTPUTS: each phase is connected via 2 separate 16A output sockets. The maximum power per phase is 7.360Watt, each 16A output socket support maximum 3.680Watt which may never be exceeded!

MAINTENANCE

DANGER TO LIFE:

Switch the unit off and unplug the mains cable BEFORE servicing!

During inspection the following points should be checked:

• All screws used for installing the device and any of its parts should be tightly fastened and may not be corroded.
• Housings, fixations and installations spots (ceiling, truss, suspensions) should be totally free from any deformation.
• The mains cables must be in impeccable condition and should be replaced immediately when even a small problem is detected.
• Clean with a soft cloth using normal glass cleaning products.
  Always dry the parts carefully.
• The unit and its installation conditions should be inspected and approved every 3 months by an authorized expert!

Attention: We strongly recommend internal cleaning to be carried out by qualified personnel!
