How to install the Cecotec Ready Warm 3500 Curved Flames radiator on a wall?

To install the radiator, use the mounting bracket provided. Drill 4 holes of 8 mm diameter and 26 mm depth at the marked locations, insert the wall plugs, screw the wall bracket, then hang the appliance on the bracket. Make sure the wall is solid. Keep a minimum distance of 30 cm from the floor and 100 cm from the ceiling.

What safety distances must be observed?

The appliance must be installed at least 30 cm from the floor and 100 cm from the ceiling. It is recommended to leave 60 cm between the bottom of the appliance and the floor for an optimal visual effect. Furniture, curtains, and other flammable materials must be at least 1 meter away from the appliance.

How to adjust the heating power?

1. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Read these instructions thoroughly before using the appliance. Keep this instruction manual for future reference or new users.

• Make sure that the mains voltage matches the voltage stated on the rating label of the appliance and that the wall outlet is grounded.
• This appliance is intended for household use only. Do not use for industrial or commercial purposes. Not suitable for outdoor use.
• Check the power cord regularly for visible damage. If the cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the official Technical Support Service of Cecotec in order to avoid any type of danger.
• Furniture, curtains or flammable materials should be at least 1 m away from the device.
• Do not place the powercord in front of the fireplace.
• Do not place the appliance close to heat sources, flammable substances, wet surfaces where it can fall or be pushed into water or allow it to come into contact with water or other liquids.
• Do not place the appliance immediately below a power socket.
  • Always unplug the device when not in use.
• To disconnect the device, first turn all controls off, then remove the plug from the power supply. Pull from the plug, not the cord.
• Ensure the walls where the device is going to be installed present no damage and that they are in good and safe conditions.
• The fireplace must be used under an AC voltage rating.
  • The product must be connected to the ground.
• Warning: This heater is not equipped with a device to control the room temperature. Do not use this heater in small rooms

when occupied by persons not capable of leaving a room on their own, unless constant supervision is provided.

- Do not disconnect the device from the cord, use the plug instead.

- Do not move the appliance while it is operating to avoid damage and risk of fire.

- Do not wind the power cord around the unit.

- Do not use this heater in the immediate surroundings of a bath, a shower or a swimming pool.

• Take the product out of the box.
- Remove all packaging materials. Keep the original box.
• Leave a minimum distance of 30 cm between the bottom of the device and the floor.
• Leave a minimum distance of 100 cm between the top of the device and the ceiling.
• Make sure all the components are included and in good conditions, otherwise, contact immediately the official Technical Support Service of Cecotec.

NOTE: The device will automatically switch off when the temperature suddenly decreases between 5 and 10 °C.

4. PRODUCT ASSEMBLY

Wall installation

A distance of at least 60 cm is recommended from the bottom of the heater to the floor for an optimum visual effect.

1. The wall bracket is fixed to the back of the device. Unscrew it from the back of the device before fixing.
2. Select the mounting place and draw a horizontal line using a leveling ruler, marking the 4 holes where the mounting bracket will be hung.

1. Drill 4 holes with a thickness of 8 mm and a depth of 26 mm in the 4 marks of the previous point. Insert the expansion screws in the holes until they're at level with the wall.

2. Screw the wall bracket onto the wall with the 4 screws provided. Make sure it is properly fixed onto the wall.

1. Hang the device on the wall using the slots on the back of the device. Make sure that the device is completely fixed to the wall bracket.
2. Fix the bottom of the device to the wall using to additional bolts to avoid this from balancing.

5. OPERATION

Standby Button: Press this button once to turn the device on. The device will allow you to select one of its functions. Press this button again to turn the device off.

Timer: Press the timer button and "+" or "-" to set up the real-time/date.

Flame: Press this button to increase or decrease the brightness of the flame.

|| Temperature adjustment: Press this button once to activate the low temperature mode. Press this button again to activate high temperature mode. Press this button three times to deactivate the heating function.

DAY Day: This button allows you to select the current day and time.

HHour: Press this button to select the timer by hours.

Min: Press this button to select the timer by minutes.

Week: Press this button to activate the weekly timer.
Set up button: Press this button to adjust the timer. Select the day with the week button.
Flame: Press this button to increase or decrease the brightness of the flame.
Heater button: Press this button to select the operating temperature. The temperature can be adjusted in 15-30 °C intervals using the "+" and "-" buttons.

6.CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Turn heater OFF and unplug from electrical outlet before any cleaning or maintenance is performed. Wait at least 10 minutes to allow all components to cool down properly.
  • Use a vacuum cleaner or duster to keep heater and vent area clean from dust and dirt.
  • The exterior of the fireplace should be cleaned with a damp cloth or duster.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners or liquid sprays.

8. DISPOSAL OF OLD ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES

The warranty will not cover the following situations:

• The product has been used for purposes other than those intended for it, misused, beaten, exposed to moisture, immersed in liquid or corrosive substances, as well as any other fault attributable to the customer.
• The product has been disassembled, modified, or repaired by persons, not authorised by the official Technical Support Service of Cecotec.
  • Faults deriving from the normal wear and tear of its parts, due to use.
• The warranty service covers every manufacturing defects of your appliance for 2 years, based on current legislation, except consumable parts. In the event of misuse, the warranty will not apply.
