Which cleaning solution should I use?
Use a cleaning solution specially designed for spot cleaner vacuums, or a mild non-foaming product. Never use solvents or flammable products.
How to clean the tanks after use?
Empty the dirty water tank, rinse it with clean water, and let it dry. Do the same with the clean water tank if you have used a solution. Also clean the filter.
What to do if the suction is weak?
Check that the dirty water tank is not full, that the nozzles are not clogged, and that the filters are clean. If the problem persists, contact after-sales service.
Can I use the device on all types of carpets?
It is ideal for rugs and carpets, but avoid delicate fabrics like silk. Always test on a discreet area. For upholstery, use the appropriate accessory.
How to descale the device?
Mix water and white vinegar (1/3) and circulate it through the system without vacuuming. Then rinse with clean water.
What does the indicator light on the device mean?
The indicator light can indicate the operating status. If the light flashes red, this may signal overheating or a tank problem. Check the manual or contact after-sales service.
How to store the cable?
Wind the cable around the hooks provided on the device or use an additional cable reel if available. Never pull on the cable.
Can I use cleaning products for tanks?
It is better to use products specially formulated for this type of device. Avoid acids or corrosive products that could damage the seals.
