How to clean the filter of my Cecotec ReadyWarm 3000 Textile?

Unplug the appliance and wait for it to cool down. Remove the rear filter by sliding it out. Vacuum the dust or wash it with warm soapy water. Dry it completely before putting it back. Regular cleaning every 15 days ensures optimal performance.

What is the maximum power and how many levels?

The heater offers three levels: fan only (0 W), medium power (1000 W) and maximum power (2000 W). The thermostat allows adjusting the temperature from 10 to 35 °C.

The heater turns off by itself, is this normal?

Yes, it is normal. The device is equipped with tip-over protection and overheat protection. If it tips over or reaches an excessive temperature, it automatically turns off for safety reasons.

Can I use this heater in a bathroom?

This model is not designed for humid rooms. Its protection rating is IPX0 (not protected against water). Use it only in dry places, away from water sources.

How to set the timer?

Press the Timer button on the remote control or control panel. Each press increases by one hour, from 1 to 12 hours. The device will turn off automatically after the selected time.

The heater is noisy, is this normal?

A slight blowing sound is normal during operation, about 45 dB (equivalent to a quiet conversation). If the noise becomes loud or unusual, check that the filter is not clogged.

What area can the ReadyWarm 3000 Textile heat?

For a well-insulated room, it can heat up to 25 m². For larger areas, poor insulation will reduce efficiency.

Can I leave the heater on at night?

Yes, thanks to the timer and safety features (tip-over and overheat protection). Set the temperature and timer according to your comfort. Never cover the device.

How to use the remote control?

Insert two AAA batteries (not included) into the remote control. Point it at the receiver on the heater (max distance 5 m). The buttons allow turning on/off, adjusting power, thermostat, oscillation and timer.

Where can I buy spare parts?

Filters and the remote control are available on the official website Cecotec.com or from authorized dealers. Always use original parts to ensure safety.

• One of the most common causes of overheating is the building up of debris or fluff in the appliance. Be sure to clean these accumulations periodically by vacuuming the vents and grilles.
• Do not place the appliance on carpets, and do not place the

cable under carpets. Position the cord in such a way as to avoid obstructing passage and cause tripping hazards.

• Do not store it until it cools down. Store it in a cool, dry place when not in use.
• This product must be installed at least 1.8 m above the floor when in use.
• Keep the appliance out of the reach of children under 3 years of age unless they are continuously supervised.
• Children between 3 and 8 years old should only switch the appliance on or off when it has been placed or installed in its normal, intended operating position and if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children between 3 and 8 years old should not plug in, adjust, and clean the appliance and should not carry out maintenance tasks.

Battery instructions

• Non-rechargeable batteries must not be recharged.

• Do not allow children to replace the battery without adult supervision.

• Do not disassemble, open, or damage the battery.

• Keep the battery out of the reach of children. In case of battery ingestion, please seek medical attention immediately.

- Do not expose the battery to heat or fire. Avoid storage in direct sunlight.

- Do not short-circuit an element or a battery. Do not store batteries in an untidy manner, in a box, or drawer where they can short-circuit each other or be short-circuited by other metal objects.

- Do not subject the battery to mechanical shock.

- Leaks from the batteries can occur under extreme conditions. In the event of a battery leak, keep your skin and eyes away from the liquid. If the liquid comes into contact with skin, wash immediately with soap and water. If the liquid gets into the eyes, rinse them immediately with clean water for at least 10 minutes and seek medical attention. Wear gloves to handle the battery and dispose of it immediately in accordance with local regulations.

- Pay attention to the positive (+) and negative (-) marks and ensure they are used correctly.

- Do not use any batteries that are not designed for use with the appliance.

- Do not use the appliance if powered with batteries that differ in capacity, size, or type.

- The use of the battery by children must be supervised.

- In case of battery ingestion, please seek medical attention immediately.

- Keep the battery clean and dry.

- Clean the battery terminals with a clean, dry cloth if they become dirty.

- Keep the original instruction manual for future reference.

2. BEFORE USE

• This appliance comes in a packaging designed to protect it during transport. Remove the appliance from its box. You can keep the original box and other packaging materials in a safe place to prevent damage to the appliance if you need to transport it in the future. If you wish to dispose of the original packaging, make sure all items are recycled properly.
• Check that all parts and components are included and in good condition. If any of them are missing or damaged, please contact Cecotec's Official Technical Support Service immediately.

- Do not remove the product's serial number in order to keep proper traceability if technical assistance is required.

3. INSTALLATION

1. Drill two holes in the wall at a distance of more than 2.0 m from the floor. The distance between the product and the ceiling (and the side) should be ≥ 30 cm (Fig. 2.A).
2. The distance between the holes should be 315 mm (Fig. 2.B).
3. The diameter of the hole must be sufficient to contain the expansion bolt, whose diameter is 6 mm.

4. After inserting the expansion bolt, fix the hook on the expansion bolt with a screw.

5. Make sure that the hook is inserted as far as it will go.

6. Use the machine components (screws and expansion tube) to fix it to the wall and then mount the machine.

Note: When installing the product, the hook (screw) must align with hole "A" on the product.

After hanging, it should be moved to "B" to fix it firmly.

To remove the product, it must be moved from "B" to "A" and then removed (Fig. 3).

4. OPERATION

• Make sure the current is 220-240V\~, 50-60Hz.
• Connect the plug into the power socket.
• Turn the unit on by selecting the desired setting "0" is "OFF" and "I" is "ON" (Fig. 4).
• A switch is located on the right side of the base of the unit. Press "START/STOP", the fan, high heat and oscillator will turn off.
• All functions must be operated by the remote control.
• The maximum detection temperature is 51^ C, if this value is exceeded, the device will automatically shut down.

Power On/Off

When turned off, the fan continues to run for 30 seconds after the unit is turned off during heating modes.

Operating modes

• Fan mode
• Low heat mode (1000 W)
• High heat mode (2000 W)

Temperature setting (fixed light)

The temperature range is 18-45°C. The "+" and "-" buttons are used to increase or decrease values.

- If the set temperature is equal to or lower than the ambient temperature, heating is stopped.

Note: When the set temperature is lower than the ambient temperature, the appliance stops heating and the fan stops running after 30 seconds, the heating light flashes, the oscillating panel stops working, the oscillating light starts flashing. Other functions can be set normally.

• If the set temperature is 1-2°C higher than the room temperature, low heating is activated.
• If the set temperature is equal to or higher than the room temperature +3°C, the high heating is activated.

By pressing "OK", or after the LED flashes for 5 seconds, the set temperature mode is started.

Weekly timer

The weekly timer can only be activated when the appliance is in heating mode (it cannot be activated when only the fan is running) or in set temperature mode.

Current time:

The first time at startup (or after a power failure), it is necessary to set the current time.

Setup method:

1. Set the day of the week: the LED display shows 01, which is Monday. Press "+" or "-" to set the current day, from 01 to 07, which corresponds to Monday to Sunday. Press "OK" to

finalize the configuration.

1. Set the hours: the LED display shows 00, which is 0H. Press "+" or "-" to set the current time, from 00 to 23, which corresponds to 0H to 23H. Press "OK" to finalize the configuration.
2. Set the minutes: the LED display shows 00, which is 0min. Press "+" or "-" to set the current minutes, from 00 to 59, which corresponds to 0min to 59min. Press "OK" to finalize the configuration.

Note:

If you do not press “OK” within 10 seconds after setting, the current time setting will fail (the same happens with the time selection explained below).

To reset the current time, turn off the power and follow the steps above.

When you have finished setting the current day, hour and minutes, the display will show "P1".

Timetable selection

Once the display shows "P1", pressing "OK" will set that mode. If you want to change the mode, press the weekly timer button and it will go to the next mode "P2". Following the same method, up to 6 modes can be selected ("P1"- "P6"). If pressed a seventh time (from "P6" to the next mode) the weekly timer will be turned off.

Note: The modes "P1" to "P5" are factory set, so they cannot be changed (shown in a table below). However, the "P6" mode is a free mode, where you can set the timer according to your preferences.

Free mode "P6

I will appear on the display (1 refers to the day of the week, in this case, Monday) and will flash.

• If "OK" is pressed, the timetable selection mode will be activated.
  a. The LED display shows 00. Press "+" or "-" to set from 0H to 24H, then press "OK"; the start time setting is complete. The device will start operating at this time.
  b. The LED display shows 00. Press "+" or "-" to set from 0H to 24H, then press "OK"; the stop time setting is complete.
  c. If the start time is set to 00 and the stop time is set to 00, the mode will be turned off by default.
• If left to blink for 5 seconds without setting anything, Monday's setting will close and jump to Tuesday (number 2 will be displayed).
• To adjust the rest of the days, do the same as on Monday.

Notes:

1. Per day, only one working time period (from start to stop) can be set.
2. Only the hours can be set, not the minutes.
3. The setting mode needs to set both the start and stop time.
4. The setting mode must complete the configuration for all days from 1 to 7 or it defaults to off. After setting day 7, the weekly timer is activated. The weekly timer light will remain on without flashing.
5. It has a memory function after setting the weekly timer (if you cancel the weekly timer, the setting remains registered). The configuration log is deleted after a power failure.

Display description after setting

• The LED display shows the ambient temperature after setting; the weekly timer indicator light and the corresponding function indicator light are on.
• Heating mode (low heat or high heat, not set temperature mode), when setting the weekly timer, the LED display shows the ambient temperature and the weekly timer light and low or high heat light flash. In set temperature mode, when setting the weekly timer, the set temperature mode light is on.
• The oscillation, low heat, high heat, set temperature and open window detection functions can be operated in both weekly timer mode and normal working mode.
• The indicator light is on when the corresponding function is in operation.

Open window detection mode button

The open window detection can only be activated when the unit is in heating mode (it cannot be activated when only the fan is running) or in set temperature mode.

Press the open window detection button to enable or disable it.

Temperature detection starts 1 minute after open window detection is activated.

Every 10 minutes there is a slow temperature decrease detection checkpoint and every 5 minutes there is a fast temperature decrease detection checkpoint. Details in the following table:

Cancel temperature setting or weekly timer

Cancel temperature setting

• When the temperature is being adjusted, press the cancel button to cancel the setting.
• After completing the temperature setting, first press the temperature setting button and then the cancel button to cancel the setting.
• When the set temperature mode is in low heat, after cancelling, it returns to low heat.
• When the set temperature mode is in high heat, after cancelling, it returns to high heat.
• If the operating mode button is pressed, the temperature setting is turned off.

Cancel weekly timer

• When the weekly timer is being set, press the cancel button to cancel the setting.
• After completing the timer setting, first press the weekly timer setting button and then the cancel button to cancel the setting.
• If the weekly timer is cancelled, the working temperature will be the set temperature.
• When the operating mode is in low heat with the weekly timer activated, if the weekly timer is cancelled, the operating mode will remain in low heat. The same is true for the high heat mode of operation.

Use and replacement of the remote control battery

1. Before using the remote control, please remove the plastic insulation sheet from the remote control following the arrow for use (Fig. 7.A).
2. If the remote control battery needs to be replaced, see Figure 7.B. The first step is to push the lock in the direction of arrow 2, the second step is to pull the cover in the direction of arrow 3.
3. After replacing the battery, push the cover towards the remote control in the opposite direction of arrow 3, until arrow 2 locks.
4. The battery used is a lithium coin cell battery (CR2025).

5. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Before performing any cleaning or maintenance operations, disconnect the appliance from the mains power supply.

For cleaning, it is recommended to use a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cloths or implements that might affect the appliance's surface. Check that the hot air outlet and ventilation inlet are free from dust and dirt. During cleaning, be careful not to touch the heating elements.

In case of malfunction and/or faulty operation, disconnect the appliance from the mains power supply and contact an authorised repair technician.

6. DISPOSAL OF OLD ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC APPLIANCES

This symbol indicates that, according to the applicable regulations, the product and/or battery must be disposed of separately from household waste. When this product reaches the end of its shelf life, you should dispose of the batteries/accumulators and take them to a collection point designated by the local authorities.
