Can I use the Conga 7000 CarpetSpot Clean Steam XXL on thick carpets?
Yes, the motorized brush and suction power can handle thick carpets. It is advisable to test first on an inconspicuous area and not to saturate the carpet with water.
How do I descale the appliance?
Mix a solution of water and white vinegar (1/3 vinegar to 2/3 water) in the tank, run the appliance, then rinse with clean water. Do not use corrosive products.
Is the water tank removable?
Yes, the upper tank can be easily removed for filling and cleaning. The dirt recovery tank is also removable and washable with water.
What should I do if suction is weak?

It is recommended to use hot water without foaming detergent. If you wish to use a product, use a special steam cleaning solution in small amounts, but this may reduce the steam effectiveness.

How long does it take to get steam?
Steam production generally starts within 30 seconds after turning on. The steam is continuous as long as the tank contains water.
Why does the appliance turn off during use?
The overheat protection may activate if the tank is empty or if the ventilation openings are blocked. Turn off the appliance, let it cool for 30 minutes and check the water level.
