UHF WIRELESS SYSTEM COMPATIBILITY GUIDE

Table 2 provides a convenient overview of frequency-compatible systems in the 782.000 to 810.000 MHz band. Each of the primary groups contains multiple channels which are all compatible with one another.

Up to 21 Shure UHF Wireless Systems can be operated simultaneously within the 782-810 MHz band if using the discontinued UHF MA versions, or a combination of MA and MK2 R7 versions. Up to 30 UHF MK2 systems can be operated simultaneously within the 782-810 MHz band.

Note: Combinations of Shure UHF transmitters and UHF MK2 receivers, and combinations of UHF MK2 transmitters and UHF receivers are NOT supposed to work together. Always use a transmitter-receiver combination of the same frequency version (R7 or MA).

Groups 1-9 MUST be chosen if the installation includes a pure setup of Shure UHF Wireless Systems (frequency version MA only) or a mixed setup of Shure UHF and Shure UHF MK2 Wireless Systems (frequency versions MA and R7)

Groups 1-9 CAN be chosen if the installation includes a pure setup of Shure UHF MK2 Wireless Systems (frequency version R7 only).

Groups 10-28 CAN ONLY be chosen if the installation includes a pure setup of Shure UHF MK2 Wireless Systems (frequency version R7 only).

Note: Contact your national frequency authority to get information on the available legal frequencies for your area and legal use of the equipment.
